Any volatile fuel will dissolve Lego plastic. I would recommend recommend testing it out side at a safe distance as likely to explode in a fireball. -
Now converted to 3 x8T gear design and ran OK but train would not reverse ! Due to the extra gear in the drive chain the axles were running wrong way, and trip beams were in wrong position Simple - fix just had to change the small black pole c/o switch on the PF switch to the other direction and reverses OK now. Tested with my new unloader module with fresh batteries and a 30 ball load & works well.

I have always used the original Akiyuki Type 2 version, didn't realise Courbet version was different to Akiyuki version. I have made a summery of the different type 2's that can be used:- Version Motor type Output speed of axles gearing train overall gear Ratio 1/ Akiyuki original version M motor 1.66 x motor speed = Fastest 20 -12-12 1.66 step up 2/. Courbet version M motor Same as motor speed 8-8-8-12-12 1:1 3/ tOmster / Doug72 version M motor output speed 1:0.6 = Slowest 12-20 0.6 step down 4/ Doug72 version L Motor 1.66 x motor speed = Fastest 20-12 1:1.66 step up

Here's an image of the Ver 2 slow version, originally made by tOmster. and slight mod by me using a 20T DBGgear. The thin 20T tan gears can bump slightly over point / track switches. IMG_7785

Ver 2 train car can be slowed down using z20 thin tan gears and a M motor as shown in BBC train thread I have used this in my through rotary upper module. Various Other mods have improved Ver 2, biggest issue is obtaining the old PF switch.

How to set up double 60197 with two motors running
doug72 replied to meesje's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Re weak coupling magnets, a common problem due magnetic poles in the two magnets are out of alignment with each other. The magnets can shift / rotate inside the coupling housings Rotate one coupling relative to the other one it is connecting to until you feel the pull get stronger, the magnets need to have their poles aligned for full strength. -

Lego should re-brand it as a AW609 Tilt Rotor version which is a civilian version with parts in a new contents box without any reference to Boeing.
-
The AW609 tiltrotor aircraft is the civilian cousin of the larger, military V-22 Osprey, aimed at corporate aviation, search and rescue operations, and oil rig transport. ... The AW609 can fly at 320 mph; most helicopters top out around 170 mph.7 Feb 2018

When I click on your image all I see is dark parts against a black background !!!! You need to use a better way to post images - see FAQs Same with all black bogie - very hard to see details, best to use different colour parts to show better how it is built.

The other two are driven & controlled using EV3 using type 2 train units. Sorry no instructions, for more information with images click the links on the index page. see section on comparable modules with Akiyuki train systems. Any queries please please ask.

It would be a good idea if you included a photo of the actual completed model in your 1st. Post instead of directing people to rebrickable.
