  1. Looks very good. Nice derelict and organic feel indeed. Very proper Star Wars look. Excellent build!
  2. Hello Admiral. Welcome to Eurobricks! Nice picture btw.
  3. Cool reinterpretation! It looks nice and balanced and the classical colour-scheme works very well with it. The spoiler is a fun idea. I actually would have exaggerated the classic space elements a bit more. Maybe more translucent pieces (guns, marking lights) and more redundant wings, fins and antennas. Still an excellent MOC!
  4. Very impressive display! The arena and its surroundings are excellently detailed and looks very lively - and that at such sizeable dimensions. Beautiful stuff! I am not so sure about the arena interior, though. Maybe its the colour, or it needs more decorative elements.
  5. Very nice shaping and texturing!
  6. Hello Lia! Welcome to Eurobricks!
  7. That thing looks evil! Cool mix of tech and organic shapes; very alien-meets borg, with some nicely unsettling non-humanoid shaping. Sweet!
  8. Hi there. I don't know if TLG have published these blueprints somewherey but your idea is excellent. I'd be happy to have them as desktop background.
  9. Hello Flagon_15 and welcome to Eurobricks! No dark ages? I envy you. Have a good time here and feel free to post pictures of your creations!
  10. It seems I missed the original posting of the thread. Very impressive build. The masonry is lovely detailed and make it a believable, proper baroque-building. I also like the choice of colours for the interior. Very light and inviting. A bustling, graceful place and certainly a great destination for Minifig-travellers to arrive!
  11. I agree to LegoModularFan. Actually, I find your alternative more appealing than the original set. Its like a supersize version of the pizza-van. Colour combinations work well too. Just excellent work. The picture looks a little overexposed though. Something I not always get right either.
  12. Brilliant! Quite a striking look. Very 1960s-TV-show. I love it!
  13. @VBBN I looked at your questions and here is my feedback: What do you believe Eurobricks has too much of? Too much focus on IPs (like Star Wars) or other specialized themes. It seems a lot of users only post inside of their special interest group. What do you value the most about Eurobricks? That it is a large community with a lot of creative MOCs and the possibility to communicate with their creators directly. What do you value the least? Rumours and wishlists. What value would you find in a Eurobricks YouTube channel? I Would see it as an addition to the site, but not a replacement for me personally. I prefer pictures over videos when it comes to MOCs, for example. A youtube channel would certainly would change the way EB is perceived and possibly lead the userbase away from discussing sets and MOCs in the forum itself, which I perceive as a negative possibility. What kind of content would you like to see on one? Balanced and objective (non-sponsored) set reviews. If we place more attention to our Twitter / Facebook, would you value these as a news source? I personally won't, as I am perfectly happy with an "oldschool" forum-style Would you use them more or less than our front page? Definitely less.
  14. Hi Pilgrim! Welcome to Eurobricks. Nice selection of hobbies; they ring a chord with me as well so to say. If you are building MOCs, feel free to post them here. See you around!
  15. This is really a superb MOC and a very strong start into modular-style buildings. It feels very playful and sophisticated in its details and general atmosphere. Lovely little scenes and especially the gelateria wakes some fond memories. The colours are quite strong, but they work well with the mediterranean setting. All in all splendid work!
  16. Hello xadrian and welcome to Eurobricks! The Tron set is high up on my shopping list as well. Also, feel free to post pictures of your MOCs. See you around!
  17. Hello Dan and welcome to Eurobricks! Its always nice to see parents and their kids playing together. Thats priceless future memories!
  18. Hi Bublehead! Greetings! I saw your thread about your fairground-MOC. Technic isn't really my department, but it looks like quite impressive stuff. And quite impressive engineering background of yours.
  19. There are certainly more charming and engaging ways to get volunteers to spend their time on filling out a form. Some more info to create credibility and relevance would be the least before I am tempted to click a link.
  20. Hello Joe.Chu! Welcome to Eurobricks! You are a back into Lego for a bit longer than I am (around 2012/13). See you around!
  21. I don't mean the wall. The wall looks great. Just the gate appears a bit flat on the picture.
  22. Wow! Hats off for that stunning design work! The shaping of your vehicles look like straight from a scifi game. Very impressive! And that tree - just superbly done too! All in all a MOC with a lot of personality and distinctve, beautiful design work. Very impressive.
  23. I quite often share interesting MOCs or sets with friends, so yeah, its quite obvious that I'm an AFOL
  24. This is quite a piece of madness! You certainly approach things from a different angle compared to ship-building standards. Great! The position of the balloons helps creating a keel-shape and I like the maintenance-walkway. Nice piece of detail! The engine-pods are looking great with their mounts as well. Overall a quite factual, realistic look, despite the layout. That certainly adds to its believability as something that "could" exist (if physics turn a blind eye for a moment^^). I would have made a more dreadnought-style hull though. This one seems too much like viking longboat to me. Still, a really cool design!
  25. I like the clean industrial design of the train. It mimics perfectly something one could find in rl.
