Inspirational Modular and Castle MOCs
Digger of Bricks replied to LegoModularFan's topic in LEGO Town
Indeed! All three of these showcase some serious roof eye candy, especially that first one! * * Pun intended.- 817 replies

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Digger of Bricks replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
You're most welcome! Well, if you are leaning towards something more fantastic (to whatever degree that may be), perhaps you could try an approach similar to what @castor-troy had done for his Steampunk Paris display. By that I mean, have your set-up made up of modular buildings of varying architectural styles seemingly belonging to what otherwise would be a realistically set display, only that all these modulars would be retrofitted with retrofuturistic technologies belonging to whatever genre you wish the display to be themed after. -
LEGO Ninjago 2018

Is that really indeed the final name for the War Rig, Dieselnaut? I thought that was just a rough translation from initial leaks and descriptions.- 2,384 replies

LEGO Ninjago 2018

I'm hoping both of those parts are indeed, but I guess there is a possibility that they're simply Dark Tan instead.- 2,384 replies

By the way, does that one angled Nexo Knight slope part seen on the side of rig look like to you it's colored Olive Green? That round dish part further towards the back of the rig looks like it's definitely Olive Green.- 2,384 replies

[LESTER] Adventure Jeep

We really need a spiritual successor to that part, or at least a windshield piece that can adjust its pitch. -

Earth Green Dieselpunk cuteness you've built there! I really like its accompanying minifigure driver too! -

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours

True, especially considering that TBBR was first announced back in 2015. -

While all the other set leaks are up elsewhere, I'm having a little trouble finding the War Rig leak. Is Ninjawhip on Instagram the only source with it up so far? MarioPower and others don't have it up quite yet.- 2,384 replies

Do you feel that the attention to quality given to the Ninjago theme is why Marvel's has been so lackluster lately?- 3,962 replies

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Digger of Bricks replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
So, if that's the case, then WB has had that original release date of May 2019 scratched off as a possibility for quite some time, presumably since the aftermath of TLNM's box office results perhaps? By the way, would you perhaps be able to tell us who this source was associated with? Was it WB or TLG? -

Future Marvel Superheroes Rumors & Speculation
Digger of Bricks replied to Sir Gareth's topic in LEGO Licensed
He looks like a mostly Black figure to me, but a Gunmetal Grey one would certainly be much more accurate. -

About half an hour ago at the time of this posting, there are two very blurry leaked images (purportedly) of both the Anna/Elsa and Vader/Stormtrooper double packs over on Instagram under the hashtag #legoleak. Looks real to anyone? -
Marvel Superheroes 2018 - Set Discussion
Digger of Bricks replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
My bias comes somewhat from the fact that I only like what printed parts given to us alone themselves, and not for figure as a whole. Personally, I think they look vague enough to be used elsewhere for other sci-fi creations.- 3,962 replies

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Digger of Bricks replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
You know, I'm surprised I haven't yet seen anyone build a minifigure scaled Retrofuturistic, Metropolis-esque city display, something with elevated highways and railways running throughout buildings at soaring heights. I've seen plenty of Cyberpunk and Steampunk layouts, but nothing quite Decopunk yet. -
And with Nexo shields! Come to think of it, I don't believe I've ever seen an architectural creation that has ever used those parts for roof tiles before. Maybe I have seen such a creation before and have simply forgotten about it, but have you @LegoModularFan ever come across a creation which has done so before with those parts?

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Digger of Bricks replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
Well, it doesn't have to necessarily be a city of skyscrapers, just your typical three story modulars, but with a fantastical Art Nouveau (a.k.a. NouveauPunk) style to them. But, that all depends if you want either a more realistic city layout or more fantastical city layout. -
