  1. For me personally this forum here is not a "sales booster" and it's not intended to make some adverts. People and user here are nearly always the same, either they know each other or they don't. The world is unfortunately big, and I sold instructions in literally every country to the world (yeah there are countries never heared about before :D). At this moment writing this, some guy in Stockholm Sweden is sitting in his kitchen and building one of my models with premium instructions .. or somewhere else on the world. Thats my spirit to do it, the happy and satisfied people
  2. You rely only to this forum. The world is bigger than this forum here. Rebrickable for example is the marketplace with millions of users. An own "community" where people can chat with each other, commenting models and so on.
  3. It's funny around here, people sharing insights from big people without permission for that, 'cause all is "hobby and community". Regardless to this sonsense, these amount of sales can't be true. Maybe he means the sales for a fresh released model at the first peek, but for a model on the market for 3 or 4 years, this isn't realistic. Anyway, one should decide between hobby-builder and between designer they turned this into a serious fulltime business, including Lox, me, Marek,.. (the ones I know this for sure). We can't allow ourselves to release shit models, because we can't allow ourselves to bother our customers and builders. Building models and releasing instructions is our daily income to pay the live. And then some frustraded sactioned russion guy is joining and want to tell us what to do? Ridiculous. For me personally, It was a long and a hard road with my models to be where I am now, and no one helped me for that. I do all my stuff alone and learned alot over the years by myself, so I'm going to give a shit for any information. Anyway, 100-200 sales for a premium model with such a large background and fanbase behind can't be true. Append three zero and you are on a stright path.
  4. I am not offended, you are just annoying with useless questions and posts. Stats are not public, but as a creator you can see your own stats with your profile. For more information feel free to ask the team behind rebrickable for that. They all prefere hand-written letters delivered personally. And it is quite frustrating that people like you see other people only as "seller of instructions". Maybe you should learn to understand the effort, the time and all the sleepless nights spended for such project with some more respect to peoples work.
  5. This guy speaks better Englisch than you Dude. Please do us all a favour, leave this topic and go to play with Duplo... And of course we can see our stats
  6. This might be all true what you say but has nothing to do with this topic. Btw Lego produces not only in china. Components are made in denmark of course, Mexico, Hungary and Kladno, CZ
  7. Jesus, related to Lego design topic... I dont have Iphone. They are too expensive and I can't afford it with selling instructions cause my Ferrari costs that much
  8. What has IPhones to do with this thread and discussion
  9. I'm sorry, but my heart is only Lego addicted. I love Lego and the products, the only thing I complain is the weird marketing and the "political correctness" they do. To me personal, working for a chinese manufacturer isn't an option. It feels like betrayal.
  10. Me yes. You need to be good for what you doing. My Ferrari is parking in the garage
  11. As mentioned in another thread before, we all waiting for your upcoming B-model made out of Technic for free.
  12. Yes. No. The "paywall" for Creator and also for Friends set is higher. On RB there are much more Creator B-Models for sale than Technic.
  13. We don't have any licenses and we don't need them. You do not charge for a B-model license, you charge for highly tested premium quality products with premium instructions containing hundreds up to thousand pages. All this isn't done overnight. Some people have no time to make own instructions and sourcing this task out to others, but the others will also be payed for this work. Btw, many B-models keeping the brand (Lamborghini to Lamborghini, Ferrari to Ferrari,...), so the license is already bought with the set.
  14. Sounds reasonable. I do this over months in a row
  15. Thank you. Its the same approach Lego does, to make exact the same cars in this scale but with different colors. Challenge here was to find the right parts that are widely available in lime as well in orange. Since the fender panels are available in both colors, it started
  16. Those two new ones are for free and everyone
  17. They are red burned from the V8 heat. I have no other explanation :D

  19. I thought that. You can use a shifter layout like in the 42082 Crane (The Big Red) that makes it possible to only select one driving ring and lets the other in neutral postion
  20. Great. What happens to the gearbox when you select both levers together? For example 1st gear and 3rd together
  21. Maybe not the only but one of the best this year. Varity of different parts in this set is very great, thats why I was so keen for a B-model of it.
  22. Exactly. And its a missed opportunity to do it again when the parts count is so close.
  23. With a parts count of 1913 it makes me actually wonder why TLG did not use the opportunity to make this model with 1969 parts to celebrate the year for the moon landing. I mean there are so many random builds included in this set, it should be easy to add 56 additional parts, even when its an additional rock in the end.
  24. True. And its always the same prevered people getting free advert with frontpaging over and over again, sharing stuff only for promotional purpose and nothing else.
