[Frozen Beyond - C] How to solve the Algus-Problem
KlodsBrik replied to Simon_S's topic in Guilds of Historica
These MOC´s are just mindblowing but the real value comes with the storyline you created for them. So many lovely details and great use of transparent pieces + slopes together with your SNOT work just makes them truely outstanding. I so love all of them indeed ! -
That monster is just hilarious and cute at the same time. I would know its a bad thing to stay and cuddle with it from the look of it, but then again !? Kill your enemies with epic supercuteness, who need to make ones enemies run away frightened, when one can make them drop their weapons and run right into the evil mouth of cuteness.

Lovely creation. The colour scheme is right down my alley, and the build looks awesome. Slick and tall. I love it !

Great creation, and i would also love to see Toy Story as a Dimension set. Ive laways loved the movies and i do think this theme could bring great fun to the Dimension game. Also a level pack would be awesome. So many possible scenarios, not to mention the free roam possibilities. Great build and idea !

First of all, great idea. Excecution top notch. Including bottles and the choice of headpieces for the minifigs. Hilarious I would buy this set if it was official. Great job and well done indeed !

Oh my ... This is gorgeous While i might not like the shape entirely, the colour scheme does it for me. And the attention to details using rather unusual pieces makes the textures a bliss to look at. Yeah, love it !

Hmmmm .... Im a bit dissapointed with this set. Overall the outside of it looks sort of great, but then again it looks quite blend. Not at all what i expected from the box art. It does however hold lots of great pieces, and im sure i will get it at some point when i find it at a good price. Thanks for the review.

[Frozen Beyond, Cat B] Ice Worm in the Sand
KlodsBrik replied to Gideon's topic in Guilds of Historica
Great build. So simple looking, yet a quite complicated setup. The overall impression is great. For me i wished that the minifig would have actually been placed in the direction the worm is swinging at. But its quite a great build indeed !- 27 replies

Oh my. I actually get an EB christmas gift this year. The envelope i recieve it in will go into an glassframe. LEGO related equals collector items Even though the chance for not getting a present from this great contest is rather small i really didnt expect to get any. I really dont think ive ever won a contest in my whole life. These are just awesome and i dont own any of them, so they are more than welcome in my collection. Thanks CopMike ! ASAP ... So as soon as possible You need to write it like this: John Johnson Johnsonstreet 34 Johnson town 4321 Johnson Country EDIT: Hahaha ... Who of you moderators found it funny to add that to my profile .... Thats just funny ..... Actually its from a danish Standup comedy show, where a dude explain how easily it is to write your adress to make it easy to post for like postworkers or in your case admins moderators and so on .... WhiteFang, i suspect you to be the Goblin ! Nothing like spitting coffee all over ones keyboard ! And please dont ever change that ... Its hillarious ! ..

Review: 71173 LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack (Xbox 360)
KlodsBrik replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
Hahaha ... Yeah, you have a point there. And thats also the only thing i dislike about LEGO Dimensions. I really didnt pay any attention to it till i heard of the Doctor Who packs for it. Unfortunately this is how the world works. Nothing is for free, if you want something you have to pay for it. At least we dont have to pay a monthly fee as with WOW. Not saying im a fan of this system as with infinity and skylanders, however im glad it actually has real LEGO as a content so its not only the game i pay for.- 15 replies

You can mostly run through each level rather fast ( 20-30 minutes each), but then you will miss a lot of what actually is to explore. Ive found myself using several hours per level to get all the fun from the game collecting every stud and so on available. There is definately many places where 2player is usefull, as you very often have to change between characters to solve puzzles. Now since its December and i have a large family, i dont get to play it as often as i would like. However if i had the time, i would probably play a few hours every second day. Im not even halfway through the game, as i often plays the Level packs or free roam depending on which mood im in. I love just running around doing crazy stuff putting up weird scenarios like have scooby driving the DeLorean which is upgraded to full speed so its just insanely hard to control. I still love this game and i got it the day it was released. And im so looking forward to furthe packs being released. Even though the game is epensive with all the extra packs, i still find its worth every penny spend. And im in no way rich. I still love this game. Hope it answered some of your questions.

Review: 71173 LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack (Xbox 360)
KlodsBrik replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
Thanks for the review. I was and is still thinking of making yet another review of this great game at some point in January, when i have loads of time. Since ive already started to review some funpacks, i might as well follow up with the whole of what i have from the Dimensions theme with time. When i first started playing it, i did build alongside the game. However when i made my MOD for the Toypad extension , i only builded the accesories that i found to look the best for it. I indeed love the game and think that even though its expensive, the playfeatures and cool packs ( something for everyones taste ) does make it worth the cost. I find it interesting how different the boxart is for PS3 compared to the XBox. As least of what i remember it to be. Again thanks for the review, its surely one review that we need to have here on EB indeed.- 15 replies

REVIEW: 71011 LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 15
KlodsBrik replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Thanks for yet another great minifigure review. I really feel that whatever bags one might pick they all have some value to them compared to most other series. At least for me. That astronaut makes a childhood dream come through. When i was 9-11 years i made a rainbow build of Apollo11. The biggest build i ever made at that age. I had my fathers cyclopedia next to me, building it with every stage modular minifig size. Now as i have progressed with my skills and that astronaut arriving soonish. I so need 4 of those and need to rebuild my first real MOC. For nostalgic reasons. And for Rohan ! That picture is great by the way WhiteFang ! -

Glad you did.... Always loves your builds and the fact that you actually take your time to comment others posts. Many people surely appreciate it and should spend some time themselve to do the same !

True that ..... Its lovely nevertheless !

Woow ... Awesome idea and well executed MOC. That ship is lovely scaled as it could actually be an official LEGO set. This is looking great !
-
CopMike, those prizes for the 24th are beyond awesome !

Your build is quite great. And the details are well done. However i really miss a train to go along with it. You know, being a winter willage contest, comparing it to usual LEGO sets, i would be quite dissapointed buying a train station and having no train for it. Dont get me wrong, its not in any way that im hating or something. Just my first thought. Lovely work with the station however !

I love how you managed to obtain the organic form quite similar to the films. This build from you is as well as your other Alien themed MOC´s lovely ! About those tails, you can mail them to me, if you really cant find any other use for them ! ? .... I would love to make something similiar. I so love Aliens and War against the Cthoor !
