So we're looking at £80/€85 for the Lion Dance. Bit pricey if I'm honest but will make the January shortlist.

Any guesstimates on prices? Based on piece count and previous sets in theme....

In amongst the whole “has Jack died/been ghostified/gloomed*/just been locked in a cold freezer for a bit” debate, don’t forget that in one of the HS animated shorts (where J&P check out Newbury Manor), Jack is temporarily possessed by the bat ghost thing on the ceiling. So it’s clear spooky things can happen to heroes that aren’t permanent or too dark for kids. Same with Clay turning to living stone in S3/4 of Nexo. * my take FWIW

ANOTHER minifig leak...this time it’s Jack in same white hoodie/cap, except with ice blue colour (not red). Interesting though is his skin is the same icy “ghostly” pallor and he has an “uh oh I’ve been gloomed” expression.

Currently being listed you-know-where for between £140 to an arm-chancing £220 (twice retail price). Guess those attendance slots were really all taken by AFOLs who for some reason just decided not to keep said “collectible”

When has that ever stopped the scalpers? As for empty slots, they’ve all been booked up (even a second round) within seconds/minutes of the invite going out. Nothing like the perception of “early exclusive” Thinking about it, and looking at the Lego designers’ own creative efforts (Kraken spear fisherman and Rainbow bleeder), they should have made a range of say 5 of these designs available as limited editions, with a PYO version at half or even third of the £110 price.

Also guaranteed those attending the pop up in Covent Garden, will have them listed on fleabay at 5-10x cost before the day is over. Good luck with that as they’ll be more widely released and warming shelves in a store near everyone soon enough.

So it looks like the hands ARE plastic. Also LEGO Originals “brand” is used to push these as customisable/paint-your-own... All well and good but not sure I’d let my artistic 9yo loose on a figure that cost £110

I think you’re slightly missing the point of HS locations Personally, I agree the app is not up to scratch, surprising given it’s the same team as the excellent NK app. I guess the AR focus is the reason for that, but it needs a serious update regardless. The compatibility/latest hardware issue is another barrier as a result of the AR. At the very least, they need to make the next wave of physical bricks themselves a lot more playable, as standalone sets, rather than relying on the app to bring to life (pun intended ).

Ah seen it now. Not at all convinced it’s HS fig though, that group pic has leaks from a few themes.

They don’t look painted wood to me. Either way, plastic or not, it looks awful, a lame attempt for brand recognition I suppose. Here was me hoping for some of the appeal of the wooden Wu minifig (given to Jackie Chan apparently) that appeared in TLNM.

Awful, how disappointing. A million better ways to spend £110 on Lego.

Unlike the Ninjago-like fig with bandana and pixelated stained vest that leaked a few days ago, the Lumberjack Ghost that leaked today is very clearly a HS fig (the facial expression alone is very characteristic) and looks decent. Pretty sure he's featured in the app too.

In what way is that minifig a “butcher”? A singlet with a pixelated stain on? Please. His whole look is Ninjago. No way is that a HS minifig.

It’s supposed to be a wooden “home decoration” minifig but about the size of a minifig alarm clock, so about 20cm tall.

Anyone(‘s kids) found any of the Halloween ghosts shown in the recent update?

Orange is disappointing given we’ve not had the angry pink, crazy yellow and sad blue ghosts from this wave.

You mean from the possessed captain minifig? The tentacle pieces I’d like to see reused are the ones that pop out of the upper windows of the School.

Subway, Lighthouse (even if rehashed Scooby Doo) and Ghost Fair/Train/Coaster sound very promising, although given the leaked description, I’m really hoping the ghost minifigs do the theme justice.
