Imagine if the Marvels set is the best MCU 2023 we get this year That one would have to come with a good figure selection, right? -
I think from a description that was out somewhere the buildings are in pairs and can go back-to-back despite the diffrerent colours, like the Diagon Alley set Since the Medieval Blacksmith I’ve got really into the civilian side of castle, I really hope this gets made as it’s the leak I’m most interested in, alongside the Snow White cottage

So there’ll probably be a Merida minifigure somewhere this year, right? obviously not in the cmf but I could see her thrown into one of the sets somewhere -
Licensed Lego Ideas - Support & Discussion

I doubt they’d have anything planned when Shrek 5 would be years ahead in the future, if it’s even made. Hopefully this show of fan support convinces Lego to approve one of these sets - I wouldn’t even mind if it was downsized to be a >£100 set like the Winnie the Pooh one. -

Can’t wait to see Gringotts. How many goblins do you think we could expect? I’d like to see some recolours of the Griphook hair piece Expecto Patronum is very intriguing. I think if it is a diorama the stag will be a small brick-built model instead of the mould from 2019. also could the quidditch trunk have minifigure options like the trunk and table football last year? That would make me rather interested in it -

Minas Tirith would be the perfect set for me but what if it’s a £500 Rivendell set? The amount of landscaping bases and buildings that Rivendell could need could definitely fill that price point and it could have 20 characters just from Fellowship alone - including all 9 fellowship members -

LEGO Star Wars 2023 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!

Recently rebuilt my 2013 Republic Gunship and really want to fill it with a good amount of clone troopers - I'm actually looking forward to seeing the next 501st battlepack because I prefer Phase 2 clone troopers to Phase 1. Although $20 (£18?) for a battlepack is still extordinate compared to the old days, it is more tempting than the £30 501st set and once it is reduced it will be a better value set than the Phase 1 clone trooper accessory pack. Now I'm just hoping there will be another Phase 2 Captain Rex on the horizon... -

A vampire mech sounds very fun! Better than another oversized car truck, anyway Honestly if they're going to keep doing mechs then each mech will have to have unique gimmicks and giant bat wings would definitely help a Morbius mech stand out from the crowd - gimme a morbillion more mechs if they're fantastical ones -

I love that it’s not a Peter Parker figure with the Morbius set - now what do we reckon are the chances of both or one of the figures having Leg printing? I’d really like another version of Miles (tho his hoody minifigure is impeccable) -

Yes yes yes! I will get the lake task, I can already feel nostalgic for the old lake set I remember seeing at my local Toys'r'us (I was so young back then that apparently I was scared of the sleeping figure faces aha) What if the Fiend-fire snake is brick-built with a recoloured Basilisk head? -

Has anyone ever tried the newer Falcon hair piece on Wong, or seen pictures of it? The photos of the actor someone put up here showed that even the hairpiece that is used for him is too long really -

I have to say these sets have really gained my curiousity now - I'm especially interested in seeing the Naa'vi figures, the different alien animals and the plant builds that accompany them. As someone who has actually really grown to like the Ninjago / Harry Potter / Elves approach of mythical creatures with molded heads and brickbuilt animals I have high hopes for the flying animals. My only hope is that there is a cheap way of getting a Naavi in a small set in the January wave (if I end up needing to save money and don't prioritise the Banshee or Tree of Souls sets. -
Jurassic World 2022 - Rumors & Discussion

For actual real-life velociraptors that were about waist-height, yes. For the Deinychus - Utahraptor size the Atrociraptor mold is probably the closest, ignoring the head However, I agree with what Axolotplays said earlier that there are too many 1-mold dinosaurs now, to the point that the velociraptor mold would feel like a downgrade if it was sized down and just had 2 moving parts. Personally, I’m fine with an overlarge raptor if it means there is still moving parts and more variety with the smaller dinos -
Jurassic World 2022 - Rumors & Discussion
Darth Shadowthrone replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
Haha I did make a picture with all the dinos, tho PriceyPlasticProduct on Instagram also made one that was very good I don't have a display space devoted just to Jurassic World sets yet: at the moment I just have the Baryonyx and an assortment of baby dinos, tho sometimes I do display next to my Hogwarts display wreaking havoc . I'll definitely put something together when I have more dinos tho These are amazing! You have such a great collection, I am very impressed - all 3 versions of adult Blue! The price of the Quetzalcoatlus set makes more sense now as well when it is so big next to the other dinos. I would love to see the Atrociraptors next to Blue: your photo with the smaller raptors and bigger dilophosaurus give a good idea of size between the different raptor scales already tho. Also was there any kind of photo of all the dinos together in the instructions of the Dominion sets? Also, until someone puts the physical Giganotosaurus next to the other dinos I had a try using pictures and screengrabs: As before, my scale is probably a little bit wonky which is why your photos of the physical dinos are so much more useful -

Ah that’s very nice of you! I have that problem on Eurobricks a lot where the site refuses to host most pictures. Occasionally I link stuff from my Instagram account on here - I’m planning to go and get some Dominion sets from my nearest Lego store next Tuesday and I’m planning on starting out with the Pyroraptor and Atrociraptor sets (maybe the Blue one too!) I’ll definitely take some photos of those dinos and put them on here And Thanks for recommending the ProC channel, I’ll check them out! There was another channel I saw ages ago that was more of a general Dino toy channel, so he just had a bunch of Lego dinosaurs together without any builds or minifigures -

Could I ask that when some of you guys get new sets you take some pictures of the dinosaurs next to others from different sets or even previous years? I always like seeing how the different dinosaurs look next to each other and what the scale would be like Like it would be awesome to see the Giganotosaurus next to other dinos like Rexy or the Indominus. Or all the one-piece therapods in a line: Coelophysis, Dilophosaurus, Pyroraptor and Atrociraptor -

Have you any of you guys near Lego shops seen the minifigure set selling out? Im waiting to visit my local store until the Jurassic world sets come out and want to pick up the Thor set at the same time. Do you guys think it will should still be there if it’s only 2 weeks after release? -

I noticed that too, it does seem like a really expensive year for Harry Potter All they have to do is release Gringotts and Harry Potter fans might as well declare bankruptcy -

That’s an awesome reconstruction of those 2 Hogwarts sets! I really feel like the over-rendered images that the hp theme has been burdened with has really hurt how these sets look, making the builds seem flat and the minifigures less detailed than they actually are. The 2020 wave art had really bad artwork too, I think the sets will look 100% better in person -

Does the Voldemort tongue face indicate a Battle of Hogwarts / Courtyard Duel set? That seems to be the most likely candidate of 3 instances I remember him with that expression: - When he is able to lay a finger on Harry in GoF - When he conjures the fire serpent in OotP - And the face he makes at the Hogwarts defenders after telling them Harry’s dead in the courtyard -
