Can I play Link? I don't have much acting experience but I've decided I want to quit my job and apply for drama school ( well apply for drama school and only quit my job if I get in, I'm not stupid) I feel like, with all the news of the other survey sets, it's only a matter of time. I still think they could reveal it in a Nintendo direct, do we know when the next one of those is? ( not that I think they'd reveal it this year, as I think we'd have heard more if it was coming out early 2024, so if it's not coming out till late 2024 I doubt they'd reveal it in 2023).

Frog house looks like good set but I wish I looked more like the frog. The open face isn't what I was expecting. I'd have rathered a full giant frog build with a house interior, but I still like the set anyway. Edit: I also quite like the look of the camel set, Steve gets a crazy new expression face like Alex did in the armoury. It looks a little odd but with all the Steve repeats I can appreciate the variety. There's also a legends set, some kinda of giant piglin? I don't know what to think of it, but then again I don't know much about legends. Ironically looks to have a tuff golem , funny if we get him before the sniffler. Also what's happened to the skeleton's mouth

Bowsers car from 3Dworld+Bowsers Fury's is an easy buy. Especially as I don't have a bowser, $30 isn't too bad but hopefully it'll be £24.99 I do like the small Yoshi set too, the printed egg is a great touch .

I mean at least one, Joan of Arc. I'm sure there are more anyway. Which is more than we can say of actual real life magic users. I mean its just the head, you could swap her head with Majesto's and have him be a witch if it upsets you.

But since we can assume it'll be more than 2 sets, then it's more likely that the rest will show up somewhere. And it'd more likely for them to show up in the sets we know less about, the ones later in the year.

Would be pretty bizarre if they didn't, an anniversary is a whole year and I doubt they'd just do Fives and Malak for the whole year!?

£90 for the restaurant family reunion is much better priced than I'd expected. I might even get 2 and combine them now.

I mean we do have a yellow markings rebel Y-wing with Yavin 4 so a blue markings republic one might be different enough to sell concurrently whilst another rebel one might 'compete' more with the Yavin set. And being cynical, most people buy mircofighters for the minifigs, so if we got a system Rex's Y-wing before or at the same time as the mircofighters, few people would get both, as those that only wanted Rex would get the mircofighter, and those interested in the build itself would get the system set. But if they release the mircofighter first they a lot more people will buy it and then might also buy a system scale one released afterwards, especially if it includes more exclusive characters ( say Jesse, R7 and then a non-exclusive Rex and Ahsoka for CWS7 or a new Helmet Echo and a Bracca scrapper guild member with repeat figures of Rex and another Bad Batch member). And that's not even thinking about the potential for literally any star wars character to show up as an anniversary fig as well. So they'd be more likely to get some people to buy both if they released the mircofighter first.

Crazy that the best movie that I've seen in the cinema this year didn't make the top 200 ( or it would've been until I realised it released last year in the US). But I don't think the sale of movie tickets is that relavent. Especially if this is presales, most movie goers just buy Thier tickets on the day, so presales only tell you about a certain type of person.

That restaurant set is great, I will have mod into being a modular though.

Thanks for sharing this, it's a great overview, it does make me like the set more and I already liked it! Also a good look at the Chinese new year set, which I intend on getting!

All those antagonists turned into civilians is a cool touch, shame they lose thier unique headgear though. A little underwhelming buildwise, just seems lesser and smaller than the city of lanterns, but still looks good.

I doubt they'd skip December, I mean having 2 figures is that uncommon, they just reuse old gift so it's no extra 'budget'. Would that mean no December issue? I guess this isn't December's gift, with what you've said about numbers, and it would be weird to have a January wave fig before January. I guess one last unknown DRS1 fig in December before the new villain fig for January. They were still there is Wh smiths earlier today. I didn't buy any but I already got 4 earlier cause is a cool fig design.

I know it's November sometime but do we a more specific timeframe for the Avengers Tower release?

I think is a more sort of Conan style generic barbarian than supposed to be historically celtic. Though it is the fig that is most obscured in the photo. That was one of my first thoughts too! I wonder if we will see it recoloured with new dreamlings in the future?

Very different from what I expected. Honestly I'm the general torso design looks very like what the ninja themselves usually have. I get what they were going for with the wolf mask but I think there should have been eyes holes or a third colour for the eyes, and perhaps the teeth. I guess they must be able to see through and out of the cloth. New Raz is there as well. Honestly the wolf warrior looks more Ninja than Lloyd does which isn't necessarily a bad thing but it is kinda funny. I guess this is the next magazine after Lloyd and Sora cause we've seen the magazine bag? Or should we expect another dragons rising S1 fig first?

Not sure why the skull and footprint need the JP licence.

New Lloyd suit on Instagram. New hood part. More armoured looking design, looks like he's wearing bright green armour over a dark green gi with a lime green belt. Definitely not the sensei Wu styled look that was rumoured but I expect we could get both.

A great series, literally half of them fit within a typical historical fantasy world. I do agree that the harpy's colouring is less than ideal though but still a cool fig nonetheless, just one that could've been so much better.

Sometimes we get leaks much more in advance than usual so it could a set from later in 2024, shame he's not in the A-Tower as well.

Now that the floodgates have opened let us see goats in every logical colour!! And with different patterns and maybe a couple of illogical colours for fun. Maybe a blue classic space goat! Also red panda is one of my favourite animals along side goats, so one of those please. We also really need more birds. Crows, magpies, doves, pigeons, robins, ducks, pelicans, starlings.

The goat herd, The Bat Lord, the barbarian, the mushroom child, the harpy. It looks like the patch they give you after you have eye surgery. Which is funny to me, because when I was like 5, I used to get a toy train, if I behaved at the eye hospital. (Which I always did). So to me theirs a personal link between toy trains and children having hospital eye patches, so it's funny that of all the minifigs, the first one to have a hospital eye patch is a child train enthusiast. ( And to be honest I've grown out of train enthusiasm, hence why here on Eurobricks you'd be more likely to find me in historical, star wars, licensed or 'action and adventure' than in train tech). Same! I noticed this 'goat' before the goat, and then I thought 2 goats? Then I realised it was just a dog. I mean it's got 'human' (minifig) proportions, but I also would have preferred something more like the classic greek depictions ( those obviously not the boobs out versions ) and the colour scheme is a bit too out there but overall I still like the harpy.
