    Looks awesome, Lego really improved the color matches for Friends 2013. Azure, dark blue, pale yellow and purple looks really nice together. However hasn't Lego had light / pale yellow before in the LEGO Island theme 10+ years ago?

    Don't eat the LEGO bricks would be a good way to solve BPA issues. I'd like to know why LEGO changed from have three complete sets of CMF in a box to two. It's really annoying and makes me buy less, and parents I have talked to seem pissed off too. Also why doesn't the Avengers boxes have Black Widow, the only female character from the movie?

    LEGO really needs to knock it off with the stupid idea of having only two complete sets in a box. More so with ones people might actually want a lot of, like series 9 forest maid.

    Yeah, it would have ended the 30th. I have never paid attention to Friends in Target so I wouldn't know. I just say it in the ad for Easter gift ideas.

    I bought my first Galaxy Squad set the other day, 70701 for 30% off. TRU had a deal for a change, it was amazing! Awesome set too, thinking of buying another one because it's that cool.

    Nice review. I'm debating on buying it for 30% off ($28USD), but I don't like the big insects, so I'm not sure I want to spend $28 on the cool little human vehicle.

    And Amazon.com has the dragon for $23.50. I'm not a huge fan of the theme, but the dragon and mechs look awesome.

    I didn't think the fire helicopter could look uglier, but there it is. And it looks like there are less pieces, and the thing is already overpriced to levels unseen even in Star Wars sets. I want that fire boat, but I haven't seen it yet. And LEGO changes molds, so if it's the same piece with holes is probably the newer one and they just ran out of the older one.

    Yes, and the Series 1 Friends polybags are $4 this week instead of $5 at Target USA.

    I agree, if you have an iPad or anything, that would be best and must more useful than $100 on one book. Tablets are cheap used, probably can get one for only a little more than 80 Euro.

    I can't stand the alien sets at all, none of them seem to be space based (AKA in the "air"). I wish there were more space ship types for the humans too. I do love that dark and azure blue drop ship, but I don't want anything else in the set, and not spending $120 for it.

    It would be kind of cool if LEGO made two new CMF series a year and then have two Simpson CMF series. That would be a load of fun. How many sets does LEGO need? Just a few, 5-6. The house, bus, car, maybe treehouse.

    Yeah I really don't see what the issue is with the "it has adult themes!" people, I don't think they have ever seen the show. LEGO makes a wine bottle piece, Jack from PotC is a drunken crazy wacko. There are no issues here. The only thing to me is that why? I don't see LEGO and The Simpsons having a lot of cross over fans, I think it will sell very poorly. However I'd love some of the hair pieces.

    I was just at Walmart and nothing. Is it with the Easter stuff? I wish the poly was blue, I really like the blue guys.

    But if LEGO was smart they would make new sets for the Nickelodeon show around the time the new movie comes out. Kind of like how the first Batman series wasn't legally around the new movie, but they were released close together.

    Set number is 30231, I just bought 6 of them today at TRU. My firs GS set.

    TRU sale works on clearance. AC Mothership and Cars V8 for $60, like buying one getting one free. Also had the SW Advent calendar for $24, but I don't really need one, nevermind 2.

    I honestly would have left the crane, LEGO knows boys love vehicles and the crane will probably be a bigger selling point. I would have gotten rid of the pizza shop, it's weird looking and doesn't really fit, and then made a building, with an expanded square and cut out some pieces from the bus. But to me its not anywhere near the level a $100+ set should be. The haf a bike shop is awsome, but it needs the full thing.
