  1. Thanks Guys, glad to see you like it. @Brickporn2016 The Word you are looking for is cat-esque :D (I know,a non existant Word either, but i love making up new Words, too) Well,a 9 Valve Motorblock would look quite odd, wouldn`t it?I thought since this Car already has enough "Catitude" the Name would fit perfectly,i mean every cool Custom Car or Hotrod needs a Project Name. @AgentKallus of Hydra A Gft from Penguin?Hm,sounds plausible, but isn`t Catwoman out of his Lague :D
  2. Catwoman usually sneaks around on Rooftops and dark Allyways, but what if she needs a fast Getaway on the Road? Well in this Case, she can rely on "9 Livez",a lean, mean Streetmachine. It`s the purrfect Mixture between Power and good Looks. The Hotrod is mostly Black but has some small Accents in purple. As you can see,i used some Parts from Catwoman`s Mighty Micro Car and from her recent oversized Bike. So,what do you think of Catwoman`s new Ride? 20170311_175618 20170311_175600 20170311_175510 20170311_175451 20170311_175443 20170311_175316 20170311_175101
  3. Totally agree with what everyone said.I`m 35 now and i started with Lego in Autumn 2015 and it is lots of Fun.I often take Models from the Shelf and swoosh them around (yeah,i even make "Pew Pew" Noises) or take some Mechs or Ground Vehicles and move them around, grab some Minifigures and let them have a Fight or make funny looking Scenes. It really fits me because i`m also a total Goofball and Lego is all about having Fun.I don`t care if People give me a strange Look for buying Lego. So to everyone:swoosh away and make Laser Noises all you want.
  4. It`s already been a Month since i purchased the Catcycle Chase Set from the TLBM. I like it for the Minifigs, but i`ve never been a Motorcycle Fan (i prefer Hotrods, Lowriders, Muscle Cars,Customs or Classics in general). Sure, the usage of that printed Slope is outstanding, one of the big Surprises because usually TLC uses Stickers. Anyways,i was just thinking "what if Catwoman had a Car,and what would suit her?" I think a Hotrod fits her perfectly, they are small but quick and powerful and they turn your Head around,,,rawww! May i present you Catwoman`s "Nine Livez" (yeah,i know that Name is worn out and somewhat corny but it fits. TLBM-Nine Livez-1 TLBM-Nine Livez-2 TLBM-Nine Livez-3 I used the Hotrod from the Speed Champions Set as a Base and modified the Hell out of it. Special Parts like the 4 printed halfround Tiles, the printed 2x2 Slope, the trans purple round Tiles and the purple Rims from the Bike will be reused. The Car will be mostly black but with a few purple Bits build in (motly ones i already have or are easy to get). Windshield and rear window will be trans yellow (luckily i still have a trans yellow 1x4 from the classic Space Age). I also will use Parts from last Year`s Mighty Micro, that black pointy 1x2 Roofslope with printed Cat Eyes and the Tail (i think i have a second one somewhere....) for the Exhaust Pipes or...."Tail Pipes" :D So,what do you think of my Idea?
  5. How about a Videogame that was based on Toys that are based on Toys based on a Movie based on Toys based on a Comic. But on a Sidenote, those Plush Minifigs look great.Slightly out of Proportion but still cool and very recognizeable. My hope is they will do a Robin and a Joker too...please do a Plush Joker :D Any Word on Prizes in Dollars or Euros?
  6. Oh my,they look like the newer Paradigm Daleks? Btw,wasn`t there once a Picture or two around from one or more TLBM Books where they showed a Harley Quinn themed Truck and something that looked like Jokers Lowrider, but in Batman Colors and with Offroad Wheels? Anyone knows where to find them?
  7. That is funny because it's true.I got inspired by the Taco Van from the Lego Avengers Game and spender quite some Time reverse engineering this one and a couple of other Vehicles. The Van underwent many Changes to enhance Stability and to make it work with what I had in Mind. I'm actually planning a whole Series of those Step Vans. Say,you don't have LDD Files for the Bus and the Garbage Truck that can be used in the Lego Marvel Games? I have a hard Time reverse engineering them.
