I'm so MAD that time travel hasn't been invented yet! In 2 weeks I will finally get to own 2 x Maersk trains... only have to fly half way around the world to get them for a good price! (Thanks to my work for flying me there!)

Just spotted on Lasoo Toys R Us have got the Public Transport set for $99 - (save $70) Great price!

I live in Australia (where they are $199 from lego.com.au), but I'm heading to Texas in Feb for a conference so I plan on stopping by either TRU or a Lego store and picking up at least 2-3 sets. At $119US which is around $115 AUD at the moment, its definitely a huge saving. Plan on bringing back a whole suitcase full of lego!

I got the Off-road fire truck / boat yesterday at BigW for $29... Had the wife with me, said I wanted to price check something and so did she, scanned up at $29, told her they are usually $70+ and she took it from me and said I could have it as one of my birthday presents... Just means I have to wait until January but at least I got one!! They didn't have the big fire boat other wise I would have gotten that as well!

OMG I love this MOC!! My wife is from California (I'm Australian) and one of the main places we go eat when we go back to California is In-N-Out!! You have done a great job recreating it and it looks AMAZING!!

My wife got me one for my birthday this year. she bought it from a Mr Toys / Toyworld here in QLD.. think it set her back around the $70-$80 mark. Good little set!

I haven't gone too nuts with the Myer sale... I picked up 4 boxes of switch tracks today to help my layout along. @ just under $18 a box it works out pretty good. Plus my wife got the BIG Hello Kitty bag! I think they will run the myer one deal again before the end of the sale so if that happens I might grab some buildings etc.

I wish my Myer (Pacific Fair) still had some Emerald Nights left... I grabbed the only one they had just after Christmas but would totally buy another one... are they still $149?

Saw a lady grab 7 of the Lego Sort and Store heads today at Myer Pacific Fair... she cleaned them out!

Myer Pacific Fiar had about 4-5 Flagships there on Sunday when I left... can't see them moving too quickly...

Myer toy sale starts on Thursday... I believe its 25% off....

Hello ya'll, Just had the pleasure of talk to the QLD State LEGO Supervisor who was at Myer Pacific Fair setting up some new stock.... Here's what I could get from her - from the questions I remembered to ask - sorry if it has been covered before. The new Kingdoms sets are at Toyworld and are exclusive for 2 months. The Black Pearl will be released in November as a limited run to a few stores - don't expect to see it a KMart or BigW for example The new Red Cargo Train will be released later this year - no exact date yet. Also she didn't know much more then I did - thought it would come the same as the current Cargo train with PF and Track, and would be the same price - but again, she wasn't 100% sure. She also hasn't seen a release date yet for the modular Pet Shop so she expects either late this year or early next year. Pharoh's Quest is a BigW exclusive Emerald Night is done and done. For the set-up she is doing at Myer - she had just put out the Tower Bridge ($399) and Imperial Flagship ($279) - as well as the Technic Excavator ($349), Creator Light House and Creator Hillside House. She also was putting out some of the LEGO switch tracks for the train sets as well ($24.95) I'll let you all know if I remember anything else!

Thank you good Sir! I use MAC but also run Fusion and Window's XP on my office iMac so I finally got a chance to sit down and spend some time designing my layout... (helps when the wife is away and I get some me time!). I have to say thanks for all your hard work. It's great to be able to use this kind of software to plan / build and dream about how I want it to look!

Ok just got back Got a TRU employee to scan in the box of the QAR and he said the shelf price is $159 and you get a further 20% off that price making it roughly $127! Also the Series 2 minifigs are $3.99 less a further 20%. QAR Shelf Ticket other PoTC sets on sale..

The $159 was on the normal yellow shelf price tag under the plastic shelf stripping.... Normally they have their special sale prices on a big call out card.... I'll go back to double check on my next break and take a photo for good measure!
