I am just waiting for the year-end sale in my local toy shops hoping that some of the sets will continue to drop to 50% or more discount. I can totally skip Nexo Knights if I wanted too but the deals are just crazy it's silly not to buy them to get the good parts for MOC. Right now majority of the sets can be found at 30% for over a month now and the shelves are still fully stocked.

Do you think we will get a new Leia in slave costume again? Several iterations of that minifig was released in 2003, 2006, 2009 and then the latest one was in 2013... so given the pattern, 2017 seems like a good timing? No?

I hope the distribution of the minifigures will be aligned to what majority of the people wants...or perhaps TLG should just put 3 complete set in a box of 60 to make it fair enough.

I'm not supposed to to complete the entire Batman CMF series but those minifigures are so good... I'm having difficulty deciding.

The Ninjago movie better have more Asian inspired armours. I like the direction they are going for this wave and I already decided to make a small army using that cool armour.

I had a similar prize from our local gathering too. It makes me want to get more TIE fighters but yesterday I bought more microfighters X-Wing.

You are all a passionate bunch. The over-analysis of Thrawn's eye colour and Storm troopers vents is testament to that. However, I will reserve judgment until I see a high resolution pictures.... Because JPEGs compression can misrepresent the tiny variation of colour. Until then it's pretty much a guessing game -- red or black, grey or blue...

you're killing the mood of excitement... but I kinda agree. I still hope that we get to see the high res soon so we can fully inspect the details of Thrawn.

Do you guys have higher resolution pictures because even if I zoom in I can't see much details on Thrawn's face... I mean yes I can see black and white (probably the light falloff) but other than that..it's really just hard guessing if that really all black and white...

Aren't you familiar that there are twins that can look different or even has different gender? Look up fraternal twins.

I wanted to like the creative boxes because I was hoping it would be bigger and would concentrate only on varying shade of one colour... but my enthusiasm on these sets died down completely when I saw how small it is and it has so many other colours thrown in. It would still be a great set that can spark imagination for kids but I was misled into believing that it would come at 200 pcs because that's the size of the smallest Creative Box release yet.

Top picks for me: The Phantom & the Imperial Trooper Battle Pack. Also, I think that I may get the Y-wing because it actually looks better than then I expected with the higher resolution photo.

Remember the 2 rogues in the 2nd largest set? I think they are the twins - they even have hair pieces included so they are not just random hooded rogues.

This is my personal opinion so yoi can agree or disagree...I know where you're coming from a collector's perspective but not all troopers must have pauldrons and extra print because they are supposed to be the most elite. I don't mean they should be bland or plain either. To me, the Deathtroopers in the battle pack has enough details to be collectible and be cheap enough for army building. Having said that, I will be getting a few Deathtroopers with pauldrons to lead the elite unit. :)

What I meant by lacking extras is exactly what you described.... no pauldron, no grenades, no fancy ammo pouches. If you strip them with all those, then you get a 'basic' Deathtrooper... which I don't find an issue as I don't think every Deathtrooper will be getting the same set of equipment.

Thank you very much. These are only Rogue One sets so far.... Is the Y-Wing the same scale as the most recent X-Wings that were released or is that smaller? The 5 figures included are interesting bunch... but I find the inclusion of Stormtrooper puzzling. Also, I cannot wait for the battle packs. The Deathtroopers are not less detailed. They just don't have the extras you can find from the batch in Krennic's Imperial Shuttle.

Leak or not, TLG has no obligation to serve all the pictures in a timely manner people deemed as necessary. They control the schedule. You'll know it's official if it starts showing up in press release or on their own website. Patience padawan. Patience. Back to topic.... Hothbricks is on a roll releasing 2017 sets picture so I should watch and monitor them instead of moaning about the leaks here.

When I see the Clayface set, all I really see are just parts in nougat that i want to part out.

I want to add that you did a fantastic job here and this can really pull more fans in Friends theme. I didn't count the baseplates but I know it is very big. How did you even manage the logistics with a sedan??. What's the overall dimension?

Why wish for booster pack wheb all you really need is the starter set. The starter sets are better than minifig blister packs because you get more value in the starter set. More bricks + 4 minifigs is a better deal in my opinion, unless you are looking for more variety of torso / police uniform prints that a blister pack may offer.

I like them. I'm going to stick to buying only playsets though... so I am so glad that the smallest and the biggest set is a playset. On a side note, It's a pattern for TLG to distribute minifigures with and without armour ... and I don't like it. On the surface it can encourage buying every sets to complete the "unique" minifigures with and without armour but I think Ninjago collectors should be smart enough to notice that it is just a gimmick.

I've seen this in person and it's just so colourful, I want to pick them apart and eat them like candies.

Regarding Nexo Knights release... I feel that there is a surplus of action-oriented sets for boys now. Ninjago is still thriving and if we count the LEGO Batman movie in here, that is even more. I don't know if thr market is that big to fit in 3 of these themes in one release. As a modest buyer I won't be getting all these in one go so it makes sense that TLG spaces them apart instead of releasing everything in one go. In my region, both Nexo Knights and Ninjago are released at the same time even if the promotions are fully centered around NK. On the flipside, most retailers just had 30% off on most Nexo Knights sets already and it's not even Thanksgiving or Christmas... Ninjago sets on the otherhand had very little sales happening. So Im not so sure what release strategy TLG has on Nexo Knights because we have TLBM...If the retailers won't pace the release it will be a big bargain sales again next year.

Thanks @samuraiturtle I also tried that but it doesn't work for me. Glad that it works for you. Unfortunately not all Android phones are created equally. I probably have more success if I use iPhone as my daily driver but it's easier to let go of certain forum features than change phone.

These mighty dinosaurs are great source of green parts. A must buy for me! Nice box art too!
