  1. I wasn't convinced when you posted the first WIP photo, but seeing it in physical bricks on R2 has got me excited for where this project is going.
  2. Yep. In the canon Leia comic, Ackbar is shown organizing the evacuation of the Rebel base on Yavin IV.
  3. That badger quad... I mean, everything about it is just soooo right.
  4. "Separatist"- I get it! Really diggin' the use of the R3 dome for the top of the micro station.
  5. I really dig that M-Tron generic red, black, and trans-neon green spaceship!
  6. Like everyone else has said, the wrecked starship and the details behind the wall really take the cake for me.
  7. El oh el! The rockwork, wall and lava are A+.
  8. Nice build! I actually have the most love for the use of the Samurai X head. It's very Sci-Fi.
  9. Nice build! So are recolored ships an EB meme now?
  10. Hmm, that ship and bridge look familiar, but I can't imagine where I've seen stuff like them before.... Nice build!
  11. You can see a bit of the rubber bands coming up behind the wings. Considering the fact that they're integral to the wing-opening function, it's unsurprising. All of these sets... eh. The only one I am absolutely getting is the TIE Advanced, and probably the Eclipse for Dengar. The mere potential of the RO sets has me ready to skip an entire summer of Star Wars sets.
  12. Great MOC! But the rump looks a little too big.
  13. You beat me to it! I've got a MOC of this that I'll probably post on here in the next week. It's totally gonna be a hover tank. Treads are not Imperial.
  14. Nice MOC! I really dig the forest setting. Looks like you've used some of the forest police sets?
  15. It's probably that planet from those terrible TCW episodes: http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/starwars/images/c/c1/Epguide511.png/revision/latest?cb=20131022042958 Your AT-RT is ace! Everything about it is sooo right. And you've built three, and we all know that one's company, two's a crowd, and three's a party!
  16. Nice! The SNOTwork and greebling on the legs really get me going.
  17. There weren't any plant pieces at my store. IME, the only parts you can rely on to be in all Lego stores are the BaM parts.
  18. questioning
  19. Ooh, that's a great idea! Love it!
  20. Go for it! I'm a little biased, since I have two copies of the set and love it almost unconditionally. The only "useless" part of the set is the TIE pilot. Fig-wise, the officer and Inquisitor are awesome (obviously). Parts-wise, the set is very useful for Star Wars MOCs. The absolute highlight of the set (for me) are the new TIE cockpit dishes. The sticker sheet is nice, useful for Star Wars MOCs. And if you want to build it, it's very swooshable. So yes, get yourself a copy (or two)! It looks like it's on sale at Target.com: http://www.target.com/p/lego-star-wars-tie-advanced-prototype-75082/-/A-16752353?ref=tgt_adv_XS000000&AFID=google_pla_df&CPNG=PLA_Toys%2BShopping&adgroup=SC_Toys_Top+Performers&LID=700000001170770pgs&network=g&device=c&location=9029030&gclid=CjwKEAjwlq24BRDMjdK7g8mD6BASJABBl8n3-2Xpa5jteo8WITXYqiNO_pzERvmV3QmuSQ4lIwbNfxoCxFHw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds with free shipping or in-store pickup! It might be on sale in the physical stores as well, but I don't know.
  21. Great build and photography!
  22. Sweet. The Jawa special droid is ace.
  23. Neat little vignette. And yes, Rey is probably the best female character ever! Oh, Daisy Ridley.....
  24. Ditto on the new Star Wars comics. I've read them all and own most of them. The Chewie one was a bit lackluster, IMO. I've also started reading Marvel's Secret Wars now that the paperback compilations are at my B&N. Lots of A+ stuff in there. My favorite comic event series since... ever!
