@VBBN Can I possibly get photos of the parts inventory in the instruction manual (if you are allowed)?

Here is a video of some of my parts collection: Unfortunatley the stupid video editor was being stupid so I couldn't keep the footage of things like models, instructiton booklets, system parts, parts organized for CADA red supercar, lego electronics, etc But I could, later if desired upload the whole unedited video, it has a lot of bits where I have to put the phone down for a few minutes, so the whole uncut video is over an hour and a half long but it does shhow abolutley everything lego related that I own. (And I don't wanna waste all of that video footage over a stupid piece of **** app when I spent another hour making a voice over version for my stupid phone to die on me #good-sofware-is-dead) Here is the video: Hope this is of interest :) Regards, Snipe

[WIP] Mindstorms 51515 Plotter
SNIPE replied to ord's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
You might want to try using these parts: lego 23421 and lego 25195 or lego 23422 instead of using chain links, the spindle axle can be driven by a motor and using a clutch ring and clutch gear you can have i where the nut is not spinning but can move along the spindle, or (when you engage the clutch ring), spinning and moving along the spindle. it's just 2L thick, 5L diameter and 4L inner diameter. I hope to use the frontside or rearside grooves to put rollers so that this wheel acts as a roller bearing. I could not find any tires that are designed to fit nativley on this rim since it has odd dimentions and is smooth.- 5,466 replies

Here it is folks, my lego bricks and pieces parts haul, the red and black panels as well as the black 4x4 tiles and grills are for the CADA red suspercar, the mustang rims are for to hold two VW T2 tyres each for my 42128 mod, I also got 4 of them in black because I like the color black best. the harley tyres and rims are for my ultimate 8462 studless MOC but lego only sent me 4 when I asked for 6 :/ All other parts are just for to have because theyre interesting/useful. Heres a video, please excuse my terrible voice: here's two possible tires for the technic wheel smooth with 7 pinholes: Regards, Snipe- 5,466 replies

Technic General Discussion

Don't forget, ball joints and barraki eyes fit niceley between the teeth of the knob wheels either bevelled or normally. -
I actually like the dumbed down instructions in principal because its easier to forget to place a part if theres a bunch of parts in one step. What's worse is lego constantly flipping or rotating the orientation which gets on my nerves big time since it isn't really nessecary. We will see if this models instructions are better in this regard or not.

Hi, Welcome to Eurobricks. This is cool because you didnt do what everyone else does and that is just rip out the engine and gearbox. Does the shift lever work manually with it being hooked up to a sevo motor, or is it only movable using the motor itself? If its only movable using the motor you could (if you wanted) make some more space for future mods by taking out the shift lever and probably a bunch of other stuff. I have yet to build and mod this sets chassis actually, I kinda forgot how good it is.

Masterful work. I am assuming that most of the parts are just 3mm rigid hoses cut down to side, and those tiny disc things are just some sort of sprue which acts as a SNOT stud so you can build upside down. May I ask, how are those two pnumatic hoses fitted in? I assume the sprues did not work in that case. Regards, Snipe

Can I spend VIP points on bricks & pieces orders
SNIPE replied to SNIPE's topic in General LEGO Discussion
That's not what I heard, some how come one £100 voucher is worth 16000 points, and 1 £50 voucher is worth 8000 but then a £20 voucher is worth 3200 points and a £5 voucher is worth 800 points That does not add up so you're wrong. https://www.capitalmatters.co.uk/posts/lego-vip -
Can I spend VIP points on bricks & pieces orders
SNIPE replied to SNIPE's topic in General LEGO Discussion
because the VIP points dont have a static value but are showcased as if they do -
Regarding the lack of space for adding 4wd, yes someone tried it but there was not enough width however there is a way to do it but you have to clamp the cv joints in instead of supporting the axle that goes through the CV joints however this should only be done if you dont want to use the truck for heavy duty work. For example, like how wthe CLAAS XERION 5000 clamped the cv joint in place which is used to drive the trailers boom arm/claw thingy.
