They are all remakes in the same sense 70595 Ultra Stealth Raider is a remake of 9449 Ultra Sonic Raider, not the exact same with minor tweaks, but a complete overhaul. As far as their involvement in the story, we have no idea yet (if they're involved at all). How the hell have I never noticed that Pythor(s minifigure version) has black arms?! Also- why?

They look like biker helmets. Thanks, I hate it.

That's like too... good. This has got to be one of the best MOCs I have ever seen. Well done!

And that's really great. TLG is kinda turning on their own themes in the past couple of years. The only in house themes currently are Creator, Friends, City, Technic, Elves and Ninjago, and five (not sure about Elves) of those are evergreen. I think they are gonna want to keep it safe with licenses and after Chima and Nexo Knights they're probably not gonna make another attempt at a big bang theme, at least for now. And that's why I'm really glad they're still supporting Ninjago like this.

Spooky Theme in 2019? Scooby Doo Return?
Alegrispa replied to kelceycoe's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Seriously! I got all excited when I saw the title, but baseless sh*t like this doesn't belong here. Just today I remembered Monster Fighters and how awesome it was. And now I'm a little bummed. -
Haunted House 10228 Eiffel Tower 10181 (ideally in dark tan) Sopwith Camel 10226 (I'm not even into planes, it's just so beautiful) Statue of Liberty 3450 (not necessarily because of the build, just that amount of sand green really gets my- brick... built) (Yellow) Castle 375 (that should've been a give this year since 2018 marks forty years since the original release, but I'm like 100% sure we're gonna get it in 2028)

I gotta agree with you there.

Could you put them next to each other for comparison?

Could we please not extend the Tesla circlejerk to Eurobricks. Elon Musk treats his workers really poorly and that especially goes against TLGs stance.

I don't play any Blizzard games, but isn't Blizzcon in novemeber? Why is there a pre event 1 1/2 months before the actual event?

It's one of dozens of fake leaks 4Chan sh**s out before every Nintendo direct. Nothing to see here folks!

I know I'm a bit late to the conversation, but I visited both my Toys R Us stores on the second day of the Harry Potter promotion and they were already sold out! And now they're all over a over my countries version of craigslist for 40-60 bucks a piece. F***ing scalpers...

So according to TLGs revenue report for the first half of 2018 their "Top Performing Themes" are Technic, Ninjago, Classic and Creator. Safe to say Ninjago isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Harry assumes that based on the things he learned about Dumbledore. And who knows, book Dumbledore is quite a cooky character, maybe after Christmas he just really wanted a a pair of socks. And this is probably it.

Yeah... "my friends brother" sounds too close to the classic "my friends dad", so I'm with @BrickJagger on this one. Don't get me wrong I would love this, but c'mon.

Not my word. All the information I posted came from instagram and as it happens I got screencapped and copied back there. That's too bad. This wave is full remakes of sets I've missed and it sucks that not all of them are upgrates. At least Nya got a set.

I wouldn't have a problem with them if the set wasn't so unnessesarily big and expensive. Hoth at least didn't have any must-have figures. -

LEGO Star Wars 2018 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!
Alegrispa replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Apparently it's the first set in something called the "Star Wars Master Builder Series" (Definitely replacing UCS, so they're open to do more playsets a la Death Star, Assualt on Hoth and this one) (Pictures from Brothers Brick) (EDIT = Pics removed, in the front page post, nothing wrong, just trying to make it easier to load page for all.) Personally, I'm not a fan of it. It just seems so unnecessary for the most part. The 2003 set only cost $100€ and it had pretty much all we really need from Cloud City. I also hate that its yet another new and exclusive Leia in a really expensive set. Not to mention Bespin Luke. Hans look in Empire is also my favourite, but now the put the definitive version of him in this set instead of in the fu***** $800€ Falcon from just a year before. But I'm probably the most pissed about Lando. Gods damn it. Just when I thought the Star Wars team would ease up a little they throw this at us. And the price per piece ratio looks disgusting with such a bland set. I know it's comparable to some of the other UCS sets, but c'mon. Overall, this set is unnecessarily large and the exclusive minifigures are a slap in the face.
