    Interestingly on one of the Facebook groups a photo purporting to be a Lego model of this appeared this morning (it has since disappeared) it was an obvious photoshop job using 42030 box art and a photo which looked like it had been stolen from the Volvo website.

    Argos in the UK have 3 for 2 on Lego at the moment including the 2H sets, opportunity to save some money. Amazon UK have also dropped their prices.

    Excellent review s always @Jim, just one little correction, in 'Contents of the box' you state 6 unnumbered bags, then in 'Bags' you state 6 Numbered bags, one to put away for the grandkids at Christmas.

    Interesting to see that there are basically two camps, (although there is a lot of crossover), when it comes to Technic the supercars or big machines (trucks, BWE's, Plant etc), personally I prefer the big yellow machines, having spent a lifetime working with them, having said that my all time favorite set is 8880 - a car

    At the end of the day its a childs toy, that's its market, I doubt if most care about these things I like it and at 61 it's nice to be called young

    From what I've seen it would appear TLG have gone back to using numbered bags for this years 2H sets as opposed to last year when they all came in unnumbered bags, not sure which I prefer, in some ways it nice just having a big pile of parts, but then again numbered bags do save a lot of time sorting for a particular piece.

    At a ridiculous price US $9,990.00, if you've been lucky enough to go on one of these tours, and given a set as a momento you shouldn't be trying to make a fast buck selling it.
