    Admit it,we all were filled with joy when the news droped that 2018 will see new "Wizarding World/Harry Potter" sets. One set that caught my attention was that amazing black coach from the second "Fantastic Beasts..." movie with the introduction of a new mold for the Thestral,those creepy and cool horses with bat wings. Lego did a nice job,but i thought the Thestral could need a bit more articulation for the wings.Usually,they only move up and down,which looks okay and fits when dragging a victorian era coach through the air... IMG_20180906_230841 IMG_20180906_230826 But what if you want to have the Thestral in a MOC or just want to depict a wild Thestral?They don´t always run around with heir wings spread out left and right...     Inspired by those crazy show rods from the 60s and 70s,i decided to give Grindelwald´s coach from this recent set a little makeover. Magic Hotrod-1 As you can see,the base for this wild ride is still pretty much Grindelwald´s old victorian era coach,but with a few more horses and fat tires....     Amazing work on the bakery.I honestly haven´t seen the first or second "Fantastic Beasts..." movies but saw almost all HP movies when they came out (right now i´m rewatching them and working my way up the Wizarding World movie release timeline). Your bakery looks amazing,all those delightful details are mouthwatering. Also had to smile because of seeing the iffler lurking around the corner to wait for an unsuspecting customer dropping some change :D Any plans on continuing it into a full building or at least a full facade?

    A few days ago,i bought the DC Super Heroes set "76110-Batman: The Attack of the Talons" mainly for the cool minifigures and less for the actual build. Of course,it´s a brand new set and so i build it....to be honest,i wasn´t really impressed with the finished trike.It was massivly oversized,not really sleek and just didn´t look right.Honestly,i´ve seen sets in the same price range that were much better. The Inspiration was the Lazareth Wazuma V12,a bad megablocks crazy Trike,powered by a BMW V12 engine....that was exactly what Batman should drive.     Yeah,sorry about that, i honestly forgot about how bad mediafire has become since i rarely use it anymore (this might be the first time i logged in my mediafire account this year) and also i have a bunch of redirect and ad blocking scripts that keep me save on Firefox.Also,this was pretty much my last resort since i didn´t remember any other filesharing hosts i had accounts on.

    This is basically the counterpart to Mister E´s Car, of which both are inspired by "70639: Street Race of Snake Jaguar". The Ice Ninja with the titanium Heart gets a hot rodded,mean looking van that was once used to carry big blocks of ice or ice cubes (the predessor of modern freezer trucks) The van contains many notable parts and design cues from Zane´s old motorbike like the azure blue intakes on the sides,the huge wheels in the back and the falcon shaped mascot above the windscreen. The weapons are mounted on a slide out plate and can be attached to the rear for easy access for Zane and the other ninjas,just in case Ninjago needs some saving and crime fighting.     What Kai does this magazine usually have? BTW,does anyone have some ood screenshots of Hunters vehicles that weren´t realised in a set?AFAIK there was some sort of buggy and some gliders.

    IMG_20180701_120744_1 I got the Idea for this MOC from bying the set "70639: Street Race of Snake Jaguar". I bet i´m not the only one who thinks that most sets that contain buildable bikes have the bikes way too large. Also,i´m more of a car guy and so turned the mean rides from this set into even meaner rides....on 4 wheels!!! Mister E´s muscle car features the same colorscheme as his old bike and the gang,while sporting a spiked bumper,exposed engine and a pair of shakotan exhaust pipes. Behind the drivers seat,there´s enough room for two swords,a place to store one of the oni-masks and a red flag shows exactly for what gang his (mechanical) heart beats.     The colorscheme is based on the US Postal delivery vehicles,while the overall shape s inspired by classic cars of the 30s.The powerful repulsor engine boosts this hovercar into mindblowing speed. Thanks to it´s quirky handling it can zoom around even in extremely congested cities and tight spots.     A few days ago i got the smallest of the new JW sets for cheap,and of course bought it for the parts,the minifigures and the dinosaur.I already had other plans for this set which involved turning that weird looking oversized chunk on wheels into a better looking offroader. Thanks to the trapezoid shaped hood and the new fenders,it really looks like a Jeep Wrangler,which would fit the Jurassic Park theme quite well. I used most of the parts,a bunch of additional parts and the stickers to make it look like an official set. I really like how the rollcage turned out,i used pieces of the rigid hose,droid arms and those holders and shafts with clamp. The netshooter was removed,instead someone can stand on the truck bed and fire with the tranquilizer gun.     It doesn´t happen very often that i build a tank or a military vehicle in general,in fact,this is my first Lego tank ever. I got the idea from finding a bunch of olive bricks that originated from the Marvel Hydra Tank and the Chima Crocodile Boat. I put them together loosely and all of a sudden it turned out as a shape for some futuristic tank or recon vehicle. I added some armoring plates on the sides,one of those ball shooting thingies as a cannon and even some sort of crude suspension,so the tank has all 6 wheels on the ground at all time.At least it didn´t have any problems crossing Mount Couch Cushion or Office Desk Plains.     It´s time for Hammer Industries to shine.For way too long,Justin Hammer had to live in the shadow of the glorious and infamous Tony Stark,but today it´s time to strike back. Tony Stark has a new Hulkbuster?Well check this out,Justin Hammer constructed a big new and improved Detroit Steel. The new Mech is bigger,stronger and has cool new weapons to seed destruction where he walks. the mech carries a large double bladed sword that can be connected to one of the mechs hands or mounted and stored on the back. The second weapon is a huge blaster canon that can be aimed indipendently from where the arm is pointing.The legs were also modified and are now strong enough to catapult the Mech several blocks away with ease.thanks to the foldable wings on the back,Detroit Steel can glide and fly for long distances and is now extremely manouverable. The torso is now bulkier and heavily protected but still keeps who ever is steering the mech save and comfortable.     One of the female raptors laid eggs,and the first young offspring already hatched.Of course the hatchling needs to be examined and checked if it´s healthy,but try to distract a prehistoric caring mother from her baby. Luckily she enjoys prezels as a treat,and so the dino keepers put some tranquilizers in the prezel to calm her down. Let´s hope this works.... I wanted to add a bit more to it and so i build a small part of a raptor enclosure with a bit of fencing and some jungle. Now i finally have a place where i can put the two Lego Dimensions JP minifigs and my single Lego raptor. Hope you guys like this small MOC.

