  1. I LIKE this. Great wings, and the shape is boxy in a good way. Bonus points for best Classic Space minifig, too.
  2. Mistranslation, probably. I bet the set is along the lines of that Camaro vs Camaro thing, and compressor refers to a blower installed on the Charger.
  3. 2018 Challenger SRT Demon 1970 Dodge Charger R/T A retailer that listed it early. No pictures, but there's a ton of fascinating information, like: set no.75893, piece count: 478, primary material: plastic. That's right! you heard it here first! no
  4. The Dodge set will have a 2018 Challenger and 1970 Charger. That should be interesting, I'm real curious how the Charger's curves will translate to Lego. posting at great personal risk of account being screenshotted and sent to lego, comrades remember my sacrifice
  5. Not quite perfect but I'm happy with these results, I'm gonna make a space bus. Here's my current recipe, with plenty of room for improvement: mix 2cups water and ~6tsp turmeric bring to boil, stir well reduce heat until it's just barely simmering toss pieces in, stir to remove air bubbles simmer for 5-7 minutes, checking color now and then keep stirring so pieces won't just sit on the bottom and melt this will also scratch the pieces so they match the rest of your collection remove from heat rinse thoroughly serve with light gray and blue, alternatively yellow and black Though I screwed it up this time, it should be possible to convert trans light blue to trans light green using just a quick wash - maybe less than one minute.
  6. How? All I can think of is, Lepin & Co. can get a couple weeks start on planning clones, but how much impact does that really have? Genuine and clone, sets have print runs that last for years. People that buy clones will buy clones anyway.
  7. No, but there was a mosque in the star wars line.
  8. Just for you, SPACE MAILBOX who says you can't rush perfection Sure. I'm waiting on a bricklink order but when I process that, I'll toss in one of these bricks and post the results.
  9. alright, my results, with original lego parts for comparison. Some parts take this better than others. the big flat pancakey thing is a bit on the pale side, but still within Lego's own trans-yellow variation. The 6-wide windshield on top came out perfect, but for some reason shows up the worst in photos.
  10. Thanks for the instructions. well, off to bricklink, again
  11. Well, wow. Looks great. I have got to try this.
  12. These are neat. Especially the Revenger. Blacktron dreadnaught, that's just awesome. even in death I still serve
  13. are lego designers allergic to knees or something?
  14. CUTE. And that's a nice use of the six-shooter pieces.
  15. Heeeeeey I used to live next to that thing. Nice job building it in Lego! bonus points for old style 4-wide cars.
  16. Thank you. And those are it. 1x1 plates with mixel joints, 2 on each side.
  17. Contains four non-lego parts and six pounds of paranoia about breaking that stupid clip on the bottom of the scooter body.
  18. Ah, excellent. I was wondering if that was just a headlight, or something else.
  19. Great use of those propellers, too. I like it, though, forward visibility seems a bit lacking..
  20. Classy armored car, that's not what I expected. Great build. And the background also.
  21. I LOVE the front end, the back and the functionality... but those angled clips make the roof line look concave. Makes me think of some stockbroker that jumped out of a window and landed on the roof. They couldn't quite get the dent out...
  22. Just tall enough to conceal the dread porg army? that is brilliant sir, absolutely brilliant
  23. Well, that's different. I guess the idea is they pull the arms in to form wings? Really nice look on the Mustang mech, too.
