    I believe with the sale price (I'm going to guess $20-$30 off plus hopefully and extra 10% if your Myer one will bring it down to around the $115 - $125 mark which will be under the US RRP which would make me happy enough!

    Folks, I can confirm that the Horizen Express is a Myer exclusive for the mid year toy sale and will be on the front cover of the catalogue. RRP is $159 and will have a Was / Now price on it with the possibility of a further % off for Myer One members for the first few days. Thursday 20th June is when the Toy Sale starts.

    8mm plywood with sawhorse legs or are they attached? Do you use anything for extra support or bracing?

    Just picked up a City Harbour 4645 from Target on clearance for $39!!! Talk about super stoked! There was only one there and it had a $79 clearance sticker so I scanned it and it came down to $39. Needless to say I walked straight to the register!

    Love your layout! I have a question though about the tables you are using - home made? 12mm plywood on the top? If you have any pics of the tables before you built on top I would be interested to see. I'm looking at doing something similar but creating a large hollowed out square / rectangle with tables. This would then be something I could take to shows etc so I can stand in the middle and get an overview of everything going on.

    I haven't mastered the minifigure touch and feel method yet so it was pure chance to what I got. I need some painters too!

    Picked up 5 packets of Series 10 minifigures today at Mr Toys Capalaba (QLD). First time I have seen them in Brisbane. Got a Bee lady, Skydiver, Baseball Player, Roman Soldier and Rich girl. They also had the new Superman and Iron Man sets. Plus the new Fire Helicopter.

    Just having a look at the front grill of the Cargo truck close up - is that a new 1x4 grey grill piece or has that been available before?

    Found my way to Toy Corner this morning. Quite impressed with the store and spent plenty of time pondering over individual pieces and spare parts. Got a couple of small things but going to check out Galaxy Toys before deciding on any major purchases. Toy Corner do have 25% off individual mini figures on display for those interested.
