None.. nothing of that sort in profile settings... would be logical if it is limited to higher forum class because when you upload cover photo, it takes up space in the server.

I thought it was already standard back then... haha.

I want to share the stop motion that I created for Ninjago stop motion contest. I didn't win any but I learned a lot in this process. I have been making short films since my university days but my interest shifted in photography. Fast forward, and now that I have decent equipments and a lot of LEGO parts to do MOCs and fair amount of knowledge in photography I created my first ever stop-motion film. Maybe I am a little harsh on myself but I will admit it firsthand that I didn't like the fluidity of my animation. One factor could be due to the fact I didn't use liveview or any fancy stopmotion framing app -- I am practically approximating the movement of each frame without reference.

I want this part to be in the next LDD update

@BrickJagger If you already disabled notifications for "New content for things I follow" and "Someone comments on something I follow" then the notification you are getting could be due to "Someone quotes a comment or post I made" (you made) or in this case, as I mention you in this post "Someone mentions me in a post" If you don't want email entirely, just disable all the email options there.

Great find @BrickJagger It seems that this "hot" feature only appears when viewing the sub-forum topic list... As I spent most of my time in the Activity list (what used to be "View New Content") I didn't notice it earlier. I remember back in the good old days that this "hot" feature is a popular forum / discussion board mod ... It appears when a topic received a lot of replies for a certain period of time.

Right... I know it could be the case and there is no stopping real person from doing that. And I'm glad you mentioned it. It seems that there is no way to report a person now.

I reported a spam earlier in the newly upgraded forum... and I thought it would be less vulnerable to spams after the upgrade. Nope?

Something new - linking a topic results in a topic preview like the above, which looks way better than just a plain text link.

@Robert8 @Dannylonglegs the notification for this mention is ON by default so unless the user change this setting people should get notified. I tested this also with the latest Chrome browser in Android M, and the list of users while choosing who to mention appear at the bottom instead of inline. Probably a bug?

You still can - the preview button is the last icon on the editor (paper with a magnifying glass icon). In principle it is better because you can preview for different devices but it is not working at the moment... it shows blank when I tested it just now. I don't remember this in the old forum version but when you highlight part of the post, you can directly quote it so you don't need to edit the post to quote a certain part or snip pictures.

@Hinckley when you quote a username like this -- don't you think we can use a more subtle colour that blends with the post? It is the default colour in the default theme.

Go to your profile. Either click your own profile pic / username from this post or access the link from the upper right corner with your profile pic and username -> profile. On your profile page, click at the profile photo icon at the lower left corner of your empty profile picture (don't click at the profile pic itself) - this will prompt you to upload new photo or import from URL.

I hope TLG wins this case. It's also a pivotal case because (1) it shows that TLG wants to get rid of the counterfeiters and (2) this will make other counterfeiters rethink of directly ripping off LEGO, if not directly eliminate them.

As always, thanks @CM4Sci for the drawing. That Fusion Dragon is like slapping 2 heads in Titanium Dragon, switch the dragon head design to resemble more of Sensei Wu's Dragon and then recolouring half of it blue, and the other half red? I hope it looks better in the actual set. What draws my attention is the blacksmith's workshop... looks like an interesting build.

From the way it is constructed, I think it is fairly easy to do that modification in order to put a hatch on top.

I tested the "All Activity" stream and even for visitors that function is working. If that is intended then great --but if not, I think the server will save up some load if you disable it for visitors who are not logged in.

The BB codes are still disabled... would be great to have a list of what changed? For example, the "Activity" tab is new -- I suppose it replaces "View New Content" ?
