  1. Holy... If that is true, I owe you a virtual kiss (but if it's not, imma make it a gut-punch).
  2. Oh, it is.
  3. Idk, that leak sounds pretty stupid. The CoS set is basically the same from 16 years ago The Room of Requirement doesn't make sense in that TLG clearly intends to make sets along the with the story, and skipping to year five is definitley not something they would do. And the $200-400, 3 building Diagon Alley doesn't really make sense since they would never make two D2C sets that early in a "new" themes life-cycle. Also going of that price the buildings would be three modulars, so, c'mon. Yes there is still Ollivander, but does he really look like a $200+ set minifigure to you?
  4. I mean... what? This all still sounds too good to be true, but it's now coming from multiple sources. Then again, TLG also gave us two Jedi in a battlepack, a Stormtrooper battlepack and a Bounty Hunter battlepack. These all must be selling incredibly well. I'm also really glad the Star Wars team is not keeping Vader in the expensive sets anymore, a brickin microfighter?! Damn. Now we just need half a dozen sets with Leia to make up for the past 20 years. I for one, am looking really forward to this wave.
  5. And it's 30 bucks, so both of them probably won't be bigger than their original builds. Also; the price for 70670 Monastary of Spinjitzu is $79,99
  6. So on instagram there is a mention of a new Slave I. Makes sense since the UCS one is scheduled to retire later this year. And a leaker in this thread mentioned that he saw the Cloud City set and that it included a Slave I. I'm guessing this mirrors the compatibility of 10123 and 7144. (Note that is not 7144 in the picture)
  7. So just to update this; 70665 Samuarai Mech (price unknown) / Remake of 9448 Samura Mech - $39,99 70670 Monastary of Spinjitzu - (possibly $84,99) / Remake of 2504 Spinjitzu Dojo - 49,99 And finally the price for 70679 The Ultra Dragon - $84,99 Also note that there are 8 missing sets between 70670 and 70679.
  8. Oh, ich hatte angenommen die Sets sind bei uns schon in Geschäften.
  9. Does anybody know when the sets hit the german/austrian amazon?
  10. I can't stand this new format and I also can't help to disagree with every one of their decisions. Stickers my anti-studs.
  11. There's no question regarding the increase in size, I'm just saying Kai's mech is probably not part of it.
  12. The first one has 452 pieces and the second one has 428. So it really depends, so c'mon man, let's not turn this into one of those threads.
  13. Kinda doubt that since Kai gets his own set. For compairson 9445 Fangpyre Truck Ambush and (for something more recent) 70625 Samurai VXL were both 50 bucks; (pics from Brickset.com)
  14. The "A" has me immediately guessing Atlantis, but I think I'm just being wishful.
  15. Someone on instagram screen-capped my last entry here and posted it, guess I've come full circle, hahaha. Also, sorry for starting a discussion on a possible end for the theme, I just can't recall a theme like Ninjago remaking their earlier sets in this fashion and just assumed it was a send-off. There is just no precedent to go off in this case. I don't think there is any way for us to know unless TLG announces it. EDIT; Shout out to @just2good for giving me a shout out. And ya didn't butcher my name btw. EDIT2 ; Another shout out to Brickvault.
  16. Some more sets have leaked; 70665 Zane's Icemobile - $19,99 / Remake of "Zane's Snowmobile" from the set 9445 Fangpyre Truck Ambush - $49,99 (although I don't think that price matters since the Snowmobile was only a side-build in that set) 70667 Kai's Fire Bike - $29,99 / Remake of 9441 Kai's Blade Cycle - $14,99 (another upgrade) 70680 Fire Temple (price unknown, but I think it probably between 120-150 bucks) / Remake of 2507 Fire Temple - $119,99 (definitely the flagship set of that wave with brick-build dragon head) As for the spinners; (all $9,99) 70659 Spinjitzu Kai 70660 Spinjitzu Jay 70661 Spinjitzu Zane 70662 Spinjitzu Cole 70663 Spinjitzu Wu
  17. Alright, that was kinda rude, but okay... I what evergreen means, I'm just looking at the leaks and info we have. The next (possibly final) season of the show consists of only four, extra long, episodes. Shortened seasons with longer episodes tend to mean a show is coming to an end (e.g. Game of Thrones). Not to mention the sets have been selling poorly (in my area that is, so I might be completely wrong on that one). And the leaks now come from multiple places. I am very skeptical when it comes to leaks and I can recognize a wish list when I see one. I'm just speculating on leaks. Also, evergreen themes may have an expiration date with AFOLs, but every day there are new kids that are getting into LEGO. It's time for this community to stop thinking everything LEGO does is for them. I'm sick of pages over pages of complaining because Star Wars releases another X-Wing every couple of years. So this doesn't sound "too good to be true". Since in the time since Ninjago started there were kids being born who are just now getting into LEGO. Kids that love Ninjago, but have never heard of spinners because they were to busy having their diapers changed when spinners were on the market. I talk about spinners a lot, but don't get me wrong, I couldn't care less if they're making a comeback or not. #legoleaks and stuff like that.
