    A friend of mine who lives near a Legoland Discovery Centre managed to get me the two Shang-Chi sets! Super pumped.

    At the moment, for sure. A little annoyed, hopefully it's only a matter of weeks before they come out in the UK, and not months. One guy in a local AFOL Facebook group said he'd seen the Shang-Chi sets in his local Sainsbury's but didn't have pictures. Also the Legoland Discovery Centres here have them on shelves, which gives me some hope.

    "A bit" is an understatement. If something is an SDCC exclusive I tend to consider that the same as not existing at all, it puts it way outside the realm of what most people (myself included) can afford to budget for a single minifigure. Oh to be in a position where one minifigure being at least £200 is only "a bit" expensive for me.

    Try WHSmiths too. Up until the DC series I'd usually get a full box from them, then split it with some friends.

The dynamic between Harley and the Joker is one of my favourite aspects of DC comics, and something I really want to explore further in the LDCU. As for the brickfilm itself, for once I'm actually pretty happy with how it came out! A lot of the vfx on the rooftop are a little half-baked but I've definitely learned a lot from attempting the smoke scene in particular. My shutter remote also started acting up halfway through shooting (gonna need to replace that soon) so there was a fair amount of unwanted camera shake I had to fix, but minor details. Not that the Oz books didn't have a darker edge to them, but a show like Emerald City is just alienating, and misses the point of the original. I feel like I could have been a LOT more harsh in parodying it, but I also wanted to make use of the LEGO Dimensions pack XD Seriously guys, who thought we'd get official LEGO Wizard of Oz minifigures?
