Sooo... Any Sonic gameplay or screenshots? Because i haven't seen any...
-
lol my comment got buried *insert minifigure "joke" * Aaanyways, the thing about Lego, is that you never know who's who, if you catch my cold. Jay may as well be Antarctian for all we know (although I recall that he talked in a New York accent in this one episode). The trailer should be something. But one thing bothers me. If the movie is developed enough to have a trailer, why are the prelims so bad? hmm...
-
I can confirm what he said. However, lightning and air may be interconnected elements. Jay used wind in one episode, while Morro used lightning in another. I find that pretty funny as well.

Wai?? I hate change! lol but really though, I'm not familiar with most of the actors there, but I suppose this could make sense. After all, the ninja are supposed to be in high school. So I guess in this sense new voice actors can be justified. One thing's for sure though, the movie is probably a seperate canon... The only possibility is time getting warped in the "last" season, or a different universe entirely. At least the show will continue, I think. But if the show is going to take changes from the movie... It may get rewritten Oh, and guys? Just throw that idea about new ninja out of the way And that hair... Eww. Good thing that's preliminary... And those outfits as well. Jay looks like the Time Ninja and Zane looks like Polnareff... However I do think it's creative that they made Cole browm, to make Nya black. How this will match her powers, I don't know. Dark water?? Dark Ice?? Dark energy??

Yeah! Well, technically you could fight the skeletons without a shelter. But a shelter is still nice for keeping all your stuff. But I don't know about food. Maybe food could heal you, but I myself don't like hunger bars...

It seems like a lot of people here want Lego Worlds to be a sandbox game, which utilizes every aspect of Lego, from Technic to string. I admit, with a polished building system, this would actually be a really fun game, if Lego was going in this direction. Lego + unlimited bricks and building techniques = 10/10. But i'm worried the game isn't going to be like that... To the people who want the ^ above ^, how would you like it if there was a second mode, where you have a health gauge, you have to collect bricks, and you have an initiative to do so? (not really a story, but a reason).
-
I doubt the movie would utilize show accurate expressions, mostly because it doesn't seem to be in the show's style. But this might actually be our way of getting characters with almost no relevance in the show now. Sword holders in the sets are weapon holders in the show, since they're just flat circles that hold any weapon by having it magically stick on to it. Here was the weapon holders in Possession: I can't find a picture, but you can see Cole, Kai, and Zane's in video. Too bad I can't find Lloyd's, his is fabulous.
-
Oh right! The only other weapon that kind of gets it right is Cole's scythe. There was one with a curved blade on it, which kind of looked like a dragon. I wish LEGO would make a Ninjago: Masters of spinjitzu collection which would basically be all of the characters, each in a different outfit, that is completely accurate to the show. Faces, printing, armor... And weapons. After seeing how the deepstone armor looks in the show, I found the clear colored weapon holders to be very nice looking. Just imagine if that was what we got...
-
Wait... But I Googled them... it's dark green every picture I see... Like here, here, and here...
-
lol Or the next earth master?? um no I Googled the two blades, and I guess while it's arguable that Trapped Cole is somewhat brown-ish, the elemental blade certainly is not. EDIT: Whoops, yeah, in the TV show, the core is brown.
-
Looks like we think alike. If there's ever a story/survival mode or something, you should work your way up with brick collecting, from basic bricks to advanced Technic and beyond. But what's the point of Dimensions in Lego Worlds? There'd be nothing for them to do other than run around and use their abilities on nothing. The only way I can see this idea happening is if the game develops enough to the point where it looks like an actual real, lush world, and the characters would be like interactive skins where some of their abilities would be removed if it's allows for easy progression. I dunno. Survival and free mode? Things to do? I'm not sure, but it should be something that adds meaning to the game.
-
The thing is, these are called elemental blades. Earth isn't black... It's more of a brown color, but I guess brown looks bad or something, because Cole's power in the Djinn Blade is also dark green :P These outfits look kinda weird, but I still think it's real because they appear to be in the museum, plus there's some authentic looking paintings on the walls. A lot of work was put into it for it to be a fake. Jay and Nya's outfits are looking weak, but I may need closer inspection to be sure.

