  1. Science is against you on this way I’m afraid But in all seriousness this will only affect the two-legged dinos (there’s debate if the TRex had feathers) so four-legged dinos are unaffected. Also this won’t be a permanent change, just a few reprints / moulds which will likely remain unique to this film
  2. I definitely agree, part of the reason I’ve been so invested in just the character bags is because I think they could scale well next to minifigures some day (they might be oversized but most non-human Lego figures are out of scale anyway)
  3. I’d love an Allosaurus but that probably won’t happen until after JW3 Also if you’re in the UK look out for Lego Jurassic world magazines with raptor poly bags, I’ve got 5 baby raptors now from 3 magazines - great if you want a big nest / Compy swarm
  4. This article seems to be sure about a season 4 coming out: https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/in.ign.com/jurassic-world-camp-cretaceous/159525/news/jurassic-world-camp-cretaceous-season-4-story-teased-by-colin-trevorrow%3famp=1
  5. Wow, I'm so glad Lego have made the Tesseract using that creeper piece! Thanks for the callout
  6. Series 2 has been my favourite, and the series I've bought the most of, but this is certainly an interesting and varied series too! My favourites here are the Bony Beetle, the Amp and Torpedo Ted (just because I missed the rocket from series 1)
  7. If Captain Britain has the Tesseract it would also be really cool if it was a square Creeper head in transparent blue - baby Creeper heads were similarly used in the Diagon Alley set
  8. Great to hear these will be very detailed! I’m most interested in Scarlet Witch, both Loki’s and Gamora
  9. That Allosaurus is absolutely beautiful, I’m holding out hope we get it eventually as it would only need a new head mould. The only other dinosaur I would like really like would be a giganotosaurus although I’m curious to see how different to an Indominus Rex it will look (apart from the arms that is)
  10. Honestly an evil giant and bridge battle from the Battle of Hogwarts could be cool but the only thing I really want from Deathly Hallows in Lego is a full Gringotts with a dragon. Do you guys think there could be a chance for a Gringotts even if there's not other Deathly Hallows sets at the same time? The only example of Lego jumping forwards like that on a later film for just one set would be the Hogwarts Express in 2018
  11. I'm definitley getting the Duel on Mandalore set, I really love the colours on the throne and it's a great way to get Maul and Ahsoka After that I think the best set of the wave is the Mandalorian Starfighter, I'd have been all over that when I was younger - I love the darker colours and the 3 Mandalorians are all flawless. Here's hoping that Lego has seen how popular the Mandalorian battlepack has been and gives us a Mandalorian Civil War battlepack once the Mandalorian TV one is discontinued. All the other sets are good just none of them jump out at me as something truly special. I look forward to seeing the Forge but we might have to wait a while more for that one if it's an exclusive. Am I the only one annoyed that the Dark Trooper doesn't have some kind of droid body? The helmet mold is amazing though and does it use Wrecker's new armour piece?

  13. I was thinking of putting my Chocolate Frog cards on a brick-built wall, maybe in Hogwarts or outside of it. Another idea if I get multiples is using some as portraits too
  14. This new Baryonyx does have different arms to the older one - it uses the Indominus Rex arms which are one piece instead of the 2019 Baryonyx have two separate pieces for the hands and arms. In my opinion the news arms suit its name of 'Heavy Claw' better than the old ones
  15. Love the new Advent Calendar! It's a shame Griphook doesn't look a bit more different (it would have been great to get the older goblin with the glasses) but I understand Lego's decision. The builds are so fresh and varied this time, and the minifigures less repeats, that I feel like this will be the first Advent Calendar I'll be getting. I'm so glad the Gringotts carts are minifigure scale as well, I'm going to have a lot of feeling wheeling those around while waiting for the the *hopeful* Gringotts next year
  16. In my opinion the T Rex fossil set would have been perfect with a raptor but I suppose with the giant T Rex head molds included Lego thought to include a single-piece baby Trike instead. I also thought two lots of Baryonyx molds in one set was a big ask but the boat would have been great with a pterodactyl as well!
  17. See that set is £45 here in the UK which in my opinion is great value for the size of the Carnotosaurus. I recently got the 2019 Baryonyx set at £40 which I thought was a steal
  18. Has the Baryonyx claw been used before? Because that look like new arm pieces to me, which is a great fix on the 2019 Baryonyx. That being said I much prefer the 2019 Baryonyx's colours to this new one... I do think the Carnotasaurus, Stigymoloch and baby Trike all work though, and I love how the sets are all fairly realistic-looking with only one helicoptor set - the theme's come a long way since 2015 thank god. Also it's a really nice touch that the two trucks have the same tan and red colour scheme as the City Safari sets! Edit: I actually think those Baryonyx arms were used for the Indominus Rex last year
  19. 1414falconfan has shared better images of the Monkie Kid sets and one weird thing about the Bone Demon mech is that it doesn't seem to have proper legs, just these tiny spider legs and then a really long body with four arms. I really hope there's not a long wait to see HD pictures of these!
  20. You should look at the Star Wars sets of you think that’s ridiculous- there’s so many landspeeder / Tatooine sets with the same set of characters If I had to choose 1 raptor for the upcoming set I would want either a tiger-striped raptor like Lost World / Camp Cretaceous or an accurate grey Blue with the same colour as the 2018 baby piece
  21. Yeah I’d say the Fossil Escape set will probably be my favourite if it comes with 1 or 2 raptors. I’d love it if we get one of the 4 adults from the first JW film or the Camp Cretaceous tiger-themed raptor with that being said a bit of me does Wonder if there’s even more annoying vehicles in these sets than we know about - I can’t wait for ‘The Fossil Escape on a giant 300 piece holiciptor’
  22. So I went to my local Lego Store the other day and found loads of Lego sets reduced! There were fairly big sales on Ninjago, Monkey King... and one solitary set from the Lego Jurassic World 2019 wave!! I'm actually in disbelief that I managed to get the Lego Baryonix set for £40, though I'm saving building it for when I have a week off work next week Has there been a case when Lego have reused the same printed dino over two separate waves/years? Because I'm curious if a Baryonix in the boat set is reused or not (the grey and blue printing of the 2019 looks amazing just from the box pictures)
  23. The only thing I’ve gotten from this theme so far is the character bags but I had an idea: What of in a few waves time we get actual characters in the bags and not just enemies? I could see something like the Lego Movie where there were smaller versions of Metalbeard and the alien queen for all sorts of brick-built characters: - Bowser - Baby Bowser - Toad -Yoshi Some of their sets solid be discontinued in a year’s time so it could be cool to see smaller, more affordable versions
  24. We’ve got multiple sources confirming it with a full list of characters - the cmf will be based on Wandavision, Falcon and Winter Soldier, Loki and What If...?
  25. This set will probably come with Golden Dumbledore and maybe minifigure-scale accessories of whatever the ‘Hogwarts Icons’ are I’m also only interested in minifigure-scale builds so I will probably be getting just the main 4 Anniversary sets this year and maybe the advent calendar too. With that being said I do love speculating about weird set choices!
