  1. Neither do I. I'm kind of sick of short legs, especially in a CMF series where they can do so much more.
  2. I'd rather them do something like Spongebob than something like Angry Birds, definitely.
  3. I could see that, but I'd see him as more of a Spongebob.
  4. Yes, some sources call Flama male, and others call Flama female. I think they've made it clear by not making it clear. Flama is gender fluid. "A gender fluid person may at any time identify as male, female, neutrois, or any other non-binary identity, or some combination of identities." Sounds like what's happening to me.
  5. Fair enough. I think she was pasted in. But these are more accurate, and she's not that much shorter than Mike. Mike is a short guy. In fact, Boo is about the size of Maggie Simpson, a little shorter than Mike would be with short legs, who is shorter than Sulley would be as a Minotaur sized character. My point stands.
  6. Well, I had heard that she was inspired, at least partly, by Wednesday Addams. That's why I think Pugsly would be s good choice for the boy, then you have the siblings.
  7. Fair points. I always felt like the Skeletons were a bit of a cop-out, especially when the Fantasy Era used them for a whole faction. I never thought of them as minifigures, so that trend is continuing to Squirebots. I'll give you Ava, Robin, the Queen, and I'll concede on Axl, but Scurriers and Squirebots really shouldn't be considered minifigures. And I don't personally feel that brick-built monsters make up for anything, but I have never been a fan of brick-built characters or creatures. And since I don't find the Evil-Mobile to be a particularly nice set, overall (I think it kind of looks dumb to be honest), I'd say that one feels incomplete without another minifigure. It's an underwhelming build with a brick-built character, a character that's a book (arguably the best looking book yet, but still, a book as a character), and the Hero character that appears in the most sets. The only really nice minifigure is Jestro, who is definitely cool, but yes, I think it's lacking in the minifigure department.
  8. It would be cooler if we got a full-sized bear with a plush Spooky Boy. Not too into the idea of this character, and I'd like a black bear, I guess is what I'm saying. I only have a polar bear (which is awesome, I might add). But on the debate about Pugsly Addams vs Eddie Munster, I hope he's more of a Pugsly. I'm not really into vampires, they're too cliche. But Pugsly always had a little something extra. A certain, as the French would say, I don't know what. Then again, I'm an 80's & 90's kid and I loved the Addams Family movies growing up, so I'm prone to choosing in this way.
  9. True. They may want Nexo Knights to be the only Castle theme, but it's certainly not a real Castle theme.
  10. So new, there's hardly any traditional left (if we're talking Castle).

  12. Yes, we need as many creatures like this as possible! I love this Bantha design, and want to buy one.
  13. In the pictures you posted, I would say that Beast is about the height of the Minotaur or similar creature minifigures in comparison to Belle (if she was a minifigure). Close enough anyways. And Mike would have short legs, standing next to Sulley who is the size, again, of a Minotaur or similar creature minifigure (like a Wookiee). Mike and Boo are the size of human children (short legs). Sulley is an adult. Slightly larger, so make him like a Minotaur or Wookiee. I say go the extra mile and give him the long Toy Story arms and a similar head and tail combo like the CMF Lizard Man.
  14. They can call them "characters" all they want, but they are still banners, books, and bricks. The Scurriers and Squirebots are a bit closer, but they're still not the minifigures most LEGO fans crave. Bigfigs are better, at least they're figures. But you may be right, the sets aren't lacking "characters" as much as they are lacking minifigures. I wonder if their next "character" is going to be a 1 x 1 round tile with a face. I hope it's in a $200 set, so collectible! That's a very subjective statement. How elaborate is it, really? Is there arm printing? Side leg printing? Maybe they're good enough to have dual molding? I think they have printing, but I wouldn't call it elaborate. Kinda fancy, maybe. That's definitely new stuff, the value of which is entirely subjective. But I'll give you credit here, they were trying to make some really cool stuff to include as minifigure equipment, and included quite a bit of it. I don't feel that makes up for lack of minifigures, personally. The quality is debatable. I pity the fool who fought for this stuff. OK, now I'm just being a jerk. I take it back. But seriously, Rock Candy Knights are cool? Definitely. And I think that's the point that LEGO is making by including a genderfluid character!
  15. I love that Boudon design for bigfigs. It's a nice design. But I don't think Beast or Sulley would need to be represented as that big by any means. I think they would be just fine in the CMF Minotaur style. Beast is not more than likely going to be in a regular set. If he appears in the Belle's Enchanted Castle set, then he will be in a minidolls set, which is decidedly different. Either way, it sounds like we aren't getting a Beast minifigure, which is sad. So I'm still hoping for Sulley, in the style of the CMF Minotaur.

  17. I don't even think they would need to be as big as Hagrid. Honestly, I don't see an issue having them done like the Minotaur.
  18. But if one is only counting minifigures, it is indeed lacking. I personally don't count Scurriers and Squirebots.

  20. I feel the same, in general. Most of the villains I don't care too much for, but there are a few that I am very fond of. The Knights are too techno (and their Ultimate versions are too Rock Candy) for me. The King and Queen are decent minifigures, though.
  21. I am a LEGO carer. I care for LEGO. But on topic: Follow the link above, and good luck!
  22. If so, I'll say this much: It's a great looking train. One of the best I've seen. But I find it to be boring. No offense, and maybe I'm not the type to get excited about trains anyways, but there's nothing that speaks to me and says that this should definitely be made into a set. If it gets the votes, congratulations. I sincerely hope that it is successful.
