Out here the Nexo Knights sets are consistently selling out. Like it or not, it's not going anywhere. Fortrex is a dead LOCK to make the list next year. Chaos Catapult is a great parts pack for historic builders, with ninety useful brown and trans-orange parts, as well as a lava monster that is generic enough to mass army build. I guarantee you only feel this strongly about NK because there's no "real" Castle theme out right now. I can assure you that it's more then likely it comes back next year or the year after. Maybe then we can finally unpin the Lotr thread.

Anyone know where to find episode ten? -
These kinds of sarcastic exchanges are what make Eurobricks great.

Also surprising that Dino Island has seven votes, I would assume it's out of nostalgia. -

Okay, the direct call out to the "Black Knight" scene from Monty Python in episode 8 was hilarious. -

Maybe the Gas Station is $90 because TLG thought they could scam the thousands of Lightningtigers people out there who have been waiting for one since 2007.

Captain Hook's hat could be useful for a merchant or a noble. -
Not sure where to post this, but it looks like Walmart is having a massive clearance, and the uploader says that he thinks it might be USA-wide. Lots of new posts can be made here if he's right.

Series 15 Winged Warrior. A perfect substitute for Mr. Gold, as well as having many useful parts. For randomly picking a bag off of the shelf, I'm happy.

The second one. It's more space-like. -
Thinking about whether or not I should post in this thread. Guess I'm not procrastinating anymore. I'm not sure how to react to this.

Fantastic Beasts 2018 - Speculation & Future Set Discussion
BrickJagger replied to Ookami's topic in LEGO Licensed
Even though I love Nexo Knights, I can agree with this. It's been a long time since classic fantasy creatures have been readily available in large quantities, so new HP sets wouldn't hurt. Saying NK is controversial is a little over the top, though, especially compared to Chima. If there were only two HP packs, two of the four main characters had to wait. It wouldn't make sense not to have Ron and Voldy in the batch after that, would it? -
Forgot one:

That would be hard to do, considering the Red/Black color scheme of the Evil Mobile doesn't blend well with the Brown color scheme of GMSEOD.

Come to think of it, you're probably right. The King's Mech and the Black Knight's Mech are about the same size in the show, and the King's Mech was about 320 pieces, so I assume that the Black Knight's Mech will be about 340 pieces and the remaining 150 goes to the lava golem (The other 40 are the figures). It's also possible that the Black Knight and Whiparella are the only figures included due to the lava golem also being in the set, but I hope that's not the case.

It certainly seems successful so far, and with the amount of marketing that Lego has poured into it (As well as learning from the mistakes made in Chima) NK could be around for a long time.
