  1. Im very interested to see what's in store for the new PF 2.0...
  2. Yay! Can't wait! Hope to see some old faces.
  3. Love the topic title. Sweet little Classic space ship!
  4. I think another thing that helps keep Eurobricks active is WIP topics. Things like WIP modular layouts, citys, train yards, etc. are the type of topics I'd like to see more of. @tmctiger's WIP layout topic for example has been a blast to follow. So I think more people should post topics for their MOC as their working on it vs after the model is complete. And it doesn't have to be a huge layout or something of large scale in order to warrant it as a WIP topic. Most of the MOCs I make are small, but I'm always changing and tweaking them. Even models that I've made years ago I'll still come back to to change something or what not. 1: I personally can't think of anything in particular that we might have to much of. 2: Same as my answer for #1. Can't think of anything in particular. 3: I greatly value the supportive community, and the discussions we have about what the future holds for Lego and stuff like that. 4: I think @Digger of Bricks said it best. 5: It might be fun. I think it would be a great place to host set reviews and that sort. 6: I personally don't use FB or Twitter. YAY!
  5. I built a case against Piett because I thought he was suspicious. Piett was building a case against Jellico and Ozzel, and because I was suspicious of Piett, I decided for the time being that there was a chance that Jellico and Ozzel were maybe innocent. As I've stated before, I did have some suspicions of Jellico, but I was way more suspicious of Piett. Because Jellico was willing to lynch Piett, it would have shed some light on Jellico's loyalty if we had managed to lynch Piett. If Piett turned up as scum, it would put Jellico and maybe Ozzel in the clear. If Piett flipped town, then his suspicions of Jellico and Ozzel would possibly prove true, and we would be lynching one of those two today. In the end, Ozzel was lynched, and Jellico was killed. Both turned up as scum, and because I defended them because I was suspicious of Piett, this put me in the spotlight looking very suspicious. Also, because the now confirmed traitorous Jellico voted voted for Piett, this put Piett in the innocent category strongly for myself and probably many others. So why did I surrender? Because unless a town investigator were to prove my innocence, I would remain a strongly suspicious looking character. I decided the best thing for the town in this scenario is that I'm removed in order not to be a further distraction. Also, I'm glad the lynch was settled on quickly. This offered more time for discussion on what tomorrows actions should be. I'm not sure if I'll be present when the day ends, so I'll leave you with this.
  6. (Very tired tonight everyone. My apologies. I hope to get some thoughts in in the morning.)
  7. Hello everyone. I'll be with you shortly.
  8. Okay, so my thoughts on Thrawn. Thrawn has pointed out many times now that we got lucky by lynching Ozzel since Ozzel's behavior is often like this. In other words, Thrawn is catching a lot of flack for saying the same thing I am. Personally, I think he's innocent for now. People who play it safe can likely be two things. 1: Traitors. 2: Third party players. Keep the latter in mind tomorrow if he's to be considered as a potential lynch. That's a fair suspicion, but the following is rather off. Being the first to vote on something doesn't mean you "guided a vote". Most of the votes for me consist of a few people who have actual suspicions of me, and then a whole lot of bandwagoners. Right now your pretty high on my scum radar. Can't recall if I voiced the concerns, but these suspicions I have of you go back to day one. So I'm going to change my vote so when people look back on today, they'll have a concrete documentation to remind them of my suspicions. Unvote: Admiral Piett (Sandy) Vote: Admiral Shelby (Forresto) Another thing I'm concerned about is those who might voice concern saying that they think I might be innocent. That way when I flip town, they can say "see?! I knew he was town".
  9. Not that it matters, but I'd hate to go out having not voted. Even if it's useless. So I'll vote for Piett for old times sake. Vote: Admiral Piett (Sandy)
  10. I've just realized I haven't voted. But frankly I'm unsure as to who to vote for.
  11. I want to say right off the bat that whether I get lynched today, tomorrow, or whenever, it will happen eventually. So because of that I think the best thing the town could do is lynch me today so I'm out off the way and not something that the traitors can use as a distraction later on. And you don't have to worry about accidentally lynching a doctor, blocker, etc. I'm just a plain old townie. But that doesn't mean that discussion for today should take a dive simply because a lynch choice has been decided upon. So please, continue. I wouldn't say I "fervently" defended Ozzel and Jellico. My "fervent" defense was that I thought Ozzel was just being Ozzel , and that Jellico was catching more slack than his behaviour warranted. And to top it all off, you were one of the head pursuers for lynching Ozzel and Jellico. And because I was suspicious of you at the time, it furthered my belief that Ozzel and Jellico were innocent. There's definitely some bandwagoners among those voting for me.
  12. Well it looks like I've gathered a following since my absence. I'll be with you shortly.
  13. There's not much left for me to say. It boils down to the fact that I was of the opinion that Ozzel and Jellico were innocent, and that Piett was scum. We now know that Ozzel and Jellico were scum, and because of that my opinion of Piett has changed dramatically.
  14. I'll admit the suspicion was weighing heavy on my mind. I guess In the end I assumed that it wasn't really much of a suspicion in the first place (that or like I said earlier maybe he was pressed for time), and continued on my way.
  15. Probably not. but still cool! Edit: "Cool". Get it?
  16. Sorry for continuing to bring up the subject of why I thought a now confirmed traitorous Jellico was innocent, but I am currently under the microscope and it's my duty to explain myself. Anyways, yesterday I stated the following which, among other things, I defended Jellico. Shortly after, Jellico replied to this. But it felt like he was just copying most of what I said. I'm not sure if he was pressed for time and that's all he could come up with, but it felt like he had pretty much copied most of what I'd said. This struck me as scummy, and made me rather suspicious of him.
  17. I was simply explaining my reasoning for believing that Jellico was innocent because Jellico was being scrutinized by someone that I was highly suspicious of at The time. Oh and about the "I'm 99% sure Ozzel is town" thing, that was just an exaggerated hunch, but I also stated that it was better than nothing. How wrong I was!
  18. Some quick thoughts on Ozzel and Jelico. Ozzel is Ozzel. I just think we got lucky this time and it turned out he was a traitor. Jellico? I felt he was innocent because IMO he was being unfairly singled out for being "defensive". Now if course that can be a scum trait, but because Piett was among those accusing Jellico, and because I was extremely suspicious of Piett, this made me feel that Jellico was innocent. Speaking of Piett, with the recent events that have taken place, I think it's fair to say that for now Piett isn't on today's chopping block. I still have my suspicions though. Sounds risky, but like others have stated, high-risk high-rewards.
  19. @Sandy, for now I wish to offer an apology. I'll be back shortly to discuss these findings with everyone in more detail.
  20. This got me thinking. "Is there a Star Trek day?" Turns out it's September 8th.
  21. @scatmanjack Another option is to use a power functions battery box in conjunction with a power functions extension cord. https://shop.lego.com/en-US/LEGO-Power-Functions-AAA-Battery-Box-88000 https://shop.lego.com/en-US/LEGO-Power-Functions-Extension-Wire-8886 The only disadvantage, is that if you want the monorail to be four wide, the four brick tall battery box may be a cosmetic eyesore for some. Best of luck.
  22. What the heck is that supposed to mean?! Is that how a loyal town member would act? @Peanuts changed his vote.
  23. !? Oh flip! Not this again!
  24. Hmm. Better than nothing. However I'm 99% sure Ozzel is innocent. Piett isn't off the hook though. Just remember that if I don't make it thru the night.
