  1. Several issues here: We don’t know if any of the shows will get sets in the first place F&TWS has been delayed There’s no way WV won’t be moved as well If there were any sets intended to be released this year, we would’ve heard about them by now They especially wouldn’t have missed the chance to reveal something at SDCC@h And finally, just to reiterate: not everything FalconFan posts has to be a hint. This isn’t the first time people interpreted way too much into a single post of his
  2. Not everything @Falconfan1414 posts has to be a hint
  3. ...you do realise that the CMF series includes that book with new moulds and everything, right?
  4. The magic word here is “if” We simply don’t know if there’s going to be a VIP early access period. I feel it’s become a bit of a rare commodity since none of the recent D2Cs had one. The only thing in its favour would be the VIP-exclusivity of the Q&A, but I wouldn’t call that waterproof evidence In essence, unless a leaker (or the next store flyer) confirms it, I’m not expecting it
  5. A rando on IG having a scoop on a new polybag with the source being an anonymous leaker who lets some rando claim the glory? Yeah right. Maybe they also have a bridge to sell to us Edit: Oh, and I think the last opportunity for something to be revealed this week has just passed SDCC really was beyond useless this year. So I’m hoping for a CMF reveal on Tuesday or Wednesday and a DA reveal around August 15th
  6. You’re the devil BTW, I assume it won’t take long before WB will follow suit and postpone a majority of their upcoming film slate as Disney, Sony and Paramount just did. Since the filming hasn’t even started and WB will probably need that November release date for Dune (since that one doesn’t really fit anywhere else in their schedule), I don’t think there’s any chance FB3 will still be released next year The only silver lining to this is that it increases the chances of the theme to continue into 2022
  7. Trust me, if any of us had more info, it’d already be all over the internet
  8. As I've mentioned before, WB Interactive being sold might be a factor: https://www.nintendolife.com/news/2020/07/warner_bros_interactive_entertainment_is_reportedly_up_for_sale
  9. Well, the human malware and WB Games being auctioned off surely didn't help
  10. I sure hope so, but why would they reveal DA three weeks before a potential VIP release (or five weeks before the official release) when the NES was unveiled two weeks and the Grand Piano just one week ahead of their release? SDCC obviously is of no concern to TLG this year and the pattern from two years ago isn‘t necessarily valid any more, so there’s no compelling reason for a reveal this week And sure, it said „soon“ in the Q&A, but that’s not very specific, now is it That being said, please prove me wrong TLG
  11. You mean the Dutch price? Assume the worst and be glad when you’re wrong... or cry when you’re right Is it at least somewhat consistent within themes? If so, 71043 should be a pretty good indicator
  12. Now that the Grand Piano has been revealed, DA should be next on the list, unless TLG shadow-drops another set first Edit: Ninja’d Interestingly, even Ideas sets share the same style of boxart with their 18+ selection It fits perfectly fine here, but I still hope DA will be 16+ instead and get the regular set boxart treatment
  13. *cough* https://brickset.com/sets/40433-1/1989-Batmobile *cough* I’m not saying it’s going to happen, far from it, but at least it’s not entirely unprecedented

  15. 6. 7. Profit! I think A LOT of people squandered their question by trying to fish for info on future content Some were probably more stealthy about it than others, but Solid Snake, you're not
  16. You're all right, this shouldn't take all that long to be completed since I imagine a lot of the questions can be sorted out at a quick glance and the amount of VIPs is limited after all. Imagine the ****show the Q&A would have been if it wasn't VIP-exclusive
  17. @Guyon2002: About time we finally move on
  18. Not buying it. Even if he gets 100% of his remaining hints right, the chances of them being educated guesses are way too high Now can we please send him back into the abyss where he belongs? Yeah, it's all quite weird
  19. Great. RoyalPersonDoubleDissent is back from the dead and SDCC appears to be useless too. At least that’s two down on my horrible-LEGO-news-apocalypse bingo card Btw, I just remembered that TLG hadn’t announced any panels for SDCC anyway, so there was little chance for a reveal in the first place given the Q&A event. Speaking of which: since it apparently only ended today, 2-3 days isn’t nearly enough time to go through all the questions, selecting the most interesting and actually answering them Nah, that event won’t happen for at least another week
  20. The Piano is not really a D2C though And multiple D2C sets being revaled close to another isn’t unheard of either, this year’s July D2Cs (Crocodile + Mickey & Minnie) for instance were also revealed in quick succession
  21. FTFY Yeah, that probably was too pessimistic. Based on FalconFan’s reasoning a reveal during SDCC would make a lot of sense, but I just don’t want to be disappointed at the end of the week
  22. Don’t forget the Grand Piano Ideas set, which should be revealed first I’m a bit miffed that one wasn’t unveiled yesterday, but then again, revealing a set one day prior to a big online convention would be quite silly. Here’s hoping for a reveal in the coming days! Maybe I’m too optimistic here, but I’d very happy if there was a new reveal for every day of SDCC@h. It’s probably better not to expect anything though, it is 2020 after all, where all hopes and dreams go to die
  23. We haven’t had a chase figure since the last WW series, so I doubt they’d bring back that unpopular idea Yes, I think he-who-shall-not-be-named was the one who claimed that, but we don’t need him to come to that conclusion
  24. I think it was mentioned at least once in a designer video Besides, the proof is in the pudding when you look at how many D2C sets before 2014 featured new moulds
  25. I think you misunderstood me It was the old rule that prevented new moulds from being introduced in D2C sets, which was abolished in 2014 with the release of the Tumbler. Ever since, D2C sets were allowed to feature new and sometimes even exclusive moulds
