My favourite Star Wars set by now will be 75102. Aside for the ugly wings and rubber band placement, I think that this is a good set to pick and with some modification, this set can be ever better. Why I only list one set at here? That's because I only have two Star Wars(The other one is the Snowspeeder Microfighter) set by now.

What I mean is by according to the size and accuracy of the E-Web Cannon in the movie.

Thanks for the review, but the set is stil a total disappointment for me. A $60 price tag is way too much for 409 pieces and there's nothing special about this set(Aside for the minifigures) that can justify the ridiculous price tag of this set.

Hey, count me in! Jokes aside, am I the only one here that think that the E-Web cannon used by the snowtroopers is a little bit oversized?
-
Nice, but am I the only one here who think that the nose is a little bit too short for a X-Wing?

I did indeed want to like this set, but like the others I just can't. There's no way I will pay that much for a mediorce designed playset and the stud shooters on the P-tower just looks stupid and out of place for me. Hope that the rumored Death Star set will be way better than this.

What would you like to see in future bionicle sets?

+1 for this, and some minifig-scale playset would also be a nice surprise.- 25 replies

LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
YellowCorvette replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Well, so the box picture of 75098 is already been coming out!? It's way faster that what I would expected. It's a nice set indeed, but the set kinda feel too small for a 2144 piece set and the build barely feels like a modular design at all. -
Hmm, interesting. But since this is my topic, than I need to post my thoughts...... Worst Movie: From Vegas to Macau III (2016). What a piece of garbage and abomination. Don't get me wrong, I love the cast in the movie like Andy Lau and Chat Yun Fatt, but the plot make no sense, the CGI looks bad, and the characters are boring and some of the characters looks out of place in the movie. (It even have a 1.1 rating on IMDB) Worst Song : Any songs from Rebecca Black seriously. Worst Game : Star Wars Battlefront EA(2015). Sure the graphic is stunning, but the boring gameplay, ridiculous price (60$? Seriously?), lack of customization and messy online match completely killed the game for me.

LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
YellowCorvette replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
See the pictures of the Turbo Tank at the link below here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=118611&st=4750#entry2454811 From the pictures, it's clearly that the Turbo Tank is way smaller for the previous versions. (Not counting Midi-scale or Microfighters set) -
LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors

Yeah the Luggabeast has blue armor in the movie, but the blue colored parts in the Luggabeast is way too bright for me and make it looks like something that are came out from a kids coloring book. Sand Blue parts or even some dirt print and stickers on the Luggabeast's armor will be better. -

What's up with the ugly blue parts on the Luggabeast? It looks out of place and barely represent the color scheme of the real thing. -

Marvel Superheroes 2016 Rumors And Discussion
YellowCorvette replied to Quicksilver's topic in LEGO Licensed
Am I the only one here who think that the bridge in the Spider-Man bridge fight set looks a little bit messy? I know that a bridge battle between 3 superheroes and 3 villains will cause some serious damages to the bridge, but still....... Aside for that, I think that the Spider-Man bridge fight set is a fantastic set to have! -

Arghhhh, I'm too late to be the first member to comment about the 2016 summer sets, but since I'm now here..... I gonna say that the beast's heads looks awesome! Quake and Lava looks better than I expected, and the summer Umarak isn't look too bad compared to the Hunter version. Didn't have anything special I can talk about Storm beast and Ekimu however. Wait, is the 2016 Ekimu also included with a Umarak the Hunter's mask in black blended with trans-orange?

Bionicle 2016 Story Discussion & Rumors
YellowCorvette replied to VBBN's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Agree. I'm a great fan of Bionicle, but the fanbases can be sometimes been terrible. I also have meet some Bionicle fans that hating on System sets and there explanation is "If the System fans can hate Bionicle, why can't we do the same on them? " (This is real) "Great" one for this, and what's next? Lego System sets burning party? -
Bionicle 2016 Story Discussion & Rumors
YellowCorvette replied to VBBN's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Agree on both of this. I love both Constraction and System Lego sets, but the fan bases are sometimes can be awful like FNAF's fandom when talking about Constraction sets and theme like HF and Bionicle. -
Similar to the description of the Summer Star Wars sets, the description of the Summer Bionicle sets is also a mixed pack for me. While I excited to see the final set for some of the sets, I'm very disappointed to hear the story been simplified for avoid confusion for kids. Yeah, this is possible, but I see some of other themes can manage to have a complex storyline without confused the younger fans so this isn't the most excusable answer. And also what's up with the low coverage of the Constraction sets like HF and Bionicle sets in those Toy Fair? I know that there's only a few AFOL that are loving both Constraction and System sets, but this is totally ridiculous.

LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
YellowCorvette replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Just read the Summer Star Wars sets report from Brickset. 75145, 75147, 75148 and 75150 sounds great and I can't wait to see the final set. The Turbo Tank and AT-TE also sounds good, but I'm a little bit dissapointed that both of them are smaller than the previous Turbo Tank and AT-TE set. Not excited with the blue X-Wing at all since aside for the new function, this set is a total copy from 75102 with only a color and minifigures swap. (Plus, I already have 75102) -

(LDD MOC) Rebel Gunship/ Troop carrier
YellowCorvette replied to YellowCorvette's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Here's more details of the weapons equipped with the ship! Rebel Gunship weapons by Armstrong X-Wing, on Flickr This ship has a pair of heavy duty laser cannon mounted at both side of the wings as the ship's main weapon. A proton torpedo launcher (The spring loaded shooters) and a light duty blaster cannon per wings is also mounted at both side of the wings to do extra damages. Rebel Gunship weapons by Armstrong X-Wing, on Flickr This ship is also has a anti-starfighter turret mounted at the top of the ship. With a 2-barreled laser cannon and 2 proton torpedo launcher (The spring-loaded shooters) mounted to the turret, it will be a nightmare for almost any starfighters in the galaxy. This turret is also rotatable via using a click 4x4 turntable. Rebel Gunship weapons by Armstrong X-Wing, on Flickr A rear defense turret is also mounted at the rear of the ship to make some extra damages. Any comments are welcomed as usual. The LXF file will be available later. -

(LDD MOC) Rebel Gunship/ Troop carrier
YellowCorvette replied to YellowCorvette's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Here's more LDD pictures for the details of the interior of the ship as promised! RebelGunship Interior by Armstrong X-Wing, on Flickr The front/cockpit section is able to fit 4-5 minifigures, and 6 if you arrange your minifigures properly. Rebel Gunship Interior by Armstrong X-Wing, on Flickr The interior of the front/cockpit section is accessible with openable top section via click and normal hinge parts (Note: the top section is not fully opened) Rebel Gunship Interior by Armstrong X-Wing, on Flickr The back section is able to fit 4 minifigures that are ready to enter the battle. The troop sitting section is also can be pulled out to make loading minifigures in the seats easier. No openable top section is available in this section. Because of limited space, you need to turn the head sideways(or their helmet) if you want to load minifigures with large helmet pieces. (Ignore the asymmetrical rear section walls) Rebel Gunship Interior by Armstrong X-Wing, on Flickr A boarding ramp is also included at the back/troop loading section to allow accessing the troop seating section and the minifigures easier. (sorry about the empty section of the side of the back section) I'll post the details of the weapons of this ship in later posts. Stay tuned!
