  1. Boats and spaceships! I don't particularly care what kind.
  2. I'm really warming up to Krennic's Imperial Shuttle... in fact, the only one of these I don't particularly like is the U-Wing. I think it's a good thing I haven't bought a whole lot of stuff this year, considering how good this wave is and how good the Technic and Marvel sets are... my wallet is crying.
  3. They put a studded string on the fishing rod for once! YAY! That's so much easier for little kids--and myself--than tying the rod piece and a clip thing up in knots. Kind of weird to see a picture before any kind of list, though...
  4. I think we're having an age guideline malfunction here: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/149713
  5. Actor Builder is quite correct... Nostalgia Critic's review of this movie made a lot of good points about the stupid flame wars between the people who didn't like the movie, the people who don't like those people, and the people who haven't seen the movie but hate on it anyway because of the trailers/cast/premise/whatever. I'm not concerned about getting caught in something like that, so I'm going to watch the movie when my local library gets it, but I feel like this whole thing is all kinds of stupid over a harmless movie. I wonder what the internet's reaction would be to a remake of Seven Samurai that sold itself as a remake of The Magnificent Seven...
  6. ^Probably Rogue One sets. There were some TFA sets in the January wave that had nonsensical code names, so that seems very likely to happen again. There will probably also be a Jedi Starfighter of some sort...
  7. I searched through all the submissions post-update... nothing. Guess I remembered wrong, but whatever...
  8. Is there a source for the picture? I just Googled "LEGO Winter Train 10254" and it came up. I don't remember the 2006 one, so with no nostalgia goggles, I think it looks very pretty! Hope it's not too expensive.
  9. Finally a firsthand supplier of LDD Official Sets!

  11. Sure! Give me an hour, and I'll upload the whole Batman v Superman range for you. It's good practice. EDIT: ...and they're up! I think somebody actually posted them back in March, though.
  12. That "LEGO Ideas Game" garnered 60 supporters in 2 days. I guess Deadpool has created an interest in extremely meta commentary on things.
  13. Brilliant! Although the face looks a bit strange, I dunno if there's a better solution for it.
  14. That explains a great deal. I was wondering why I could only attach things to the 45 degree parts from one orientation and not the other... and, yeah, those balloon parts are a pain. It wasn't so bad with the Raid Zeppelin--it only uses 7 of them-- but they were a pain on the other balloon sets.
  15. I'm sure there's a way to throw a dozen Globlins into that hypothetical chess set...
  16. He was more of a badass in The Clone Wars... taken to ridiculous levels in the old microseries, where he beat up 200-ish B2 droids with his bare fists in one episode.
  17. I'm seeing so many conflicting reviews of this movie... probably going to get it from my local library when it comes out on dvd.
  18. 2009 had a lot of great stuff, so did 2008 and 2012... the AAT from 2009 will always hold a special place in my heart, it was the biggest set 6-year-old me had ever had.

  20. Changed the picture to a smaller one, Bricksafe makes it very easy. So, wait, do I have to put a small picture of the part below each Brickset link? Or could I just put all of them into one photo and put that in above the LDD screengrab? Or just keep the links...? Because I was planning on uploading official sets this way, and this was really a test drive for doing that. Seems to me that I'm all set to go that way...
  21. I knew there was a way around it... thank you very much! Um, is that too big?
  22. I just tried that. Didn't work-- Eurobricks froze up upon entering the URL, I had to close IE and reopen it to get rid of the popup box. That's what happened when I tried to upload a small Superheroes set back when I registered--I couldn't get past "attach picture". Perhaps I could try it on Google Chrome on my phone... wait... maybe I can upload the files to Bricksafe and then post on my phone! Yes! I think I can upload official sets! EDIT: Nope. Can't attach pictures on mobile. Back to the drawing board--by which I mean, downloading Chrome on my computer...
  23. @KamalMYafi: Thanks, I found that earlier. Still hunting for that NEXO Knights piece though...
  24. It does look uncannily official... wow. They should release the MoUP with instructions for this. Which won't happen, of course..
  25. I don't know if there's a better topic for this, but I have made a lot of custom pieces in LDD for primarily Technic and Juniors. I had a lot more, but they were made obsolete by the March update... anyway, since I have these custom pneumatics, I figured I'd share them. http://www.bricksafe.com/files/PicnicBasketSam/more%20custom%20pieces.lxf The following pieces are represented here in custom build form: http://brickset.com/parts/design-18937 http://brickset.com/parts/design-23444 http://brickset.com/parts/design-19000 http://brickset.com/parts/design-18922 http://brickset.com/parts/design-24217 http://brickset.com/parts/design-19482 http://brickset.com/parts/design-26288 http://brickset.com/parts/design-19475 http://brickset.com/parts/design-19478 http://brickset.com/parts/design-47223
