  1. Did some small research. In set 8860 it looks like, on the box there really was pictures with some spring and axle combination, but set came with soft shock absorbers (8860 is set with which they were introduced). Maybe some very first sets really came with that solution, but can't find. Interesting.
  2. This is really interesting. Little bit of luck! Skills You have.
  3. Who reads the rules :) Good choise. Reducing 2x gears in shrinking contest is OK, I think. Using small turntables as wheel hubs, reduces width by 1 stud, which could be enough.
  4. This is not micromising contest :) Not shure about those springs. Better ask @Jim if that is allowed. But most probably no
  5. Maybe this channel https://www.youtube.com/@legotechnicmastery
  6. Nice technical build. That propeller add really much to it.
  7. I haven't noticed before, that this set has B model :) thank You for review! Somehow I more enjoy building smaller sets, up to mid size.
  8. Detail, design level is really impressive, especially not using stickers for "paint job". I also like the way You integrated those small wheel arches in front.
  9. Usually I don't make instructions, I'm too much at computer at work already. I like to spend time on building something.
  10. Excellent build. Why front lights are not made with transparent tiles?
  11. As we notices, it doesn't look, like there is separate motor for front wheels, that drivetrain is coupled - driven from 2 motors in rear.
  12. Not shure if that is that part, but it seems, that it is some additional part to hub, not integral part of it.
  13. Most probably will get this because of all panels. Otherway, design also is pretty good, if not the best from all in this scale.
  14. Shelby, bolide, corvette, senna etc. sized. So technic "speed champion" series.
  15. In blueprint it looks like there is something like battery box in the back.
  16. Idea is good, but I'm afraid about sturdiness. Most probably, that design can be improved, made more rigid. maybe something under that u-joint could be put, so that it holds everything together
  17. Use some so called light saber part, or some tube like on ferrari daytona, or those tooth/claw parts in white
  18. Copy image link and paste it here, it will embed
  19. You are still missing those DLR. You can use the same approach lego used, I think.
