    I hope the 'Flintstones' gets through, Vintage Motorcycle of BMW R60/2, might also stand a chance as TLG already have a tie in with BMW with 42063 BMW R 1200 GS.

    Not so sure why you are paying so much for genuine Lego parts £6.96 on Bricks and Pieces here in the UK (Cheaper than BrickLink)

    I understand (from other forums) that 'Lego' shops are now taking pre-orders, I won't be in the queue saving my money for the 2H sets.

    Can I be the dissenting view and say I quite like the colours Showed all the new sets to my grandson (11yo) and this is the one he wants over the rest so TLG must be doing something right.

    My 8480, is slowly disintegrating due to the old style half bushes spitting whilst the model is on display.

    Congratulations on completing such a mammoth build Clive, you certainly have the patience of a saint. Any idea what's next on the build list or are you taking a (short) break?

    Is it possible for EV4, WeDo 2 and Power functions to all share the same type of connectors, so that the motors sensors etc are able to be used interchangeably?

    I'd be interested to see if we get new panels to to cope with the large curve behind the door, after all they did introduce a new panel with the Porsche to do the wings?

    The original figure (Series 5) has the tunic buttons placed singly which would indicate that the guardsman was a member of the Grenadier Guards, whist the new 'Hamleys' figure has buttons in pairs which indicates that the guardsman is in the Coldstream Guards. For both though the collar badge is incorrect.

    Disappointed Having finally managed to get hold of this set whilst enjoying the build, I'm disappointed in TLG's quality control, as my copy was missing a 5L beam, 2, 6l half beams and I ran out of blue pins when completing bag 3. Fortunately customer services have agreed to send out replacements (I didn't bother with the blue pins), but it does distract from the building experience.

    Very nice, but aren't the tyres on the wrong way round? As a general when looking from the rear; Powered equipment 'V' pointing up Non-powered 'V' pointing down
