Hm, I hope it's not the F40 - we already got a proper F40 with the Creator Expert set last year and I think in Technic this car would look like a total mess, it's a very difficult shape to build with bricks, especially Technic ones! My guess is that it might be the McLaren P1, although a Porsche 911 would be very cool!

Now you've got me interested ... please share the name ... and the price, thank you! I mean what's the big deal ... we have the names for all other 2H sets for a few months now, it's doing noone any harm since we won't get to see pictures anyways.

I absolutely love set 75875 Ford F-150 Raptor & Ford Model A Hot Rod Hopefully there will be a LEGO Creator Expert version of the Ford F-150 Raptor one day, it's a superb car!

Too bad LEGO doesn't have the Land Rover license yet ... a Land Rover all-terrain vehicle would be perfect for LEGO Technic. The Ford Raptor would be amazing as well - but tbh I would prefer a LEGO Creator Expert set for the Ford Raptor. Also I really enjoyed the modular building style they used for the Mercedes Benz Arocs 3245 ... hope TLG can continue this with future sets.

8 7 days until London Toy Fair 2016 where we can expect precise descriptions of each 2H 2016 Technic set. (not sure about the Ultimate IP Car though) (alongside all other 2H sets of the other themes) 11 10 days until Nuremberg Toy Fair 2016 where we will see proper pictures and videos of each 2H 2016 Technic set. I could not be more excited ... but then again the wait until the actual street date of each set (August) will be a tough wait for sure.

That actually could happen if we don't hear anything about this set during the next two months I'd say.

Hopefully the Toy Fairs at the end of this month will give us some information on the Ultimate IP Car - however I start to worry that it might be announced at a later date, since it's rumored to be the first Technic UCS set.

Has noone ever questioned the meaningfulness of 2 in 1 sets (Technic). To date I have never build a B model because to me at least the A model is always the better choice - both in building experience and final looks. Why not let 2 in 1 sets completely go for the big sets (they can still do it with the smaller ones) and put even more focus on the main model?

Very curious about the Lighthouse - I wish LEGO would make a big Creator Expert lighthouse one day.

It would be amazing if the IP car introduces PF 2.0 with the inclusion of a rechargeable battery! (like WeDo 2.0 uses them) I hate having to use several batteries which cost so much additional money, I believe everyone agrees with me?

How can we compare Volvo and Claas in regards to its size/piece count to last years 2H sets?

Confident it's some kind of an exclusive set - like Technic UCS set - I highly doubt it's canceled. So Volvo will be regular 2H flagship model and Ultimate IP Car will be Technic UCS (that's what I think)

Nuremberg Toy Fair is just a few weeks away ... all will be revealed there - not sure about the "Ultimate IP Car" though, might be announced at a later date? Nuremberg Toy Fair runs from January 27th to February 1st. I'm excited!

four sets, including the "Ultimate IP Car" which is rumored as the first Technic UCS set. Not sure if the Airport Rescue Vehicle has been switched from 1H to 2H - that would make it five then.

Great reviews from both of you ... Jim and Sariel ... kudos and keep up with the great work. Your reviews helped me make a decision, I'll buy 42052 and 42048 - the rest of the 1H 2016 wave doesn't appeal to me.

Judging by the set number, BWE will be the flagship set of 2016 - however the "biggest" set will be "Ultimate IP Vehicle", rumored as first Technic UCS set ever. Xerion and Volvo seem to be the smaller sets of 2H.
