  1. Thank you for actually helping with information and staying on topic. Great info here, very helpful.
  2. The parade looks great. Your kids did great job on their floats, they are very festive. I love all the random figures and animals marching along in the parade.
  3. Your wagon looks great, so much better than the one I was developing back in 2010. I really like the clean look and the color choices.
  4. Not yet, he needs 10 posts before PMs become usable.
  5. I think that's the same brand I used. It's got a ring on the back that clips it to the minifig head piece. The detail and fit is nice, but it feels a bit fragile. I have 3 of them and have never had any breaks though.
  6. At my house, we watch all the Japanese Kamen Rider and Sentai shows. Right now it's been Amazon, that's one super gory one. My favorites were Gaim and Akibaranger, Gaim was also my first Rider show (my husband has been watching them for many years). I did make a Tackle mosaic for him a couple years ago (just a small one) Mosaic: Kamen Rider Tackle
  7. The best way to show that you like a topic/post is to reply to it. After all, this isn't a clicking site, it's a forum discussion site.
  8. These are really great, all the rooms are very recognizable and yet so small. Those tiny helicopters are so perfect.
  9. Hi. I have some of what you're after, I'll get a list to you shortly. This is what I'm interested in that you have: Series 9: Knight x3 Series 13: Goblin x2, Hot Dog Man x1 Series 14: Zombie Pirate x1 Series 15: Astronaut x1 Did you have some Superhero figures you also want to trade away?
  10. Those shifted Mickey pupils heads sure would be handy to have for comics and films.
  11. 5891-1 Apple Tree House would be an excellent choice. It was one of the first large Creator houses I built and still I think one of the best.
  12. You guy are funny.
  13. I think by next year you'll feel that it was "only" marked up to 5 EURO each. From what I've seen on Bricklink, that's not bad at all even for right now though.
  14. I wouldn't mind playing around with it, but I'm not paying for a game that's still in beta, even though it is on sale right now. It seems a lot like Minecraft with Lego figures/etc. I think they might be ten years too late for that ship.
  15. The display turned out really great. Good job everyone, congrats on another well-deserved win.
  16. I've found old 3rd party parts on Flickr in the past. There are some buy/sell/trade groups for them, but be careful and realize you are trading at your own risk, you'll want to research potential trade partners first.
  17. I don't think that would work for a few reasons. 1 - Once you build a wall and light it properly you will see variations in the color of bricks 2 - LEGO bricks are simply too shiny to work as a decent chroma key 3 - something I've forgotten If you are doing a flat (as in background only, no foreground) your cheapest route is going to be a sheet of green or blue posterboard, though i recommend foamcore board. Make sure you buy the matte type and not the shiny type or your key will give you nothing but trouble. Personally, I'd go with both blue and green since your models need to have none of the key color in them, it gives you more options for building this way.
  18. If you go used, you can get a really good camera for less than $400 that will work well with Dragonframe. For example, the Canon 40D is a wonderful camera and currently selling around $150.
  19. I'm working on a project and looking for any broken/damaged LEGO train parts - especially track but other parts are also useful. I don't need anything other than train items as I already have thing like basic parts and minifigure pars that are broken and damaged. Please PM me a general idea of what you have and where you are, and if you are asking for any money other than shipping. I'm in the USA, but am willing to take these broken parts off your hands even if you are overseas. Of course I will cover shipping from wherever you are.
  20. Two 9v crossovers, 20 straight track and 10 curve track. Should give me lots more options on my 9v layout.
  21. That sounds like badly coded issue, the checkbox should be expected to select everything not just the first page. My lists are smaller so that's why it worked out for me I guess. Sounds like a real issue they need to fix over there. Sorry i couldn't help out.
  22. You have to be of rank Knight to start a poll, so you have a while to go for that one.
  23. All set discussions, reviews, MOCs built with non-LEGO (MB, K-REO, Enlighten, etc etc) go into the Community forum. The main LEGO discussion forums are for LEGO.
  24. You have to fill out the form by the end of June 30. You'll need your ship built and ship thread posted to fill the form out.
  25. Happy anniversary, WisLUG.