  8. Okay Guys here it is,my newest MOC. As some of you may remember,i designed it a while back on Lego Digital Designer with the upcoming Lego City Pizza Van in Mind. I liked the Ideas and Colors, but the Overall Design of this Food Truck wasn`t to my liking. So i changed it into an american styled classic Stepvan with brightly Colors,on Board Kitchen and Decals. As you can see,i also used some very old Pieces in this MOC,for example that white printed 2x2 Tile or the rear Doors.I kinda liked these oddball Details so i used them. This Food Truck pretty much has the same Features as the regular Set and doesn`t feature any fancy Buildingtechniques. Maybe this is a Start for a whole Series of Stepvans,i sure have one or another Idea in my Mind.... Hope you like my newest MOC,Comments are welcome 20170225_211126 20170225_211150 20170225_211210 20170225_211223 20170225_211238 20170225_211320 20170225_211336 20170225_211343 20170225_211400 20170225_211438
  9. Well luckily the Plunger is just a small Part of a Dalek.I`m pretty sure something else can be used. But what about the rest of the Dalek. From the Trailers and the Music Video i really can`t exactly tell how they were build.
  10. Man,that "Friends are Family" Song is an Earworm. On a Sidenote, has anyone tried to to replicate those amazing Daleks?
  11. Yeah, this Time of the Year you just can`t avoid Lego Batman, especially if you are a Batman Fan anyway. I wanted to build something for those GCPD Cops from the Battlepack and so i decided to build a 50s Style Police Car like the ones they used in the Animated Series. And since Policework in Gotham never sleeps, you can watch Chief O`Hara chasing behind a suspicious Crook. An elegant Hoodslide helps her to get faster behind the Suspect and in the End he was caught. The Car itself was based on the Taxi from the Lego City Undercover Game but modified to be used as a Police Car.I also added some Stickers to the Car and no matter if based on a licensed Theme or not, this Car fits any Lego City perfect, don`t you think? 20170215_192828 20170215_192836 20170215_192856 20170215_192918 20170215_192942 20170215_192958 20170215_193018 20170215_193101 20170215_193329
  12. The Piece Count wouldn't be a Problem,I made a Police car after the 8 wide ones that can be seen in the Movies and it has a Piece Count of roughly 300 Bricks in LDD. But on the other Side, that Picture is no Way legit, look at the super badly photoshopped Writings on the Doors. Also,is there a Link the the Topic it was posted in?Would be interesting to see what was written there.
  13. Who doesn`t know the iconic Bat Signal? In pretty much every Incarnation of the Batman Comics, Cartoons and Movies, this repurpused Searchlight was used to either call Batman for Help or to lure him into a Trap. It even made it`s Way into various Lego Sets with the latest Versions being used in the TLBM Sets. They all have something in common:They look okay, but it still could be better. That`s why i took the printed Dish from last Year`s Batman vs Superman Set,some Parts from the TLBM Police Minifig Pack and many Parts from my Parts Bin. And voila, there it is:My very own Bat Signal Vignette, complette with a Rooftop,an Antenna and a little AC Ventilator that can be used to turn the Bat Signal. 20170213_200235 20170213_200242 20170213_200257 20170213_200313 20170213_200321 The dynamic Duo arrives... 20170213_200345 20170213_200405 Um das kleine Diorama abzurunden (und damit Batman was hat um den Enterhaken dran zu hängen) habe ich noch eine kleine Antenne mit Teilen aus der Restekiste gebaut 20170213_200427 Simple but it works... 20170213_200445 20170213_200513 So,what do you think of my newest Creation? Comments are welcome.
