Thanks, I'm glad you like him because I messed up and made 2 £10-15 sets a d wasn't sure which to omit and which to include but you've got me thinking that I made the right choice Thanks, I wanted to try and think about the idea of the theme overall and (why it would hypothetically exist) and not just the individual sets so I glad to see that worked out. Thanks, I had made quite a few more that fit into the theme so I was able to pick the best of the designs for each faction, I so wanted to do a little bit of storytelling with the different variations of each characters, like you can see Edie gets more Witchy outfits as the story progresses, and someone switches sides and the vampires take the crown etc. Thank you

I'd definitely put both these sets on my to-get list of they were real! I like the idea of the different factions uniting to face evil led by thier paladin champions.

UK netflix might not have the island but ITV has all of the island, seabound and part one of crystallised on thier free streaming service.

Edie and the Wicker Witches is my new theme idea. The wicker witches are a group of witches that live in a wicker huts and use witchcraft to keep to the powers of magic from falling into villainous hands. Edie Brightland is their newest initiate and the hero of this theme. I wanted to make the theme that would've kept my sister interested in lego, witches fighting vampires is the simplified premise. A 'girl' thme with mostly female characters but more aimed at 'tomboys' with no minidolls and a less over the top colour scheme. Now I did accidently mis read the rules so I've made 3 sets not 2 but I'll omit the boat from this entry to keep it at 2 sets. ( please excuse my poor photography, I'm used to mostly sharing digital mocs , but I wanted to build something real for this contest.) Hoping to meet the vampire pyrowitch Vix to seek her help against the the vampiric warlord Duchess Valeria's dark army. (It's definitely the most parts dense part of the set but I liked the look so I went for it), speaking of the roof you can take it off ( it is only held in by gravity) to access the witches cottage's interior, a magic research lab with all sorts of mystic niknaks. It also include transparent stands for the witches broomsticks, the sinewbat and the Vamp-flier. i was designed to work the together with one of the 310 sets 9 the one I deicide to omit from my submission. But the idea is that the witches can commandeer the magisail and then park the boat under the cottage. Edie has taken the royal staff and seek to free the queen but it won't be easy! These are all great! I'm really struggling to pick a favourite. I'm tempted to have a go at building the fanblade myself though now! ( Though I want to finish my entry to the eurobricks theme contest first) I might post some more in depth thoughts on each set later but for now that's it from me.

I'm quite enjoying the Amazon show. It's a real shame Lego didn't use as a backdoor for more sets. I don't hate the blue people avatar sets but I'm sure the Tolkien fanbase is much larger and the sets would sell better as well. I was only a kid when both the first avatar movie came out and when the first hobbit movie came out. And no one cares about Avatar ( well we cared about the airbender ) but lots of us cared about the Hobbit.

I'm a European, and I wouldn't call the statute of liberty ugly. Is it my favourite statute? No but ugly it is not .

There was the red-hood in the Lego batman movie CMF. It's not Jason but has a good Jason red hood head under the dome. I put that head on a civil war Bucky body ( with the metal arm swamped out)

The Viking Village is up on the Ideas Review board, because after Lego rejected it Brickhammer resubmitted a more colourful revamped version. But seeing as the original version is now being made I can't see Lego approving both.

They should do a Rex do go with Cody. A CW gunship would be perfect for that ( plus it's the closing door variant which I'd prefer). But maybe they'll put Rex in a bad batch set.

Previously I would've agreed but these days more minidolls are give ABS hair rather than rubbery. Having the hair piece myself it almost looks more suited the minifigs than minidolls.

It would be silly to hope for Owl House figs wouldn't it. It is a Disney show ( no season 2 spoilers please), in fact lots of my hopes would be silly but here's a wishlist, hoping this topic allows them. 1- sorcerer Mickey ( I don't really want another Mickey but he is inevitable as this is the most interesting and imo most likely pick) 2 - Meg from Hercules - very unlikely, she doesn't even get to be a Disney princess does she? 3 - Phil from Hercules - okay I won't pick more than 2 per film but last time they paired them up though with the smaller roster it's less likely 4 - Mirabel from Encanto - and they can reuse the minidol hair! It's not even rubbery! 5 - Moana from Moana 6 - Mulan from Mulan 7 - Cruella from 101 dalmatians 8 - Gaston from the Beauty and the Beast 9 - Mary Poppins from Mary Poppins. 10 - Lilo from Lilo and Stitch 11 - Stitch with multiple arms from Lilo and Stitch (Alternatively Belle from Beauty and the Beast since Stitch was in S1) 12 - Snow White. I decided to exclude TV show characters but if I wasn't I would've wanted Luz, Eda, Amity, Doofinschmirtz, and Grunkle Stan.

Yeah fair enough that is Andrew's spider symbol but still pretty sure it's just meant to a generic Spider-Man. Also ..Pain.. the Bugle has increased by £35 and it's on my pick up soon list. Annoyingly for me the sanctum hasn't increased ( which is good really but I picked it up early cause I thought it might go up).

Bulge is a comic set but was not this year. I'd consider the wolverine mech a comic set but not the other 2.
