It’s heavily implied he’s one of the inferi, so if we do ever get a set based on that scene, we could pretend he’s among them I agree though, this is a fairly dark subject for a LEGO set. And the most iconic part of the scene (Dumbledore scaring the inferi off with FIYAH) would be hard to translate into a set anyway

Agreed. The first 4 films have been covered very well, both in the original run and in the two reboots. I really appreciate the OotP and HBP stuff we got so far in this reboot, but of course there’s still plenty missing. And DH1+2 are in desparate need for sets Also, we need some OotP-style masked Death Eaters, which luckily can appear in a lot of sets based on the second half of the series (apart from DH2 and the majority of DH1 that is, if they want to be screen-accurate). Last year’s dummy is nice and all, but it can‘t replace proper ones Named ones on top of that are a bonus to me (mainly Yaxley and Thicknesse, don‘t care that much about the rest)

It truly is the weak link in that wave. I won't complain too much though since the rest surpasses my (admittedly low) expectations by far. The only thing I would have added was a Duel on Exegol set to make it a perfect wave in my eyes, but alas Back to the Slave I: I simply don't get why it had to include OT minifigs (and two VERY common ones at that). Spoilers can't be the issue here, I mean look at the minifig selection of the Arquitens It's just a huge missed opportunity, unless they decide to release a set or two based on the Book of Boba Fett early next year of course. I NEED a minifig of that polished armour

Depends on which property the set's based on (AOTC, ROTS, TCW). I would say AOTC, in which case Cody wouldn't make much sense

Just keep your expectations very low. UCS sets don't typically include more than one or two (pilot) minifigs. I'm not saying it's impossible, but don't forget that even the ISD only had two The model is the main attraction there, exclusive minifigs are just the icing on the cake. My guess? Two clone pilots, but with an accurate new mould for the helmet I'd be happy with that

Huh, colour me surprised I thought someone just tried to use the onslaught of information to sneak some nugget of fakeness in there (because I‘ve only seen a single copycat account sharing it on IG). But I agree, this might have been cancelled already. Then again, the theme was apparently cancelled back in autumn of 2019, so why would a 2021 set show up in the retailer’s system now?

I‘m quite looking forward to that R2-D2! The 2012 version still holds up on the whole, but the exposed studs on the head are a bit rough I hope the new one will be to its precursor what the Creator Expert VW beetle was to the original one

My point was more about movies rather than comics. I‘m aware of the darker Batman comics, but I‘m not sure those would translate well into film. The Killing Joke animated movie for instance wasn’t exactly a huge success, was it? Keep in mind that most moviegoers have never read a single comic book page. Comic book movies still need to appeal to as many people as possible, which sometimes requires toning down the source material. I doubt that The Boys streaming show for example would be as popular as it is if it followed the vile comics Besides, it‘s not the themes that give a film their rating, it‘s gore, violence, sex, and language. You can make a film that explores darker themes like guilt, vengeance, and corruption without resorting to over-the-top violence. The Dark Knight trilogy did that just fine

Heck, there‘s even 3 options for what specific version of her it could be (technically, 4). Sure, they would all basically look the same in minifig form, but still, it doesn‘t narrow it down too much. The most obvious option would indeed be her Mando version in an Arquitens set as @The Stud points out, but knowing TLG, that‘s not a given

I fail to see why people would even want an R-rated Batman film to begin with, regardless of toy tie-ins. To me, it doesn’t fit the character in the slightest and just reeks of edgelordiness... or AXE Deadpool, Suicide Squad etc are okay, but Batman should always be suitable for most ages. IT’S A GUY FIGHTING CRIME DRESSED LIKE A BAT. You’re allowed to like silly things, no need to make it „more adult“ just to feel justified in watching something. What next, an R-rated Superfriends film?

It won’t be part of either wave since ACs are always released in September The first 2HY wave should hit stores in June and the second one in August if it’s handled the same way as two years ago.

According to @Falconfan1414, there's a $179 set in the line-up too Seems kinda large for a regular set, maybe another D2C one like the NES? Depends on the source though, if it's that Spanish retailer it has to be a regular set

Personally, I wouldn’t be opposed to them releasing the ship, I simply don’t want it to take the $130 spot If it ends up doing so anyway, I hope they at least include useful and desired minifigs like Karkaroff, Skeeter, or Krum (with a more appropriate face print). And I’d argue the corsair ship from LOTR was far more important than the Durmstrang ship. The only thing the latter does is rising from and sinking into a lake while the former was part of two cool scenes, including a funny Peter Jackson cameo

Only 4 sets? I would've thought that both waves consisted of 6 sets each, but apparently not. This implies quite a lot of JWD sets for next year though

I wonder if there’s going to be two waves like in 2019 because some sets from the initial list are missing. One’s a D2C set of course, but the remaining 4 (I think?) are not accounted for yet. Or maybe they’re based on FB3 after all, which would seem excessive though Don’t forget about the $250 D2C set

The new starter pack rumoured for the 2HY wave has to be Luigi At least that’s what I hope
