  1. Terrific fortress. It's got a medieval brutalism look going on, which looks stellar. The moss (?) on the rocks actually looks very good.
  2. Good work on the upgraded "Elves"-y roof!
  3. Awesome! The rockwork and vegetation is very well done.
  4. Well, that's OK then. Follow-up praise: I really dig the tentacle tree you've got going.
  5. They're in the spoiler tag.... And honestly, what we're discussing is barely a spoiler, it's just about a rumored cameo. You'd probably be safe popping those tags open. Lol wut? http://www.groovebri...ages-from-nyft/
  6. Aww snap! Can't wait!
  7. Fun fact: Vanessa Marshall, the voice of Hera Syndulla, also provided the voice for another infamous female Rebel freighter pilot: Jan Ors! I figured this out last night while playing my fave Star Wars game, Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast. Playing it, I was like, "Jan sounds just like Hera..." A Google search later, and I was right! It's a small [star Wars] world.
  8. zeppelins
  9. Exactly. I guess the best we can hope for is Flickr coming out on the other side unscathed.
  10. So I've noticed that some members have country flags in their tags- is that still a thing?
  11. Photoshopping Faces on Black Mannequins: A Beginner's Video Guide?
  12. Any sticker I've had to put on part 45301: The difficulty with this piece is its length- it's very hard to get the sticker perfectly straight along the whole length of the piece. And Exo-Force. *shudder* Look at all of those stickers! http://brickset.com/...le-Defense-Tank http://brickset.com/...-1/Gate-Assault http://brickset.com/...-1/Aero-Booster They were especially troublesome for my 8/9-year old self. Even worse than putting all those stickers on was taking them off- I had to use sooo much lemon.
  13. The Mystery Machine windshield is available, part # 20684.
  14. The coloring looks excellent with the subject matter. Great job!
  15. That's a bit of a crapshoot- you buy them now, you know what you're getting. We really have no idea what the Rogue One sets are gonna contain, and there are rumors of several new trooper types in the film, which will undoubtedly appear in sets, minimizing the number of plain stormtroopers in the sets and on Bricklink. And you'd have to wait a month or two after the sets come out for sellers to buy the sets and get the figs on Bricklink, increasing your wait time. And by that time, you probably could have found some sweet deals on Bricklink. And what's the cheapest RO set gonna be, like $20? If there were 3 or more clean stormtroopers in that set you could buy two of those puppies, but that's a pipe dream.
  16. As awesome as that Killer Croc is, if we ever got him in Lego form we'd probably get the new-style crocodile head: http://brickset.com/sets/60066-1/Swamp-Police-Starter-Set Strange why his head isn't like that in the movie.
  17. A robo defense rabbit? It's only logical...
  18. Your build is clean, simple, uncluttered, and very effective. Does anyone?
  19. Oh wow. That's very lovely! Mmmm... a sand green modular! That's a wonderful MOC you've got there, it's a fine example of stylistic restraint.
  20. An incredible MOC! Honestly, all the praise I could give has already been said in this thread. It's just too good! But I think LBG would've been a better color choice for the main bunker in order to tie it in with the rest of the Imperial bits in this MOC and distinguish it from the surrounding cliff.
