I doubt we'd get it the same year as the skyline. Also to be honest I don't think the Bat is enough of an icon, I think another Batmobile is more likely, 66 probably as they've made a lot for that but no large Batmobile. -

Depends on the Joker, if it's Leto I vomit and I don't my stop till all my vital organs have passed out of my mouth. -
Honestly getting a Lego set is something that sometimes makes me more interested in something, so I might have watch Dune now, I mean it was always on the list to get to eventually. Haven't seen the back properly yet, but might have add that to list of hair parts that look like my hair, along with the frodo hair, Mirabell hair, and BVS Superman hair.

Excellent stuff! I think you're underselling the Dooku V Yaddle one, I does everything it need to do and it does it well. I quite like the 1*1 stud troopers with the reaper. The favourite here has got to be either the 'No disintegrations' diorama or the Mando homestead. I like fun aspect of the homestead, having the character's bring Din home warming presents. Like the advent calendars and the new life day set but without the out of universe outfits that 'ruin' the figs. ( I say ruin they're still fun but not as interesting to me as more canon compliant designs). It's a shame it's a celebration exclusive, but hopefully I'll be at celebration Japan ( though Jedi master tickets are somehow already sold out :( I'll have figure something out) The legends set is a fun idea ( I know I said I liked canon compliant things better but I didn't mean that in a legends continuity V canon continuity way). Both are executed wel. I guess every ship is someone's favourite, I always thought the headhunter was a watered down X-wing, like it's lore is interesting I guess but the design isn't a favourite of mine. The Acclamator is just stunning. The speeder coming out of it is kinda funny at first glance but I think what you've done with works. Oddly enough I feel like I've seen the V-wing and NR battle pack somewhere else before . But yeah all are good and all would go on my wishlist. You put me to shame really as I do have another wishlist moc wave in the works but I'm juggling so many simultaneous projects that it might be a while before I post it.

I imagine that's the sort thing we'd have gotten had they gone for dioramas over playsets. Given the size and the license I'd guess around £80, if not more.

I don't think that's the minority, we might be nitpicking about the figs but it's an incredible set for sure, and that will only become more apparent when we have HD images. -

LEGO Star Wars 2023 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!
Agent Kallus replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The magazines and the activity books are two different kettles of fish. Magazines are only European countries as far as I know, ( I don't know if it's every European country either but I've got them from the UK, Germany and Denmark, but I'm pretty sure there also in most of western Europe and parts of eastern Europe). The activity books I believe are more widespread. -

4 Chitarui , 3 Shield grunts , 2 Caps , 4 Tony Starks. Overall set Unpopular opinion but if we are calling out unwanted figs, I've have rather a different character over a second Iron-Man suit. And I hope you are right. Quicksilver is such a glaring omission that I'd have assumed it was a rights issue, if it'd happened before the the merge. Maybe if Lego hadn't had a quicksilver set planned, they'll see the want for him now, like with Cody. -
Marvel Superheroes 2023 - Rumors & Discussion

I quite the set, the minifig selection is mostly good the only glaring omissions are Bruce and Quicksilver. I mean Bruce is easily replaced with the official or a purist custom. But Quicksilver Ugh that is an annoying omission. Ultimate Ultron would have been nice too, but if there was gonna only be one Ultron they picked the right one for the tower. I mean despite the the interior the set generally seems more based on Avengers 1 ( the endgame timetravel back to the events of avengers one. Less glaring omissions but still omissions, Agent's Coulson and Hill. Even Agent Sitwell would be better than a repeat of the Wing for the last Marvel Modular. I don't have a wasp and she's a new improved design so she's not as annoying to me personally as Wong but both of them as still bad choices. E I don't mind the duplicate Chitari or shield grunts it makes sense for the scenes. The 2 caps is a bit more of a bother but still understandable. And the mini-fig count of 31 was still a bit off as they must've been counting Hulk and Ant-man, cause there's 32 (including Dumb-E) on the side of the box. Whilst I'm not a big-fig fan I can understand counting Hulk, but come on we are not counting trophy figs, besides there'll probably be a spare Ant-man. Kevin Feigie being on the outside of the box ruins my little pipedream of him being including with the 'WW2 Veteran' in a little bonus box inside (ala diagon alley). Build does look nice. Do we know all the rooms? I'd like the lab area/birth of vision scene (quicksilver should be present for that though, and the interior doesn't seem very Age of Ultron focused). On the topic of vision to we think there's any chance of a spare set on non Phasing legs, if not I can just use plain sand green ones. Edit: and non phasing Cale though again I could just use plain yellow, though I have less spare capes than legs. I personally like it better, well the head at least. -

Uh, what? They could put phase 2 rex in literally any clone war set it doesn't even need to be 100% accurate afterall our first siege of mandalore Ahsoka was with a Cis vehicle -
This is brilliant.

Max Rebo should be the sail barge barge UCS. Honestly I think characters like Padmé and Kit fisto should be easy enough to fit in sets normally so I'd rather more out there picks. Well I guess since a magazine that's out somewhere isn't a leak anyway I can just link it directly, https://www.instagram.com/p/CyTjxAjIPBA/?igshid=MmU2YjMzNjRlOQ== -
Honestly gonna go against the grain and say the lack of the player character is a good thing. Only so much budget, the human villager would be a waste, its not gonna look like *your* custom villager anyway.

Agent Kallus replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
Unrelated to all this but it looks like the magazine will be getting the Hoopty captain Marvel, which is a big W imo. I currently only have the teal kree suit one from the poly bag so I'll try and get one, wasn't gonna get the Hoopty especially not for that price. Hopefully Ms Marvel will come too at some point but I won't plan on it. -
Marvel Superheroes 2023 - Rumors & Discussion
Agent Kallus replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
Yeah I'll admit they are little more different than I remembered, still the same building in universe changed yes but I think they're still too similar to sell as separate concurrent sets at this price point. And let's face it Avengers 1 is a much more popular movie Age of Ultron. And the tower is more focal there too. That is an oof. Rivendell was a $500 set but was only £430. And with VIP points I brought it down to the same price as the Lion knights castle (£345), I don't have as many saved up right now! Now allow me to say something really stupid. But it'd be fun ( not accurate) if it said stark at the back,. -

But they're the same tower? I know they change the logo but you talk as if it's two different things. I did also expect it to be slightly bigger (32*48 rather than 32*32) but that's partly because we keep talking about prices in $ but we don't know the £ price. And £s are bigger than $s so converting them in my head as if they're interchangeable was making me think it would be a bigger and more expensive set. It looks good though.
