From trying to comprehend (not trying too hard ) previous posts, I think there may be negative reactions from some, or most, about reading words like "I", and "have", and numbers higher than the allotted "2", when put together in a sentence... But then again, I am no English major Anyway, I read earlier about someone's set missing a bag or two. Has anyone else experienced this and what bag(s) was/where missing?

Hay's for horses, aren't you glad you're a... eh, it's a lame joke. Welcome to EB Nike 2101

I could only hope they look like this... I'd have no problem not buying them. Too futuristic for me. But alas, the actual new line will probably make their way into my collection, eventually. I am really excited about the airport fire truck, though

[MOD] My first mod posting, 60016 Octan tanker with 3180 trailer
LEGO Guy Bri replied to canuckster's topic in LEGO Town
I like it, but think it would look a bit better if the trailer was raised two plates to be level with 60016. It looks like an easy thing to mimic off the truck. Still a neat mod -
Very neat idea and realization Serengeti! Love the work and detail put into this. Will/do you have any vehicles to go with it?

ALt J's Fitzpleasure caught my attention, with the synthesizer or guitar riff, off of some cell phone commercial. Added bonus was unexpectedly seeing them live over the summer

It can't be found on S@H/US, so I assume it is. Brickset says it was available only on August 1st

Awesome ship Illuwatar! Very detailed, it reminds me of the personnel carrier ship from Alien 3. I love the skull, as well. Great job

This is something I would love to see as a group of sets, more so than the BTTF. I saw this earlier today when it had 9,7xx supporting votes. The last bit poured in

Thank you for your help Blakbird and jadedomg, unfortunately Brick Link doesn't have a parts list just yet. I still have to figure out the "wanted list" there as well, but I can't imagine it's complicated

Probably a dumb question, but why is this referred to as a 'BOSS'? I thought it was a Challenger, or is the 'BOSS' a reference to something else?

LEGO Cuusoo projects of interest
LEGO Guy Bri replied to Teessider's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I was really hoping this would have progressed further by now, or at least TLG would have already initiated their own take on this, but the city bicycle is in need of a makeover. Or at least new variations (mountain, road, bmx, etc), especially with last years forest themed releases and previous years campers. 28 years of the same thing is way out dated, even the horse got a new look. Cuusoo Mountain Bikes -
I was wandering if anyone, possibly Blakbird, has complied a list of parts needed for a black chassis? I really like the look of that over the red. This being my first large technic set, I am looking for any help

MOC: Pennsylvania RR's York Coaling Tower and Yard Office
LEGO Guy Bri replied to Cale's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Fantastic work here Cale. Amazing detail and so realistic, it almost doesn't look like LEGO at all -
What Lego-related thing did you do today?
LEGO Guy Bri replied to Savage Oppress's topic in Community
Started MOCing up jet engines for my 7734 Cargo Planes, still waiting on one cone piece for each engine -
Welcome to EB Blueberry Jam! Your paragraph issue may be because you are using Internet Explorer 10... At least I think thats the one I read about giving others trouble. Try using Google Chrome to access website. That helped others. Anyway, looking forward to seeing what you create

Are you a member of a LUG? Are you actively participating in your LUG? I am not a member of a LUG due to my location. There apparently are none in y state, only surrounding states. So, distance is hindering that. Would you consider supporting more actively the online AFOL community (e.g. Eurobricks) as moderator, regulator (indexing, ...), making set reviews, etc.? If the answer is yes, where do you possibly see yourself contributing? If the answer is no, what's the reason (e.g. lack of time, ...)? I am interested in in contributing to the forum, but like some have said, I am worried about how much time is needed to do so. I am most interested in Town/Train forums

I ordered mine between 11:00am and 12:30pm (EST), August 1st, after it was on "out of stock" with S@H saying, "able to ship August 16th". After a few days "in process" and a few more in "customer service/back order", I received shipment confirmation on the 6th or 7th with the package arriving the 8th. Quite pleased, as I was afraid I may have missed or had a messed up order due to the system backup

Very nice work Chorduroy! Excellent work modular-izing this. Too bad you couldn't get to the interior, but if you couldn't really see it anyway, then no biggie