    That huge War Rig vehicle that got recently leaked,any idea or estimate how many parts it might have and more important,how expensive it´s gonna be?From the picture,it looks quite big and much bigger than the biggest Set from SOG (the appearantly NOT self destructing Temple of Resurrection)

    Remember that barren empty place above the abandoned subway station?Well,time has passed and that small cramped box that only contained a tiny bit of Ninjago City´s life has now grown. It is far from ready yet,but you can see i made some progress: (better klick on this pic to see it in full size) IMG_20180410_161819 The naked Streetscape grew some apartments and tiny shops,and everything is decked out in copious amounts of colors, patterns and shopsigns.Buildable room is a rare and expensive good in a bustling City like this,and so, older structures were overbuild with newer ones.Some shops are so tiny you might knock down items from the shelfs if you´re not careful enough,but luckily the only tiny store here is a shop for hats. IMG_20180410_161827 As you can see,i took some inspiration from the infamous Ninjago City set to use in my own MOC There are still so many things to do and build on this project but it grows a bit every few days.     I have this little Takaway Diner now for quite some Time serving Food to passing by Minifigs but somehow forgot to make Pictures of it.So finally here it is,my Ninjago City - Noodle Imbiss. It´s a small Corner Building with quite a fancy decorative Roof and a huge Noodle Bowl Sign with Chopsticks.Despite being a very small Imbiss,it´s always very crowded and everyone enjoys the Food. Sure,it would also fit in the Lego Town Thread,but the Architecture and Visuals of the Ninjago Series and Movie was the Reason i started this little Creation One Day i found a pair of dark blue Shell Pieces and that quarter circle Roof Tile and came to the Impression that those might look nice combined with a small Corner Building.     Although i used the recent Pizza Van´s Parts and Stickers to build that yellow Foodtruck seen in the last Pic,the Van´s itself aren´t based on the construction of the mentioned Pizza Van. The Design is based on the american so called "Multi Stop Trucks" or "Step Vans".as they were build from the late 1960s on until now. The rear Doors don´t open,they are just for Visuals.

    Whenever there is something broken or needs to be replaced,communal or private Repair Services rely on their own Fleet of utilarian Vehicles to get the Job done. The Waterworks Van was kinda inspired by a very similar looking Vehicle from GTA V.A generic blue Step Van with spare Pipes on the Roof and a bunch of Traffic Cones mounted on the Bumper 20170408_154930 20170408_154945 20170408_154958 20170408_155010 20170408_155026 I once found two of those old printed Panels from the Set 6422 "Telephone Repair Service" and instantly wanted to build a classic boxy Van around them.     Glad you like it.Yeah,all those cool Sets that are coming out,are already released or are already one or two Years old...they are a Blessing,and a curse. Get them as long as you can,they won´t be there forever.

    Anyone remember last Year´s Spider-Man: Homecoming Sets?They were quite nice had some neat Playfeatures and a great Collection of Minifigures.But as a MOCer,they also looked kinda bland and lackluster.So i bought them both and modified the Bank from "ATM Heist Battle - 76082" and the white Van from "Beware the Vulture - 76083". As for the ATM Set,i added 2 additional Floors and a flat Rooftop so the whole Thing resembles a classic New York Tenement Building,although a very small one (Greenwich Village maybe...) Anyway,i wanted to keep the Playset Characteristic so i left it as a not very deep Facade instead of a real Building with hundreds of Bricks. 20170709_200350 20170709_200358 I even added a small cast iron Fire escape Ladder (i mean,what are New York Tenement Buildings without Fire Escape Ladders?...i know,a Deathtrap :D) 20170709_200405 20170709_200411 Well,this 100 Dollar Bill is out of Comission :D 20170709_200418 The Sideview shows that the Building is still kept very small and that the Playfeatures are still usable 20170709_200444 Next Modification was the white Van from the aforementioned Set.I wanted it to be 6wide and make it more look like an actual Ford Econoline (even if the Grill hints more to the 2008 Model instead of the older one that was used in the actual Movie Scene) I wanted to use most Pieces of the Set,even the stickered ones... 20170723_192338 Well,the Grille sure looks a bit like a modern Ford Econoline,even if the Hood is a bit krinkled and damaged..well,what´s a proper getaway Car with a few Bumps and Bruises? 20170723_192403 20170723_192412 If you are following a Criminal in a High Speed Pursuit,always be sure to have a bit of Distance.First,the Criminals driving Style might be a bit "shocking" and second it could happen that the rear Hatch pops oben and reveals a second Criminal with a big Gun. 20170723_192349 20170723_192431 The Inside of the Van with Shocker,the masked Crook and the stolen Goods.... 20170723_192536 I hope you like my small Modifications,Comments are always welcome...

    That´s an odd Choice indeed....To represent Ninjago,i would´ve used Master Wu (even if i need to include a 2x2 Satellite Dish for a Hat) or one of the Ninjas. Still an interesting Piece,can´t ait to get it in April......hopefully.

    Oh and i really want that Palace Set in general,even if it is just for the Figs (already made LDD Plans to make it fit into a more urban Environment...) Also hope the Episodes will show up somewhere at all.
