  1. Finally a V-Wing Moc. It looks good however the wedge plates that build up the angled body seem too thick for this size. The nose looks more like the nose of a Star Destroyer than a small fighter craft. Yes the wings are slightly long. Other than this, I like it.
  2. Sure mate! Here you go: http://bricksafe.com/files/Tyutyu/star-wars/ehnot_T65_121416_Tyutyus_Cockpit_and_Nose_Version.lxf I was not able to come up with a solid structure yet, but my modifications should be more or less plug and play with your components. The file includes the: -cockpit and the slight mod to the side panel. -3 versions for the side of the nose. Cheers
  3. Here is my modification to the Cockpit and Nose cone. I have removed the internal detailing as I don't need it. I will try to make is stronger so when I get drunk and swoosh it, it wont fall apart :D
  4. Again man. Thx for your work and the updates we get in the LDD. It inspired me look into the Ldd. I plan to simplify/change the design of the brick build cockpit (Nothing major or worth sharing). It feels good to be playing around with Ldd again. Cheers
  5. YESSS! Finally somebody got the a canopy's lower angle right. It only took what, 39 years? Bravo! (The factory canopy piece is still not perfect for the job though) I am also grateful for the effort from everyone involved in the evolution of the X-Wing here on the forum. Thank you Gray Mouser, Inthert, Psiaki, and dmaclego!
  6. I love the Star Wars movie Y-wing, but I don't like this concept. The nose of the craft gives me the chills. My personal taste aside, your model is fantastic. Bravo!
  7. Looks fantastic. I am crazy for wings angled downward and placed at the rear of the craft (check out my E-wing), so you have me hooked with this alone. Looks great. The big rear body and the slightly humped mid section make it very sexy too
  8. The official model and the film model makes my eyes bleed. I dont like it. Your version however looks great. I love the changes you did to the shape and the color scheme. Bravo Alex!
  9. Scale wise I am aiming for a size similar to billyamy' fantastic Y-wing http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=136749 Yes the cannons are too fat, and the light saber blades seem too thin, so I still have to figure that out.
  10. Greetings All, I have been busy designing and building my Mechwarrior 4 version of the Bushwacker Battlemech (Posted in the Sci-Fi section of Eurobricks) so my Y-wing LDD sits in the corner crying for attention. Here is me hoping that your feedback will convince me to spend more time with this project My also incomplete E-wing is waving "Hi..." -The cockpit opens to the side -The landing ski is folded up right between the legs of the Droid. 11. Looks great. I am only finished with the cockpit section for my Y-wing MOC and I must say, that your version is very similar. I put my MOC aside because I did not have the creativity to do the hull the way you did. Hats off man. Great work! If I ever pick up my Y-wing project I would like to copy your hull design.
  12. Greetings Fellow Sci-Fi Fans, I present to you my version of the Bushwacker Battlemech from the PC game Mechwarrior 4. It is fully posable. It has great balance, and its strong. It took 2 months to design, perfect and build. I was up every night until 4 AM. It is captured in a running and gunning pose. I will try to make better pictures in the future. Feedback is welcome. Features of the BSW-S2 variant: The S2 is a variant of the Bushwacker that makes the 'Mech more effective at short to medium ranges. The 'Mech carries an ER Large Laser to allow the 'Mech to engage an enemy at long ranges as it closes. The 'Mech carries an LB-X Autocannon/10 or a Rotary 5 unit with 6 barrels, which can fire both standard and cluster ammunition for long to medium range engagement capabilities. For close combat, the 'Mech has two SRM-4 short range missile launchers, making it a powerful unit at any range. For added defense, the S2 carries an Anti-Missile System. 13. This craft is fantastic. Love the design, the build and you know what? This craft would even look good if its rear would be its front :)
  14. Looks good. Let me ask: Do I see custom/modified/cut down Lego parts in there?
  15. Hi Juke, Mike Psiaki' X-wing is considered by most people as the most accurate in its small minifig scale size. I always wanted to improve on his model but I never got around to start building it because I was never happy with my alternative solutions. Other X-wings out there have great bits but don't look that good as a whole. Just my 2 cents :) Cheers
  16. I hate to comment stuff like this, but OH MY GOD! This is hardcore Star Wars Lego porn
  17. Im the E-wing guy around here and this looks like an E-wing with slightly higher wing attachment, so I like it
  18. Greetings Efcostarr, Welcome to to forum. I'm also not a fan of these crushed Lego sets, so I welcome your very nice mods to them. Cheers
  19. The belly of the beast is still not figured out yet, but if you look at my post number 4 you can see the internals and the current frontal gear made up of plates and a ski with hinge part.
  20. I was never a Tie fan, but since I got my UCS Vader's Tie Advanced, Its growing on me. I have 3 Tie's now. I like your Moc. Reminds me of Owl swooping in for its prey. Your guns look similar to my E-Wing guns so I like that too :)
  21. Try now. I think the service provider was having maintenance Its funny you say that. I love the F-4 Phantom, but I only saw that my E-wing looks like a Phantom, when I looked at it from different angles after building it. Thanks! Yes it was months. I just find it hard to design and build when I have family, work and a truckload of Lego parts to sort. I just found the parts I am using from the 8089 set in one of my unchecked boxes, so I can sell my 8089 now :)
  22. Finally managed to get some pics of the current state. E-Wing by Andras Pacza, on Flickr E-Wing by Andras Pacza, on Flickr E-Wing by Andras Pacza, on Flickr E-Wing by Andras Pacza, on Flickr E-Wing by Andras Pacza, on Flickr E-Wing by Andras Pacza, on Flickr Im unable to get a hold of white parts via bricklink so most of the ship is built using parts from the 8089 Hoth Wampa cave set I dont consider this MOC completed but Im happy it got off the drawing board and became a permanent addition to my flat. I dont have a UCS X-wing but after seeing one in person, I think my E-wing scales very well to it.
  23. Fantastic.
  24. It seems that the body mid section is a little wide but it works. It looks great from the top view, and we reach to the limitations of the available Lego parts for the front because the front is either too flat or too fat looking at it from the side. Im also modding my Y-wing and I chose the fat cockpit/Nose way over the flat approach. I hereby ask for permission to use your mid section and engine mods or at least part of it on my own Y-wing (If I ever complete it) Here is my front section with LDD. Tell me if the link does not work: https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xtl1/t31.0-8/12371041_10153790493899246_2867026271682762725_o.jpg
  25. I dont know. I arrived home with 14 sets and 2 months of my wage left at the shop a few days back. Been doing this in the last 12 months every month. Running out of money fast. I think I have a buying addiction.
