I also prefer the mouth on the red one, and I also think the door could have more curve, but I didn't have enough bricks to make it look right. Anyway, thank you for your feedback and I will keep it in mind for a future miata! (Maybe I'll make it on blue, but I have very few pieces.

I just made a yellow one, with some 'minor' modifications, pictures are here:

Thanks! Actually those are in Yellow (not sure about the 1x2x5 on the door but those can be replaed by many 1x4s or something), I would love to make one in that colour but I just don't have the amount of bricks. Also, I'm planning on making an LDD file with building instructions, so if you want I can send you the file when I'm finnished.

Thanks! yeah, I know the door could have more curve, but for that I would have to change the whole door and the way it is connected to the rest of the car, so I will leave it for the future.

I know, That's why there is only one picture of it with the top up! Thanks!

UPDATES: After I uploaded it to Flickr, I noticed there where some things missing, like side-mirrors and some details at the front, so I made some changes. Information: This car was built using Lego Creator style techniques, it has a lot of details and funcionality, like the opening doors and the detailed engine, to see more pictures you can go to my Flickr. Lego Ideas: This car is available to support on Lego Ideas, so if you like this, click here. Thanks for stopping by, -Marco. Qm

RC BMW Isetta
Marco qm replied to Marco qm's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Thanks! Although the rear isn't as good as it should be, I ran out of blue bricks... Thanks, it was really hard to make! Thank you, I hope you got inspired! Thanks! -
Hello everyone and welcome to my first RC car using "Lego RC Buggy Motors", in this case being of course, the BMW Isetta 3 Wheeler. What is that? The BMW Isetta is a brilliant car made by BMW and designed by the Italians--with more space inside than what it looks like and great-looking from the outside. The Lego: With a lot of bricks, powerful engines, and an IR-Receiver, this Isetta is unique Lego build (at least I haven't seen anything like this, ever.), it is a little heavy but it does the job and look awesome while doing it ;-) ! Components: -White bricks -Blue bricks -Drive: RC Buggy motor -Steering: Servo Motor -Power source: AAA Battery pack -Lego Power Functions IR Speed Control 8879 ____________________________________________ .

BMW 2002 Turbo Hello everyone and thank you for stopping by! Collaborators: Built in Lego Digital Designer/Mecabricks by Marco. qm (me) Rendered by Wlange and Technic Man Very special thanks to Wlange and Technic, probably without their help you wouldn't be seing this awesome images. Information of the 2002 Made in 1974, the 2002 Turbo was the first car made by BMW that had a trubocharger. This little 2-door car made more than 170 BHP, which on those times was a lot of power, still it was a nice car that you could use to go on a trip with your family on the weekend. Information of the Lego version: I designed this using techniques from the Lego Creator Expert sets, such as the Mini, VW Camper, Beetle and F40, so it would look nice if you placed it next to the sets mentioned before. It also features opening bonnet, trunk, doors, detailed interior and engine. On the interior, it has 4 detailed seats, a straight 4 engine, and detailed dashboard. With a lot of space on the trunk and "glovebox". On the rear, you will see the opening trunk, detailed tailights and even an exhaust! Hope you liked it enough to click that support button! If you want, feel free to give feedback or suggestions on the comments and all the changes made will be added to the updates. ;) Also, building instructions here: http://www.moc-pages.com/moc.php/433738 -Marco. qm

I need a LEGO program that alows me to create building instructions for my models, but not LD, not only because the building instructions aren't good, but also because my build have an RC buggy motor that is not on LDD, and I'm making a car contest in which the winner get building instructions for a LEGO bmw Isetta, and I want to give high quality stuff. The builder who suggest the program that works better for me, will also get BUilding instructions of it for the collaboration. Please help me with this, it would be really appreciated!
