  1. Introducing Cpt. Jean-Mech Picard! When I came up with this idea, I thought this was probably quite a common concept for a Lego MOC. turned out it wasn't so, but now I also know why... it took me forever to design a mech that could fit into the model of the Enterprise. So here it finally is. Thanks for checking this out. For more pics head over to bricksafe.com and if you're interested in building one for yourself, instructions are available (though not for free, sorry) over at rebrickable.com. Battling Robo for top shelf domination!!! Live long, and prosper!
  2. Youtube Link Under the command of Captain Jonathan Archer, the NX-01 crew answers an urgent distress call only to quickly find themselves deep over their heads on a planet without any land mass. A Pritchard Studios Production. For more information, and to follow the progress of the film, see here. For some time I've been developing the idea for a Star Trek fanfilm. It's finally to the stage where I have something to show off! While the teaser here is entirely CG, the film itself will be mostly stop-motion, with effects shots and scenes of the ship rendered in Blender.
  3. The NX-01 was the first NX-class starship, launched by the United Earth Starfleet in 2151. She was equipped with humanity's first Warp 5 engine. Commanded by Jonathan Archer, he served as her captain for ten years before the ship was retired and placed in a museum. She was featured in Star Trek: Enterprise. (2001-2005) She was 225 meters long, but this model is 8.6" long, 4.7" wide, and 2.4" tall. (That's roughly 1:1030 scale, looking only at the length.) She's got 310 parts, with a Bricklink price of roughly $40-$45 USD. (I intend on polishing the design, then buying the parts for a physical version.) Other than a few tiny aesthetic details, I'm ready to call her complete. Been working on her for about 2 1/5 weeks in Bricklink's Studio 2.0. Lego NX-01 Enterprise (Final model) by SteampunkDoc, on Flickr Here are some more angles of the final version: See here for WIP pictures.
  4. Hello all, I apologize for bringing up the subject of megablocks but there is some news that I HAD to share. I am a Huge Star Trek TOS (The original series) and star trek in general and was considering buying some of the Kre-o (sorry) star trek sets when I saw this: MegaBlocks (sorry) are making Star Trek TOS sets!!!!!! That was the enterprise, here is the interior, a bird of prey and the next generation enterprise: Again, apologies for bringing up Megablocks but Live Long And Prosper! Columbus
  5. Made another model of the USS Enterprise from the 2009/13 Star Trek films. Of course, here is the .lxf file for use and editing. Hope you all enjoy.
  6. My first MOC here on Eurobricks, The U.S.S Enterprise from Star Trek I want to make the disc shaped part thinner so it doesn't look so clunky, then I'll be working on a Klingon bird of prey. Thanks for looking at my MOC. Comments and constructive criticism welcome.
