Interesting. I also like both of them but I slightly like 75102 more because of the unique color scheme.

2016: A Disappointing Year?
YellowCorvette replied to Sir Brickalot's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I didn't really think so. For me this year is a mixed bag (Althrough 2016 isn't even close to over yet) like the other years. I kinda agree that the flagship sets released in the winter is very disappointing (Looking at you, 75098!) but when the summer arrives it's starts to get better with the Technic Porsche 911 and the Creator Big Ben, and the new Death Star isn't even revealed yet! The opposite can be applied for some of the themes like Star Wars with good Winter wave system sets and overpriced Summer wave system sets. -
LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
YellowCorvette replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
It's pretty much most of the pictures are been taken down by TLG now. The same thing happens with the TFA wave 1 sets leaks at the previous year. -
The great queen of the Bohroks been represented with a messy Technic build. 70312 Lance's Mecha Horse (The next users didn't need to quote the previous mentioned set)

This game is simple : The previous user mentions abot a Lego set's set number and it's name, and you describe the set. (EDIT: You need to mention another set after you finish describe the previous set) An Example: Member 1: 10236 Ewok Village Member 2: You can get some Ewok minifigures from the set. And the game continues be as imaginative and creative as you like. I'll start here: 31026 Bike Shop & Cafe

With 75149 been offically released, now the consumers can choose 75102 or 75149. Both 75102 and 75149 has the same minifigure amount, similar build and similar price tag (For some country). Which X-Wing is better in your opinion, and why?

Bionicle 2016 Story Discussion & Rumors
YellowCorvette replied to VBBN's topic in LEGO Action Figures
But hthis also opens a new question: "Why Skull Grinder didn't just finish Ekimu and the others first before complete his mission or calling more support from the Skull spiders or Skull Warriors?" There's little to no reason for Kulta to ignore Ekimu while finishing his mission. -
What's your recent LEGO Star Wars Purchase?
YellowCorvette replied to KimT's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Just got 75083 AT-DP. The set is pretty good, but it's a pity that the legs can't be articulated properly. -
LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
YellowCorvette replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I don't think so. the TIE Striker is priced at $70 with (only) 543 pieces , and the FO Special Force TIE has a similar part count with the same price! -
Thanks for the review. Umarak the Destroyer looks pretty good, but I'll prefer if the jaw piece is colored in gold since that's make the jaw piece looks like a part of the mask and make the jaw piece looks slightly better. Still waiting for a G2 set that can rival Grievous and Witch Doctor, through.

Thanks for the review, and I agree with the others that this set suffers for poor execution of a great idea. This set has way of much gap at the right arm and the function leaves something to be desired. Sadly that I prefer Bruizer than this.

Thanks for the review, but unlike the others I didn't really like this set. Aside for the new parts and the color scheme, this set looks pretty boring for me.

Thanks for the review! Lava Beast looks the best among the summer wave, but he still isn't great enough for me for a purchase.

Looks pretty good, but why does everyone prefer this version than 75102? (Just ask curiously) -
Review Review: 70595 Ultra Stealth Raider
YellowCorvette replied to Bob De Quatre's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Thanks for the awesome review. Althrough I'm not a Ninjago fan (I just can't imagine how a ancient-looking ninja will use futuristic vehicles), but the set itself is pretty good. -
I have mixed feeling with the PT movies. While the soundtrack and world introduction is good, there's still more things wrong with the prequel movies. Another weak link of the PT is the villains. A good movie , novel and TV show (Not all of them) need a good villain, and the PT falls flat on that. Darth Maul looks menacing and cool, but he barely do anything in TPM and he feels more like a plot device for a lightsaber duel than a real character for me. We didn't really know who he are, why he hates the Jedi and why he did everything that he is doing in the movie. And Darth Maul's death in the final kills any potential to develop the character. (Not counting the TCW TV show) Count Dooku is slightly better since we know that he is a former Jedi and it opens a chance for some interesting scene and conflict. But the poor writing on the script and the weak plot makes him looks like another random bad guy and Christopher Lee's excellent acting is totally wasted. There's no reason to mention Grievous, Jango Fett and Zam Wesell, since they barely impacts the plot. Darth Sidious/Palpatine is perhaps the only interesting villain in the PT, but he still lacks real depth since we didn't really know why he want to destroy the Jedi and wants more political power.
