Is anyone here into Mortal Kombat? I have some thoughts on purist figures: Use the ooze villain's mummy head from the Ninjago set 70736 for Ermac Use the Star Wars Inquisitor's head (and maybe even body) from set 75082 for Quan Chi Use Barriss Ofee's head (and maybe body) and add Iron Spider's claws from the upcoming Sandman set to create D'Vorah Use the Aztec CMF feathered "crown" piece, Castle troll head and bodies for Kotal Kahn Use the Chima Torso, part number 973pr2245c01 and Chima croc legs as the beginning for Reptile Also for all you Ghostbusters fans looking for a "Slimer", Ninjago set 70736 might have the answer. The "Screamer" characters are basically the same idea. You can even put them on a minifig's head. See for yourselves, go to Jangbricks' review of the set and skip ahead to 8:02 minutes.

Marvel Superheroes 2015 Rumors & Discussion

Yeah, please Carnage set photos would be amazing!!! Microfigs would be great. I mean they do them for the Helicarrier, which was really an unnecessary yet very well done addition to the set, but they don't add them Ant Man set whose whole shtick is turning small? I would love for a big fig Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet as his hand. A gold hand with, most likely printed Infinity stones, would be amazing. The hand alone would be great for a scene or MOC. Perhaps giving it to the Hulk would look great too. I'm not really sure they're changing the big fig design any time soon, so I'm fine with a Quasimodo hunchback style Thanos. Don't even get me started on the Sandman set. I thought of the Spectacular Spider-Man episode too. The black ooze in the middle of the grey plate isn't really helping. -
Very nice job man, the name plate on pepper's desk reading, "Stark Industries" is genius, but I must ask the chamber faith the alien inside, is that supposed to be the...

Great work so far bro. You know, I've lived in NY for years and I never knew that the NYPD had one of those. Guess thats because there aren't massive riots.

More info regarding the Ant Man set: http://www.thebrickf...l-battle-76039/ Here's hoping for more micro figs if the really are going to be adding pieces. -
No problem man. But yeah, I can totally see where you're coming from regarding the Hawkeye face. To me the 2012 head with glasses is more cocky than angry though. I think I speak for everyone saying that we would love to see the hammer drones later, please post them when you do make them. Great job on your figures over all bro. Can;t wait to see more.

Age of Ultron, yet on topic Spoiler: -
Anyone think that the electric villain from the Ultra Agents boat set )both with an without the helmet) could be good for a Zzzax minifigure? (The glow-in-the-dark head at least, but the torso is cool too.) Maybe? Yeah, the blue is a good idea as is the armor. As for the head, maybe a 1x2 slope? I used that on one of mine. Tony Stark is amazing by the way. As for Justin Hammer though, I don't like the head. I'd use the old Hawkeye from the 2012 Avengers line. (Maybe change the hair to Aldrich Killian's) i actually fiddled around with with a Justin hammer figure once using Killian's body and hair with Hawkeye's head.

2015 The LEGO Movie rumors and discussion
Legocity2713 replied to just2good's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Yeah, without the movie there would be no Coffee Chain in the set. Octan is a different story considering Lego just used it in the movie and it existed beforehand, (pre President Business era that we are sort of in now.) -
Very cool, I have been wanting someone to make a good version of this and you have done it excellent work bro. (One thing though, no napping holder)

Wow, very good work man. love the different textures and detailing. Nice.

So, is anyone counting the Coffee Chain kiosk from City set 60097 as a lego Movie structure? -
Very cool. I'd love to make a nice little MOC like this as a display for a few of my figures. Excellent work man.
-
Yeah no doubt the CMF influenced the set. As did the Galaxy Squad robots perhaps?
