How do you guys cope with a slump? My last building session on a clear table showed zero result and now I'm a bit frustrated thanks to it and other things that 'broke' or nearly broke this weekend. -

I believe sariel asks for review purposes so changing a set won't work. One could only add an additional input conveyor belt. But that's out for sariel to decide.

That's the general design language of offroad touring bikes. In Germany they are called two wheeled SUVs. (Offroad vehicles lacking most of there respecting offroad qualities. These are mainly and most of the times only driven on roads)

In 2015 was a re-release of a rave truck. My wife has it so I don't think another one will come. And the formula off-road is there too. Maybe a goodbyes trophy truck or the rumored pf2.0 is possible. Thinking about a Baja trophy truck with pf would be nice.

Ondra for Trucks you forgot the RaceTruck. It might not be a monster but it's a truck. I'd like to see a touring car like a car for WTCC or in line with the Porsche a GT-Racecar. But a Formula One racer car would be nice to get the long wishbone parts again in a set.

The easiest way is to use 2 pf-l motors for propulsion and a servo for steering. You need a battery box and a v2 ir-reciever plus a remote. That's it for the motors. With this you would remove they're engine and put the pf-lmotors there. In the buwizz review from Jim is a nice picture with of a chassis with this setup

8880 Revisit World fit into the year. Same goes for a submarine remake. Maybe another F1 Racecar. That's what I would see the do.

[MOD] 42036 Super Sport
AkiyamaWataru replied to syclone's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Nice mod lxf i just have one gripe. Your registration plate holder seams out of wack. Its to deep under the tail of the bike. Maybe the old motorbike with the white rims is a good inspiration for a better solution. But other then that very nice. -

Use tje rear. As you accelerate you put more load on the rear and allow for more grip that way. -

Hey lxf a permanent awd can nit be turned off. It's always there. For drive train simplicity: A permanent AWD might be better. But installing an activateble awd would be interresting to see. It would need some form of clutch and a lock for it. Do you plan to hard couple front and rear axle or will you be using a central diff? -

AkiyamaWataru replied to Jim's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
That's quite simple: A lot of people find it very satisfying to add RC in a way you keep wich keeps the shape and form. In a petrolheads term: it's the difference between a ricer and a tuner ;) ppung just adds bits of pf and disrupts the entire with it. with the DBG and LBG parts from PF he destroys the color scheme of the set. edit: Typo -

My Last words for this: I attached them to the top wishbones for simple reason: I have to manage going over the toys of my son. I didnt want any importent parts to be near the lower body. My whole body has enclosed flooring. More in my Topic ;) -

As i saw you attached the shocks in front of the lower wishbones. I had the same problem. I attached the shocks to the upper wishbones -

Maybe try icarus from madoca. But it's a 'simple' double wishbone suspension. Similar System is found on 42039 ;) The question is what kind of suspension do you want to build? Double-Wishbone? Multi-Link? McPherson? Next Option is to look at the axle-Thread opend by efferman.