[REVIEW] Ninjago | 70593 - The green NRG dragon
gamejutzu replied to sweetsha's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Good review, but there are, a lot of interesting pieces and design choices that were used in this set. It would have been interesting to cover those. Like how the bigfig arms represent shoulders, and the jade blades on it's face. At first I wasn't really feeling the brick built heads, but now I realize how much more expressive they can be, if done right. It would be kind of cool if we got a brick built version of the dragon heads in 2011, lol. -
[MOC] Ninjago Jungle vignette

Or in an electrical storm :P -
Eh, I still expect great things from this game. Gonna keep waiting until I hear of that one announcement, the one that really sets this game apart. Or, at least, make it unique anyway.

[MOC] Ninjago Jungle vignette

Technically they're called the zukin suits, but I'm nit gonna be that person... I do have to say though, the only suits that are actually practical for hiding in a jungle are Lloyd, Cole, and Jay, lol. -
Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread
gamejutzu replied to Lance's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
Got really lucky and found a video of 2 screenshots before it could be taken down (around 15 minutes ago). The first screenshot is basically all the ninja standing around a building with the same dude from the Samukai video. The second is Nya and Kai looking at a photo of their parents. There's black arms and black armor Jay's outfit looks reversed as there is a circle taking up the front of his outfit where it would usually be seen at the back Lloyd has a suit resembling his ZX outfit Cole has grey boots and orange highlights Saunders is in the picture A painting depicting a battle in the monastery can be seen They are at the Ninjago Museum of History- 4,591 replies

So... I'm waay too late on this, so I can't see the video... Anyone want to describe the suits to the people over on my boat? How unique are the outfits? Are they completely new or variants (like how skybound outfits are variations of deepstone)?
-
I wouldn't say quest, but I guess there could be things to try to accomplish. Maybe there can be modes to the game. There could be a free mode, where you have all the stuff and have no restrictions on where to put things, etc. Here you can basically build whatever you want and show the world your mansion or gigantic machine. And a "story" mode, but not really. More like Minecraft's survival and creative modes, but here you can die and lose your parts, and you only have access to basic bricks the first time you play, so you need to go around and collect parts. You also can't just pull a car out of nowhere, you have to build it. And if you have LED bricks, technic pieces, and power bricks, you can make devices like cranes and elevators.
-
Did you LDD that, then build it? Looks more or less the same as the original, but in black. I'm seriously going to have to grab the tumbler, I need that hair and those nindroids for my army.
-
Oh. Perhaps as a D2C? I see a Borg Tower or the Monastery coming up... Perhaps the Dark Island book will give info about the future season/s? I hear there's screenshots and stuff, as well as the Yin of their world having some strange things going on.

Nah, I personally think it's going to be the Speed Star, as it can transform into 3 vehicles. Also really glad the Sonic figure actually looks good. I was afraid it would look like someone in a Sonic costume or something that looks out of place. Now for the Shadow fun pack, lol.
-
Yes! My man Sonic is confirmed to be in the game! Now all I need is a Shadow and Tails team pack, or just a Shadow or Tails fun pack. I can already tell what Sonic's vehicle will be. He'll use the Speed Star, which can transform into a speedboat and jet. I also wonder how fast Sonic's running speed will be? I hope it's like Quicksilver's speed, to where he can run on walls and across water. It would also be really cool to see him have the homing attack (jump + attack) or the spin dash (hold circle or B). There's also a lot of potential for his specials as well. Overall, really exited to see him. ________ But that Raven figure... Why did they have to make the figs based off Teen Titans Go? Teen Titans Go is arguably the most hated show that's currently on Cartoon Network. The figures for them look so... simplistic as well. I'm really not liking those eyes either. Here's to hoping Raven gets an actual minifigure soon.
-
The thing is though... That looks like fun for multiple. Lego Worlds needs a good single player, and make you feel like you actually have a purpose, rather than just going around and hitting things, and finding structures in a stark landscape.
-
Yeah, I kinda hate it when people don't even know what they're writing about. It's seen a lot in Ninjago. Do you mean they'll make sets of locations seen in the show, even if they're past? That's pretty nice to hear, my hope for Ash and Neuro at 4 Weapons is rekindled. it's also interesting to know they make the villains first before anything, instead of new suits or weapons or whatever. Did the book give any hints pertaining to the next or future seasons?