  14. I have a Question about the "Detroit Steel Strikes" Set,especially about the new weird Helmet Pieces. Is there a Reason Lego used a new and simpler Helmet Piece for Iron Man and Justin Hammer only than just being cheaper in Production? Sure,in the Mighty Micros it fits pretty well into the more "Kids in Duperhero" Costumes Theme but in the regular Superheroes not really. Also the bright red of the Iron Man Suit just looks off compared to the usual Suits. Sure,it doesn't look bad,it just feels a bit weird. Or did Lego made the Helmets and the Suit this Way because they used other Source Material and to distinguish this Iron Man from the live action Movies of the Avengers? And if they based it on something else, what are the new Suits based on. Also,I was surprised and very happy to see that the Grille of LOLA is actually printed, didn't expect that.
  15. Haha i had to look for the Parrot first :D The Car looks great,i love 50s Cars and you have done an outstanding Job on this one.Kinda looks like a Packard to me,and one in a very good Shape too.
  16. I`m glad to see you like it.Yeah, those Roofpieces are amazing, aren`t they? One was slightly bend and cracked but you don`t see the Crack because it`s on the "Inside" of the Roof, the Area where both Roofslopes meet each other. It was hard to add Plates under the warped Piece,i had to add them in a certain Order or it wouldn`t fit. Also i used some yellowed grey Pieces that match the yellowed / aged grey Roofslopes.
  17. A few Day ago i showed you my Mod (although, very heavily modified) of the Security Booth from the aforementioned Set. It`s finally done, this little Project was based on the little halfway done Booth from the Scarecrow Special Delivery Set.I liked the Vehicle and the Minifigures, but that odd little Building wasn`t really to my liking,so i thought about extending it. Last Week i found these two printed Roofslopes and that sealed the Deal "modifying that Booth and using the Roofslopes. And here it is: 20170122_182004 20170122_182023 20170122_182030 20170122_182047 20170122_182053 20170122_182114 20170122_182130 20170122_182149 20170122_182209 20170122_182443 20170122_182509 20170122_182519 20170122_190552 20170122_183636 The Building now has four enclosed Walls,a Door and is filled with Clutter and Equipment to make it more comfy for the Security Guard. The large Desk contains Computers,Switches and even a big red Button to trigger the Alarm, just in Case something goes wrong at the Gotham Energy Facility. You can also find a small Filecloset with a Plant on top of it and some Handcuffs,a Gun and a Walkie Talkie.Small Details on the Outside like the Access Pad and the Alarm Siren add some Realism. I hope you really liked my newest Creation,Comments are welcome. "Grappling Hook Action" 20170122_185425 "Help, all Units come to the Entrance.....forget it,call Batman!!!" 20170122_184228 "Yay Batman,we got the Bad Buy!How `bout Ice Cream now?" 20170122_190058
  18. Oh,what a lovely little MOC.Very simple but still effective.Maybe i will build one too one Day,i mean there are already a lot of Batman Suits out,and the Lego Batman Movie won`t go easy on us Batman Fans :D
  19. The Hope for a DW Set Series died a long Time ago. Gallifrey might fall no more, but I'm pretty sure there will be no more DW Lego Sets. Still,I would sell my Soul for real Minifigures of the DW Characters that showed up in the Dimensions Levels (so dear Devil....if you read this:want the Soul in your hand or wrapped as a Present?)