  18. We just got some leaks for Overwatch, Harry Potter and Ninjago. Look out the next couple of days...
  19. Never played the game and I do not wish to, yet I am interested in the possibility of sets. Now I doubt TLG would use such a big license only to end up with constraction figures. They haven't been selling well since high Bionicle days and the price range we've seen for the sets so far really seem more like playsets. Not to mention Overwatch has other action figure lines (I assume), and I highly doubt LEGO has cards in that game. So I think this discussion is kinda pointless. It's definitely playsets + brickheadz.
  20. So apparently they are indeed remaking some earlier sets. From instagram (via "Brickseek", which is locked in my country); 70679 Ultra Dragon - $84,99 / Remake of 9450 Epic Dragon Battle - $119,99 (Probably without the Great Devourer/Giant Snake and brick-build dragon heads) 70669 Cole's Earth Driller - $49,99 / Remake of 70502 Cole's Earth Driller - $19,99 (Probably a significant upgrade) 70668 Jay's Storm Fighter - $39,99 / Remake of 9442 Jay's Storm Fighter - $24,99 (Probably another big upgrade) 70666 The Golden Dragon - 19,99$ / Remake of 70503 The Golden Dragon - $29,99 (Probably with brick-built dragon head) I'm not sure about the last three, but hang with me for a sec; I think they're bringing back spinners. The first is labelled; LEGO LEGO® Ninjago Spinjitzu Lloyd vs. Garmadon 70664 - $19,99 (Which is what Spinner two-packs came with back then) The other one; LEGO LEGO® Ninjago Spin (cut off) - $9,99 (original spinner price) Now the boxes are still subtitled with Masters of Spinjitzu, but the sets have really strayed far away from that and Spinjitzu isn't in the first four leaked pics. Guys, now I hate to say this, but this might be the "greatest hits". And we know what that means... I think they're is a possibility Ninjago is coming to an end. Now I remember, back then, my mother drove me back from the doctor that morning and made a surprise stop at a toy store where we picked up 2111 Kai (mainly because I thought it included that dope Dragon-Sword). And because I still didn't feel well, she said I could skip school. So I got home, opened the little guy and spend the day sitting at my bedroom door (the only place in my room without carpet) and I just spinned that thing for hours, knocking down little targets I built. I loved that thing. And a little after that, we picked up the 2257 Spinjitzu Starter Set, so my little brother and I could battle! I still remember those afternoons we perfected our spinning, upgraded our spinners and kept tying the fights. I owe the Ninjago theme a lot of great memories, and all the sets (despite us never having enough money to buy them) really inspired me. And the oddest thing was that the TV show, a show made to sell toys(even beck then I despised that), had me unexpectedly invested. I may have dropped it at the timeblade-stuff, but I do intend to catch up on it before the (possibly) last episodes. Yet, I guess at the end of it, I was age- and gender-wise in the exact demographic the marketing was aiming at, and it really hit me and buried itself in my nostalgia. I guess that is how people feel about Power Rangers or Ninja Turtles. But I'm fine with it, and I guess it's time. Here's to Ninjago and here's to the next theme. May it engross children like Ninjago engrossed us.
  21. Sure it does, LEGO must already be working on Spidey sets since the movie started production, and only because we haven't heard of the Avengers sets doesn't mean that they're not also in pre-production (which they most certainly have been a year now).
  22. With Neville they just wanted to give us plain black medium legs, seems pretty straightforward to me. And, as already explained by others, Malfoy is supposed to fit in with the Quidditch set. Some of y'all should stop complaining/thinking-to-much about the medium legs in relation to the sets. They just weren't ready when the final set designs were approved and went into production. The CMFS is developed (almost) completely separately and unlike the sets it's made in China.
  23. My bad, I meant a regular ISD. Since it's been like what? 15? 16 years? Kids where born in that time who now have jobs. And the bummer was more about the lack on Cloud City info, but hey; Cloud Car pilot!
