It's so small! Seriously really nice, Never thought of using capes like that... I've seen it used as a curtain before (Ricecracker's fire engine). But I really like the shape that you got out of it... Something to add into the memory banks for future use Really nicely done! (And welcome to Eurobricks!)

Incredible build you two. Your micro / piece usage skills never cease to blow me away... and fantastic to see you branch out more This one is definitely going to be a tough one to beat! Good luck! It's definitely Sci-Fi... not to mention it's built for the Micro-Sci-Fi contest...

Really nicely done... Those boaster engines are really awesome. It really does remind me of 'real' rockets... And using the binoculars to attach the wings - BRILLIANT. What scale is this suppose to be (just curious). (That reminds me I have to build mine still!)

You are always your own harshest critic... I think it's absolutely brilliant. It's extremely recognizable, the details are great. The base is fantastic. I would vote for you (if I didn't enter) You'll do great! Though I would have added a antenna bar so I could do some Pew Pew pwe action

Very interesting build. Some really nice piece usage - and the white really works for me... I also love the interesting base you built. Such a little touch - but really makes this a polished MOC. ... but no story? Blurb? Nothing?

Absolutely delightful. Great parts usage all around - creating a really unique glider... The exhausts you used in particular are fantastic. Though I'm not overly sold on the perl gold axes... they seem a bit ... over the top None the less -awesome little build.

I didn't actually get to play... Though I did want to try it. Even though I had heard about it ahead of time (Mobile Frame 0) I got ddistracted by other activities usually kept me occupied... And the other Brickwars game looked pretty fun to play on peoples display While not a wargame - I did get to try LDM's settlers - and that was pretty cool playing on a Lego board.

I'm glad you didn't have the right parts... I'm liking this version _way_ more... And the photosshoping is superb!

Pew Pew Pwe from Ricecracker. I make a lot of shooting noises. In real life and in posts. And I also can't spell. Much nicer title. And knowing is half the battle!

I think I need to install chrome at work... http://thenextweb.com/shareables/2012/06/26/kiss-goodbye-to-your-productivity-google-just-brought-8-trillion-lego-blocks-to-chrome/ What would you say if I told you that I could put you in charge of the biggest LEGO set you have ever seen, giving you access to more than 8 trillion blocks. Oh, and you wouldn’t even have to move from your seat? Well, that’s exactly what Google has done. Partnering with LEGO Australia, Google has created Build (no, not the Microsoft event) – a new Chrome experiment that not only allows you to play with LEGO online, but asks you to choose a plot from an Australian map, placing your creation on a real Aussie landmark (or random street). It also gives you the opportunity to save, share and show off your creations, either via email or on your Google+ account. Google explains how it created the tool: Build may look simple, but this collaborative 3D building experience would not have been possible a couple of years ago. It shows how far browser technology has come and how the web is an amazing platform for creativity. We made the bricks with WebGL, which enables powerful 3D graphics right in the browser and demonstrates the upper limit of current WebGL graphics performance. We then mixed in Google Maps (another Aussie invention) so you can put your creation in a LEGO world alongside everyone else’s. Once you have created and published your LEGO structure, it will be submitted to LEGO for scrutiny — or to make sure rude and indecent projects aren’t displayed to younger users. Build will launch in Australia first, then New Zealand, before opening up in a number of other countries soon. However, it remains accessible to anyone that visits the site, so you won’t need to wait to be able to play with it, but you won’t be able to build new structures on home turf.

Welcome to Eurobricks! I haven't read that particular novel ... but I have heard of the author. So I will look forward to seeing what you come up with

Ha! You had me fooled too. Well done. Defintely an fun build... you should stick a few more pictures in the thread so we don't get so easily confused And poor blacktron... there's not much room in there for them!
-
Awesome mech. The little details win me over... the teddy, the oil spill, microphone fingers. Fantastic job!
-
Not if I can help it! Though all that playing with Modulex is a unfair competitive advantage!
-
Gah! I really should have kept notes on who won... Congrats Dale, even with the lack of Dark Blue - it was an INCREDIBLE build. We should really start a 'Trophy case' for all EB Trophies that were won... both at BW and other cons. Let's recognize our awesome builders! NOOOOO you can't be pizza nazi... it's sooooooo good. You've effectively ruined pizza for me. Same... I spent all my time hanging out and building, I didn't have time to go around taking pictures... More important things to do.

Si-MOCs replied to Si-MOCs's topic in Guilds of Historica
Apologies everyone for my absence... I have been busy with last minute Brickworld building and the event itself, the post-event let down and the eventual reread of all your wonderful posts... -- Khamar Ibn Hakkad apologies on the late welcome. I was off! But now come drink. It is good to have an Officer join us. Please, tell us more about the Al Ezaela tribe. ! Trian Burress I must send our greatest appreciation for your help at Brickworld. And I humbly make you an honourary member of the Kaliphlin Guild, with all the rights and privilege of our Citizens. -- Great job everyone on Challenge 3 As you guys figured out... Kaliphlin WON Challenge 3. We closed the gap between us and Avalonia! Well done! And don't forget some freebuilds to get a few more points -- As for the photography element... As you may or may have not noticed, we've been systematically trying to 'up' everyone's game. And this is just another step towards improving everyone's mocing skills - including presentation. We're not talking about professional set ups ... but simple care to having some clean back drop - a $1 piece of cardboard does wonders... -- awesome gate house Legonardo! -
So THAT'S how you pronounce everything..... Very cool! Way to represent! Great job guys

I'll play for fun. Cause Friends, Space Marines, and Hedgehogs RULE.

USS Savannah (AOR-4), was a Wichita-class replenishment oiler of the United States Navy. Reference shot: -- This was a special build for Brickworld, part of a tribute collaboration honouring a Fellow builder's father - who served on this ship in Vietnam. I can honestly say that this was probably my most nerve wracking build I have ever done.