  20. Well,if it`s a GTA Dodo than the Wings need to be shorter :D But your Plane looks great.
  21. Hey Guys, i recently thought about modding the Scarecrow Special Delivery Set, the little Gatehouse to be precise. I tried to keep it in the Spirit it already is with it`s Colors and overall Design.I got the Idea for this when i found two 6x8 printed Slopes from an old Dino Adventure Set i will use for the Roof. TLBM-Scarecrows Pizza Mod-2 TLBM-Scarecrows Pizza Mod-1 TLBM-Scarecrows Pizza Mod-3 And this is a detailed Picture of what i have planned for the Inside. There is a little Filing Cabinet with a small Plant on it,a large Computer Desk with Surveilance Screens and Internet. If something goes wrong (and in Gotham, everyday something goes wrong) there is a big red Button that triggers the Alarm. The Desk Chair can be rotated and to the left there is a small Table with a Coffeemaker. Just in Case everything goes Haywire, the Security Booth also has a Pair of Handcuffs,a Walkie Talkie and a Gun. TLBM-Scarecrows Pizza Mod-5 TLBM-Scarecrows Pizza Mod-4 The real MOC is already halfway build, and only a few Pieces are missing, guess i need to visit the little Brickshop in my Area again tomorrow... So,what do you think of my Mod?Comments are welcome
  22. Oh I love the Mini Rey's Speeder. It's one of those Side Missions on Jakku. When you leave Rey's Home (freeroam) and get over the Quicksand, you will arrive at a Gate (it's closed nd you must find a way to open it)The Mission with the Speeder is right around the Corner after the opened Gate. I would love to have Pics of the Speeder.I would do it myself but it seems you can only do this Side mission one Time.I think it is a Race. Hope this will help.
  23. Who remembers the "Lego Marvel Super Heroes" and "Lego Avengers Games" ? Sure, the Games are Fun to play and seeing those little Minifigs doing cool Stuff is all worth the Money. But both Games also contain many interesting unlockable Vehicles, and one Vehicle that caught my Eye was the Roxxon Van and the Taco Van.Both are based on standard american Step Vans (made by Chevrolet, GMC, Grumman etc) and they are also well detailed and fit perfectly in Lego City Scale because they are 6 Studs wide. After i made tony of Screenshots of the Vans in Game, destroyed them partially to see the Structure below i was able to recreate them in LDD. Now i have two LDD Templates on my Computer (one is a regular plain white Van and the other one is a generic Food Truck). After i saw the new Pizza Van in 2017s City Line i thought "hey,i like the Colors, but i`m not convinced by the overall Shape. So i combined the Food Truck with a few Bits and Bytes from the Pizza Van and voila, there it is,my final Design of a Pizza Food Truck. I will use many Parts from the Pizza Van Set,including the original Stickers to build this Food Truck. Lego Avengers-Taco Van-2 Lego Avengers-Taco Van-3 Lego Avengers-Taco Van-1 Lego Avengers-Taco Van-4 The Picture below shows the final Version,i edited the Drivers Cab a little bit so i can put in two Seats so the Driver can sit on the left Side. I also thought about putting an oversized Pizza on the Roof but i scraped that Idea because i really don`t know how to make that. Any Ideas and Comments are welcome. Lego Avengers-Taco Van-5 So,what do you think of my Version of the Pizza Van?
  24. Amazing.... So this will cost roughly the same as those Lego City Police Army Builder Packs with 4 Minifigs and a bunch of Accesoires? Can`t wait for this Pack,i will definetely buy 2 or 3, one for the Minifigs and two for switching Heads etc. When will this Set be released?
  25. Any Chance of getting a few high res Pictures of that Icecream Truck in the Background and/or what are the Chances we will see it as a Set in the Summer Wave? Bought a few smaller TLBM Sets and a few CMFs this Week and just finished building the Riddle Racer. What a nice Build. The Car itself looks so much like a classic 60s Cartoon Villains Car and i really love the Idea of yellow tinted Headlights and the Engine under Glass. The Minifigures are all amazing and right now they are wreaking Havoc on my Livingroom Table....ah dang it,Joker is on the loose again! From this Wave every Set except the Clayface Splat-Attack is a Must Have. Not sure what`s driving off the Clayface Set,maybe it`s the Price (The Riddle Racer costs the same and has more than twice as many Figures) or just the visual Appearance. Batman is in pretty much Set anyways and i don`t care to spend 35 Euro on a exclusive blonde Chick that gets attacked by a bunch of muddy brown Bricks.I better save up some Money and get the Scuttler or the Killer Croc Pickup.
