  1. Very nice indeed If this is you not being very good with Technic I'd love to see what you come up with when you think are!
  2. Weird, yes but strangely wonderful
  3. I bought a two 8043's from a seller on eBay but like EvilTwin, one of them had a battery box full of goo from leaking batteries. One phone call to Lego Customer Services saw them send me a new battery box no questions asked, they didn't even ask me to send them the 'dud' one. Brilliant service.
  4. It's a sinister looking beastie, especially from the front. I like it a lot
  5. Hello Vernon & welcome to Eurobricks What Lego theme do you like?
  6. I agree. I've just bought 2 of these for Jake & George. They're great. They have a good selection of bricks and colours. Definately recommended.

  15. Congratulations to the winner & runners up and well done to all those who submitted an entry. Thank you one and all, you made this a brilliant contest.
  16. Nice model & great photos. Looks a lovely place. Thanks for the LDD file, it's generous of you to share your work. Yet another one of your MOCs for Jake and I to build... Eventually!
  17. Brilliant! I forwarded this to my Uncle as he had one of these for years. His reply was short and a tad primative... 'it's bloody fantastic!' I think that sums it up perfectly.
  18. Hello Charlie Good to have you with us.
  19. Your styling most definately doesn't suck and if my comments came across as critisism it was unintentional and I apologise. As I'm sure you know from past comments, I admire your work very much but as I'm not yet capable of anything of that standard I refrained from adding comments on things others are far better judges of. Point taken
  20. As I've only ever (LDD) built an electric wheelchair and most of a (still less than satisfactory!) AC Cobra I feel unqualified to judge the work of builders whose skill I respect, cannot yet match but one day hope to emulate so I'll just say I like it and leave others to comment on styling etc.
  21. From one British Lego enthusiast to another, welcome to Eurobricks.
  22. Hello brickventures and a very warm welcome to Eurobricks
  23. Hello Everyone I've just come across this on the BBC News website and thought it might be interesting to some of you and maybe spark some interesting comments. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-28660069 EDIT It seemed that almost the same subject has been posted before but in an article from a different news source. Sorry. I should've checked the content rater than just the topic title. Lesson learnt.
  24. Superb!
