  1. I like the interior but I think the front could do with bigger headlights or maybe some fog lights. Other than that, great project, very detailed and unusual
  2. I'll be patient waiting for your reviews as they are perfectly done. And I do hope you review 42053, despite having bought the set I would love to hear what you have to say about it
  3. Congratulations on such a nice model Erik I must confess I liked the original model better as it reminded me of the 80s supercars, but the final model is very fine indeed. It sort of looks like the Lamborghini Reventon with its aggressive front end. But if you like the final model that's all that matters Looking forward to your next creation
  4. I'm looking forward to your review Jim (although I've already made my mind about buying 42069 One thing I'm not too fond of is the excessive use of stickers, especially because they stop when they reach the purple panels. It seems incomplete
  5. Nice work, looking forward to this! I had the same problem with one of my photos and have already alerted Nathan to it. He's working on it (I hope)
  6. It's a good functioning model and good looking too Interesting steering as well. Good job!
  7. Thank you I think that being unusual only makes it more interesting
  8. Ahahah that's hilarious! But now seriously, I'm looking forward to your reviews, they're always so thorough and have helped me many times deciding which set to buy
  9. Yep, it's a Top Gear joke!
  10. From Berlin to Warsaw in one tank
  11. Worked for me on chrome/android
  12. Thanks! I'll post a video towards the end of the month as I don't have much time now. I won't do a RC version though, I like my models manual Thank you! I think the tumbler tires look great and would look even better if I had the rim in yellow Thank you all! I too decided to build this MOC after seeing the real machine
  13. Same here, it works but when you add up there is one member missing
  14. Hi guys! It’s been a while since I last posted a MOC, but I haven’t had as much time to build as I would like to. So, without further ado, here it is: a wheeled asphalt paver. I didn’t model it after a specific machine but inspired myself in the Volvo and CAT pavers. Initially I wanted to build it in green after Vogele, but I don’t have that many green panels. Maybe sometime in the future… Like all my MOCs, it is fully manual. It has 4 functions: - manual 4-wheel steering controlled by the right sided trans-yellow brick; - tilting of the hopper controlled by the left sided trans-yellow brick; - lowering/raising the screed via 2 small LA operated by the ball joints on both sides; - extending/retracting the creed blades done by 2 large LA controlled by the black round 2L connector at the back. It also has a 4-cylinder fake engine connected to the rear wheels via an old-style differential and the feeder conveyor belt rotates in the opposite direction of the rear wheels, feeding the “tarmac” as the paver moves forward. I have built and rebuilt this MOC 2 times in the past months and I’m still not 100% happy with it. But improvements will have to wait at least until November. More pictures can be found at my bricksafe account. Here is the video showing it's functions. Sorry for the not so great quality Suggestions, tips and comments in general are always welcome! Thanks for reading!
  15. I don't understand a thing about programming but I'm running ad block plus and it doesn't work either
  16. I'm sorry Jim it didn't work on chrome. I did it as you requested and the response was empty
  17. @Kumbbl Sure there are some other great looking cars by other great builders, but I'm just giving my thoughts on this one We each have our own taste
  18. This is a very good looking car! Really gorgeous! Love the colour combo! I can already imagine a sunset photo with it's pop up headlights, Petrolicious style
  19. I'm sure you'll be able to build an awesome Robin in the future, don't worry! I just have a small request/advice: please include a feature that makes it roll over on every single corner like on the Top Gear episode
  20. Thanks for the video, it illustrates perfectly this marvellous creation!
  21. I second the need for a video. Other than that, great MOC, great looks and great engeneering
  22. Any news on if and when can we expect an early review of the 2H sets?
  23. I see what you did there!
  24. I agree with Jurss, those new panels look a bit big as headlights compared to the rest of the truck. Other than that, it looks very promising Also, what is the 36z wheel behind the cabin used for? Steering?
  25. Nicely done! What will you use them for?
