I didn't expect to buy the complete set anyway since it's not the time period I'm generally interested in, but the ship looks to me totally wrong. Either it's too long or the masts are too short... Don't know what exactly but it's unrecognizable to me. The sails are also hardly attractive - won't even bother to get them on PAB. Shame.

This is amazing, I adore underwater Lego settings!

LEGO City 2025 SETS - Leaks, rumours, discussion. (Animals too)

A very interesting question. I assume that there is just enough space to fit one small battery similar to those in the standard lightbrick - the other half of the brick must be used for the sensor. But because of the additional functions it won't be long I suspect... -

I'll vote for the griffin, I just hope the shields won't be stickers... it would be so nice to see some new heraldry (also geometric figures) in the minifig towers in stores. There're so few historic figures out there! -
Don't forget the special: one Sauron in chrome gold, just to push the sales a little...

There seem to be even more new helmets inside the forge, but I'm not 100% sure.

Wow, what a surprise. If I had the money I'd buy now Barad-Dur & the GWP instead of Rivendell only. The Witchking comes in the big set anyway, but the other 2 figures could be Eowyn and Merry. In that case they should have Rohan armor, so I really keep my fingers crossed for some Rohan sets in the near future

Not a fan of the Mandalorian series, but the battle pack looks nice, though the price is hard to swallow. Rex is a must buy. Really hope we'll get an Ewok mech one day! -

Glad I didn't buy a second hand Milano from 2014 or 2017. It's a lot of money and a villain figure is missing but it's simply amazing; none of the SW ships look quite as good! -

I'll make my own Balrog out of the Surtur. A really useful set. Looking at the close-up pictures, I think they are stickers. Will be a pain to get them into proper position. -
Perhaps not as good as I had hoped for, but it's a good City summer wave. Bit disappointed that the ship does not float on water, the crane has no control room and there is no cargo truck. On the other hand the life style pictures show a much bigger boat than at first expected, so the box art seems to be very misleading. Agree with the others, that the jungle sets focus too much on vehicles instead on the natural surrounding. I might add that the connectivity between the various sets seems very random; it's not like a kid could build a bigger cave for an animal from more sets or an ancient ruin for Johnny to explore. Also seems to be a missed opportunity for posable legs on the gorilla. The tourist bus and the Creator house are also on my wanted list.

I wish the new door pieces wold be slightly bigger/wider... they're used in the Peach castle set as a 8stud wide gate, but a farm cart or carriage won't probably pass through because of the exposed hinges. -
Wow the harbor sounds really exciting! A cargo crane + containers, seafood restaurant, beach, ice cream shop, pier and a cargo ship of course (orange, green and white colors). I hope it's a floating one. Really many things packed in one set... Can't wait to see the first picture! Thanks for the link.

Finally the friendly aliens have some hands to work and play with the astronauts together. Love it, shame it's just one! The base is really great, is it a Lego exclusive?

Lego Icons 10332 Medieval Town Square Discussion Thread

According to brickmerge.de the MTS is slightly more than half the size of LKC, which in turn has 2 horses and one cow. MTS is more expensive when you compare the weight. In such a case one cow should be the absolute minimum, without increasing the cost at all. The same applies to shields that are still in production, the amount of figures etc... That's how I see it, it's just not good enough for the asked price. -

I still don't understand why Lego had to cut so many corners in a long expected icons set like this in the first place. No big animals, no shields, practically no prints... LKC was a true bow to one of the greatest themes of all time. This could have been the affordable & attractive alternative for many fans but it was willfully downgraded by the management. Even the CMF line is treated with more respect (and has apparently a better budget). I really wonder how this decision will affect future castle releases... -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 25. Rumors and discussion
brimbolet replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Managed to get 7 random figures at a discount on Amazon (Europe), boxes with small and big QR codes. Checked them online with the numbers given on https://cmfs.app/en/cmf/predict/. All but one were exact hits. You can contribute to the database too. I'd love to see the Greek (and Roman) helmets again. I have only the Spartan torsos from the Lego BAM tower.- 574 replies

Magnificent; especially the columns with the red base and the architraves. Thanks for sharing! -
I really would like to have an official fellbeast with the Angmar witchking but unfortunately the chances are zero. I think we'll get only the Legolas & Gimli BH as an GWP.

Seems to me the dragon has no movable joints like the ones from Ninjago? But it looks very impressive - if they had made a Smaug at the gates of Erebor set I might have been tempted.- 685 replies

Great to hear more info on the jungle sets; I'd really like to see some of the new animals. I'm more hyped about this than anything else!

I see no sense in buying Speed Champions (even as a gift for kids) anymore. Not every shape is recognizable and they rely too heavily on stickers. Bburago cars are far better and even cheaper.

The chessboard seems to be a print. Is it new?
