  1. 1982-1994 is a long ago historical era when cars were still bulky and boxy - exactly like LEGO bricks are. Thanks to the inventory of the 42210 Nissan Skyline GT-R discussed in this topic, the parts can be reused to build an iconic BMW E30 M3 as free alternative build with no additional parts required. Except for internet bandwidth and a great building time, this model costs you exactly nothing. FREE building instructions available for everyone who is interested in b-model building. Find out how to build functional and stable with a very limited parts pack - in this case the 42210 inventory. You can follow this link to grab your instructions for this model.
  2. Your working place looks like after nuclear burst. I like it.
  3. 100 parts less than 42210 Skyline, 10 bucks more without beeing for adults... find the mistake.
  4. Great job on this one. Avoided usage of the printed mudguards makes it much better.
  5. The gearbox design is bad too. Not only the fact that functions are not parallel, the lever needs to bypass the coupler function all the time. The layout isn't good. That's imho to worst Technic Set ever, 42070 was cool compared to this.
  6. Sad that this excavator isn't a 2027 50th anniversary model candidate.
  7. After seeing this honest video and the speed of that "functions" ... Well yes, this is the most useless model ever seen in Technic.
  8. That's really a shame on this set. It should be possible to modify this, using the motorized shaft from the coupler for the jackhammer and making the coupler manual
  9. Clickbait shit to be competitive with the another german fool "Held der Steine"...
  10. This german fool trying hard only to be first one
  11. He is retired. It's probably a Markus Kossmann model.
  12. Next level TLG marketing cheating. Both models are supposed to be at the same scale. The Supra is upscaled to match the Skyline's scale. Cool Video by the way
  13. Funny thing: this assembly does not need the 3L stop axle. It can be solved with a black 3L axle pin and the 3L blue pin added last
  14. Quality control: holiday Can easily be fixed by placing the 3L blue pin as the last step for this callout. But who cares, TLG? Nope. Builders? Maybe. Everything what TLG is telling about quality and testbuilds is a lie and this is not the first model.
  15. The excavator isn't that big. It's rather 42043 Arocs scale
  16. It's been a while since the last activity on this topic and I'm not sure if using brands in models was discussed here. Anyway, the instructions-hosting platform rebrickable has set the term FERRARI on the blacklist now. It's no longer possible from now to host a model with instructions that uses the correct Ferrari term. Other brands are maybe following later.
  17. The guy who was responsible for the 42056 Peugeot and for the latest 42172 McLaren P1. Nice, thanks for that info.
  18. After a deep closer look to the model and the partial inventory, I would bet to 90% that this model is a Milan Reindl design. The great parts usage mixed with the many system parts reminds alot to the 42177 design (and also 42110).
  19. Thanks for the info. I had only the list on the Lego page with the link shared on this thread. Brickset seems to be the better source here.
  20. Yes, and it is the first right-hand driven model with working steering wheel in the newer (studless) Technic history.
  21. The rear wheels are engaged with driving ring to the drivetrain when the drift function is enabled (the balls lowered). The rear wheels hanging in the air are driven a bit faster than the front wheels. There is only a green 20T gear included to fit the driving ring (no red 16T). The rear wheels in the air spins a bit faster than front wheels with a 20/12 gear ratio. From the pic it looks like the model doesn't have a rear differential, only a rigig axle.
  22. Excellent new images! It looks 1:1 official Lego box artwork.
  23. There is no excuse, we need a proper Volvo Tipper Truck in 2026 in this scale :)
